Experience is overall good. Amenities, apartments, and outdoor spaces are well taken care of & maintained. Staff is friendly & helpful for the most part. Some staff members in the office seem to be a little standoffish but all of the maintenance crew is very friendly. Though, rent prices have gotten pretty expensive.

I've been living here for about two and a half years, and overall, it's been a great experience. The apartments are spacious, well-maintained, and absolutely worth what you pay. It's generally a peaceful and quiet place to live?perfect for unwinding after a long day. Maintenance is consistently responsive and efficient?they really don't miss a beat. Management is also solid and communicative, always quick to handle things? with the one exception being the chaotic "witches road" out front (if you know, you know). That aside, they're on top of their game. Some neighbors keep to themselves, others are pretty cool?either way, there's a good balance of community and privacy. For the quality, price, and peace of mind, I have no real complaints. Would definitely recommend with just a little room for improvement.

This is a well run, well-maintained complex. The staff are always courteous, friendly, and helpful. The grounds are maintained beautifully. We really enjoy living here! The price is competitive and I would definitely recommend this complex to friends or family!

So far I've been here a few days. The area seems safe, although loud. The leasing office seems to want to help you with things. The neighbors even seem kind. I'm just unfortunately having issues with the toilets not being in good repair. Or the dishwasher either.

Staff were super nice, apartments are nice. Quiet place, good parking, nice amenities. Typical weed smell doesn't spread everywhere like other apartment complexes. Property is well maintained, and maintenance crews are super friendly and quick.

First time moving into apartment and the staff was excellent with setting up appointment to talk about vacant apartments to showing us apartment to answering all questions we had and getting us approved asap. Process took less then a week and we were moved in. Excellent service

I was extremely excited to move to this community. However, I do not feel they took proper precautions to welcome a new tenant. There were maintenance and cleanliness issues in my unit and I requested to be moved to a different unit. I think the upkeep of the apartments could be much better.

Very quite and clean. The staff in the leasing office is the best as well as the maintenance guys. Very friendly community! They upkeep the lawn and when it snows they're quick to get the ground drivable again.

Pros: Nice community. Great maintenance. Very spacious units. Plenty of parking. Cons: Expenssive. Access road (Prior road,) is not properly maintained by the county. Apartments are a bit outdated. Some rain water management makes walking uncomfortable on the walkway around the property. Trash and and recycling could use a better, more aesthetic solution, with better distribution of recycling units.

Very nice grounds and courteous staff. The area feels safe and secluded. Parking can be congested. Grocery stores are close. Finishings in the unit are basic and old. Some policies are outdated and should be reconsidered

I am living here for 20 years. And it is still my first choice to live for many reasons grew up in the area. It is very quiet here. Everyone is friendly. Close to many places. shopping, food stores, 95 many more locations like Phila .Beaches , Lancaster and more.

Leasing office and maintenance staff are always courteous and prompt. I find the pipes in the building to be very noisy. They usually emit a high pitched screech. I wish there was a way to fix that. Maybe there is?

Top of the Hill apartment is everything I was looking for. Scenic, quiet, safe. Minutes from my work, restaurants, shopping, and banks. Work orders are addressed in a timely manner. Enticing amenities include a large outdoor pool, a fitness center, and a car washing station.

I've had a lot of ups and downs living here and struggled but Dave helping when he did and how effortlessly he helped, was so amazing. He was so respectful of my home and intentionally wore shoe covers when I requested. He was so helpful with the cabinet in the bathroom. I just love David.

My experience here at Top of the Hill has been excellent. From my initial contact and tour with Amber and throughout my short staff that has included brief contact with maintenance. The neighborhood feels safe, the landscaping is done consistently, the parking is abundant and I feel really good about my decision to move here.
