We just moved in but so far the staff seem very helpful and friendly, the community is nice and the unit itself is spacious and clean. We're excited to have found a place where can have enough room for our family, and that will keep us close by to the important places and people in our lives

Awesome Experience! The maintenance is so on top of its job and that shows they care about the community. Didi and Ashley at the apartment office are so meticulous and friendly. You will love it here. Although I see the apartment rate has increased over time. That is too expensive though.

Just moved in here about one week ago: so far the experience has been very positive: staff very professional and helpful, apartment clean and quiet. Neighbors are very nice. Surroundings is very green.

Very beautiful, landscape maintained, very clean and quick response with any issues. Staff very friendly and helpful. I haven't been residing here to long but no negative events have occurred since residing here. The staff was wonderful during the application process as well as moving in, they have a computer lab for any needs that may arise and your allowed to access the printer, which is a major plus.

I like the community. Its calm and safe to walk around. I do not have major concern. The community took necessary action during covid time and that is appreciable. Service requests are attended right on time and resolve asap.

Love it here very peaceful quiet clean the grounds are well-kept nice neighbors the parks the pools tennis court the basketball court the scenery a really nice place to raise children especially if you'd like peace Maintenance is awesome they always come through get the job done great communication cleans up after themselves goes above and beyond the office staff they're nice I like the ladies that work in office pet friendly and it's in a spot that's close to restaurants pharmacies schools the

We have lived here alittle over three years and we have been very happy. The office and maintenance staff have been the best. It is a relatively quiet community. They are always improving the property to make living here a good experience. I would recommend living here.

I love the staff here. The staff is supportive and responsive. My son loves all the children in the neighborhood and the playground. I am looking forward to the summer, experiencing the pool and using the cookout space.

So far I have been at Top of the Hill for three years my only complaint is parking after 5pm it truly is hard to get close to your building also the walls are a bit too thin.... Otherwise I love the huge windows and the atmosphere here

I am really happy to be part of TOH apartments. You can find very good atmosphere. The TOH is also having gym, swimming pool, tennis court and play ground for children's. Very good specious apartments. Only problem is common laundry.

I believe the apartments need upgrading, but I'm confident improvements can be accomplished. I do believe that neighbors should be courteous enough to maintain lowering music sounds and lowering increased vocal sounds/discussions that can interrupt neighbors. Let's all try to be courteous of other neighbors.

First of all, the leasing agents were quite helpful and nice throughout the leasing process. Everything was explained thoroughly and we felt fortunate to have such nice people helping us. However, once we actually arrived at our new home to move in, we discovered that keys weren't created, the mailbox wouldn't open, the oven was broken, a burner wasn't working, the HVAC wasn't working, the sink hot water wasn't working, and the toilet was facing 30 degrees away from straight ahead and wasn't screwed into the floor. It's quite clear that nobody checked this apartment before our move in. That being said, the maintenance guys are being diligent about fixing these things and are doing their best. It is currently day 4 of living here and we're still waiting on the oven, burner, and most importantly, a terrible screeching sound coming from the below shower pipes that wakes us up at 6 am every morning and sounds like a smoke alarm. The maintenance guys agreed it's the worst they've ever heard and I wish I could upload a video here of the sound. Hopefully, past mistakes will be rectified and maintenance will continue to fix these issues so that we can enjoy our new home. I was prompted for this review a few times since our move in so I tried to be as honest as possible here. I am hoping to update this review in the future.

Staff are excellent: knowledgeable, patient, helpful. Concerns: Dim parking lot lights. Bright pool lights but not in parking lot. Too few parking spaces. Potholes on Prior Rd. Cloister Rd. too narrow

We absolutely love it at Top of the Hill. Being new to apartment life, we were very hesitant and nervous about this new chapter, but thanks to the wonderful administrative and maintenance team, the move and life here at the top has been wonderful. They are constantly doing preventative maintenance and the grounds always look fabulous. The complex is safe and clean and there are a ton of kids that our kiddos play with. We are really looking forward to summer at the pool. Not one bad thing to say about Topof the Hill.

I had a really quick and smooth move in process with Amber and some assistance from Dee Dee. I did not care for a few things I had to get fixed and done around the apartment that I noticed upon moving in however they were handled by maintenance in a timely manner. I didn't find out until after moving in that my apartment would not have a gate where my balcony is and with a little one I'll probably rarely be out there now without it, No bathroom mirror upon my move in and the paint maintenance did on top of the previous residence paint is absolutely terrible and now I'm responsible to repaint to my likely with having to prime before leaving for the next resident. Terrible policy

Not a good experience at this community. The apartment and building needs better maintenance. It is an old apartment that seems to just get repainted every time a new tenant moves in. I can clearly hear my neighbor using his/her bathroom (running their water and even cleaning their bathroom) which I find very uncomfortable. If I'm able to hear them, I can only assume that they can hear me as well.

I enjoyed the virtual tour. It gave a good impression of the unit and the amenities that the apartment offers. Also, the staff here were very friendly and willing to answer any question that I asked them.

Neighbors are loud. Ongoing issues with the washing machine. Stupid to have only 1 washer and dryer for a building of 6 apartments. Trying to purchase a house and can't wait to get out from under and above loud neighbors. When I have contacted the office about the neighbors I have been told to tell them myself. For paying $1640/month and having an office staff that is pretty unacceptable.

So far so good! When I moved in my microwave, oven, and shower rod were broken, but I submitted a service request and it was fixed within 24-48 business days. Since then all has been great I really enjoy living here!

Clean grounds, the apartment was very clean upon moving in.. the staff is friendly, and very helpful. Best decision that I made. The location is great to commute back and forth to work shopping and hospitals.

I really am happy here, no problems with safety, noise, anything like that. The staff are very friendly and responsive. I wish the rent wasn't so high, unfortunately that is everywhere though. For the options available I love this spot.

Top of the Hill apartments have a great location but the property is now showing it's age. The maintenance work has deteriorated in quality and the management refuses to fix some things that are now falling apart for long time residents.The property staff is very helpful but not empowered, everything seems to need approval from senior management and they are often not available. The apartments definitely need to be on your list of properties to look at
