Place feels safe and neighbors aren't noisy. There are some events the staff organize which I think is pretty cool. There has also been road repavements around the condo, we have been noticed to us with proper time and it keeps the roads around the parking lots nicer.

The people that live in the community are very friendly and outgoing. The pool is a great place to meet new people. It is also a great place for the kids to play with other kids and enjoy time outside.

The apartment complex is very well maintained by the looks of it. The parking lot and pathways are well light at night. Parking in the later part of the day can be an issue though. The location is prime for access to all major roadways.

All staff has been very friendly and courteous with any inquiries or issues I have had. Every inquiry has been answered within a reasonable time frame. The property is kept clean and have seen maintenance making improvements on a daily basis.

Amber in the main office was EXCELLENT to work with on the process of renting. She is a staff member who should be retained and promoted! During the lead up to signing the documentation, she worked with me on the specific needs (which I was initially not sure why all things were needed but this does keep the apartment complex in a better place as a community).

I love living at top of the hill, I never complain about anything because everything is perfect. Only just maintenance is the problem but they getting better down the line. I recommend these apartments to a friend because i love it here

Very pleasant community pet friendly place and I love the outdoors it give a feeling that it is indoors. Very nice pool always clean never too crowded. Very nice pool employees. Parking is always great

This community, thus far, is very quiet, clean, and safe. It is truly nestled up a hill within an area that leads to many trails, cycling routes, and general outdoor recreation. I have seen employees walking the grounds cleaning up trash, landscapers working daily to maintain the greens, and maintenance constantly on the move. So far, I have definitely made the right choice to move here.

Overall its been nice and quiet. Amber has always been so helpful and friendly. Maintenance is nice as well. Recently i had an issue with my bathroom which was resolved really quickly. Having a clean pool is also a plus.

Pleasant experience with great staff, lfriendly neighbors, quality maintenance, beautiful grounds, peaceful location. The grounds are maintained in all seasons. Here is plenty of parking, a great pool, and beautiful walking paths.

Staff friendly. Grounds and landscaping kept well. Pool is very nice and they do have lifeguards on duty. Apartments could use some updating. I do wish they had some security in the parking lots. Hallways and laundry rooms could be kept cleaner.

Considering where we came from it is very quiet and peaceful. I can walk my dog at night and have no worries. The staff is absolutely wonderful and is always on point with our requests and even will have short chat. Maintenance is wonderful. They get the job done fast and efficient. And they love my dog.

We did not use when finding this apartment. We used Zillow. It gave us the options available. A little snip-it of the area. Having a detailed list of things allowed and now allowed help. This also applies to dogs (the breed restrictions)

The apartment complex feels very safe, the apartments themselves are clean and the staff is friendly. Anytime maintenance has been needed they come quickly and are very friendly. There is a good amount of parking too

Very good place and neighborhood. Has all the amenities needed. Can easily commute to Airport, Railway-station. Good greenery. Has pool for swimming, gym to strengthen your muscles. Lot of play area and good neighbor hood. Pleasant place to reenergize yourself.
