This has been four months and i liked it very much.Perfect place to live with family. The only drawback will be schooling in this area and washing machine is not part of ur home. I think after covid this has to change specific to the society where dogs and cats are allowed. Sometime it is feel bad when we saw washing machines is used for multiple purposes for multiple unit. Having said that the staffs are cooperative and rooms are big , balcony are wide with natural scenery. Overall 3.5 out of 5.

Community is beautiful and clean. I feel safe living here and my puppy absolutely loves all the greenery and proximity to the state parks. The people in the office were nice and helpful. Biggest downside of the apartments in my opinion is the carpeting.

We have had a great experience. The staff is friendly and very responsive. The grounds are kept up beautifully and it's a great place outside to walk my dog. Many of the people who live here are very friendly and I also like having the portal where you can check what's going on here. The lockers behind the office work very well for receiving packages.

Shady /Predatory Maintenance Men

I lived here for 6 years. And in the middle of my 6 years of staying here I’ve started to have problems with these particular two maintenance men. Really these guys aren’t even men, they’re cowards. But just be aware, these two guys are snakes! Don’t be deceived by there smiles, charm, or fake personality. All the other maintenance men come individually but these two always come in peoples apartments together when there’s no need for 2 people to enter your apartment, when you encounter these guys 1 on 1 they’re very nervous and scared. These aren’t trustworthy people. I’ve been provoked several times by these guys aggressively & they try to get a negative reaction out of me, then run and play victim to the office manager & act like I’m the problem when really they are the aggressor. ------ ------ (the short guy) harassed me and my mother several times around our complex, he pulls up on the side of us in his cart trying to antagonize us. When put in situations like this what do you do to protect your family? If I Violently react then I get kicked out of my apartment & go to jail. These 2 guys literally came into my apartment to fix something and yelled at me as soon as they came in the door. They almost attacked me in my apartment, while having violent stares in their face. They totally violated my space. There’s no cameras in our building to prove this which makes things way more unsafe. If I wasn’t in control of my emotions things could of got extremely violent. These 2 individuals are sick in the head. These are 2 grown over 40 tryna tear down a 22 year old. If these failures in life don’t like their job & this is all they could accomplish in there life then they should have strived to do something better. But instead they act nasty, don’t keep their word, lie, I’ve seen the guy with the hat on his head steal a package that belonged to my building before. Complained about the maintenance before but they don’t do anything. Starting to believe this place condones this type of behavior. We’ve had to change our locks because one of the maintenance workers (-----------------------------) tried to come in our apart unwarranted/without any notice. Thinking we weren’t there while we actually were in the house. Possibly trying to steal our possessions. These two guys are always joined at the hip together doing dirt around the complex. I’m writing this to expose their deceptive ways. Nobody see’s but I’ve caught them a few times doing sneaky things. I’ve been quiet for too long these things have to be exposed. They protect these shady workers because they are a benefit to them & they know that the average worker wouldn’t put up with these working conditions.

The staff is wonderful. The apartments are nice. The only downside- parking - depending on what building, parking is a challenge. Also, there is no place to charge an EV. Perhaps they can add two or three.

I Love this community because of it's great service. Myself transferring from my job in another state. Curtis Chandler made it a smooth transition with knowledge of the best transportation and amenities within the community and without. The maintenance is on time and has responded with my request if not the same day within 24hrs. The administrative staff has been extremely supportive with the hiccups in life and sorrow during this Pandemic. Kudos to you International City Apartments staff for showing the true meaning of family.

Good Community to stay in! Staff is good to communicate with. Car parking is unassigned and for few buildings it is difficult to pick the groceries from car to home - parking is away from the building. Service Requests are completed on time!

When I first moved her everything was great. I moved in 2020 right when things were getting shut down because of COVID. As a result, we didn't get to do an in person tour, only virtual, so we were really going in blind. Luckily it was nice and we felt comfortable to move in. However, in the most recent years, really starting since last year (it is now 2023) everything has gone downhill for top of the hill. Parking is questionable, there is no assigned parking so if you work nights like me and get home late you might just have to park far away from your apartment like I have to do most of the time. I also have felt that the community and my neighbors have gone downhill as well. The walls are paper thin so you can hear everything each other are doing. If you're unlucky like me you get very loud and annoying neighbors with their annoying pets that bark at like 7 am in the morning right next to your head through the wall. The office staff is also horrible and no help at all. And I don't know how it is in other buildings, I assume it is the same, but the washers and dryers don't work half the time too, and if they do it'll take forever for your clothes to get completely dry. I started to just go to the laundromat that's about five minutes away because for one it's even cheaper, and two I'm not giving this complex any more of my money especially with appliances that don't even work well. Plus, there is a bit of a bug problem. Overall, I would not recommend any decent human being to move to this community. It's just not for me anymore. If you like paper thin walls, minimal parking options and no help from staff, then by all means give it a shot, but normal people stay away!

So far it has been very quiet and have not had a problem with parking. I like that I am on the ground floor with the laundry room. There are dogs here but there's no problems. Traffic is not bad in this area

Great building with many amenities. Great staff. Excellent maintenance! They respond to requests immediately or at least by the next day (with a few exceptions, like if something needs to be ordered). You just have to stay on top of them in that situation. Besides rent increases, this is definitely a good place to stay.
