Staff is great They do the repair work pretty quickly Community is great and quite and full of nature. Usually in normal case other than pandemic, office holds various events which are great and everyone enjoys it.

Beautiful community, friendly people, great maintenance staff. If we ever have a problem, it is promptly fixed and beautifully completed. Everyone is so friendly and we are very happy to be living at Top of the Hill apartments!

It's been a good place to rent, especially during the pandemic. Apartment is clean, everything works (appliances, heat, plumbing, etc.), and area is very quiet. Management is quick to respond to any issues that arise.

Have lived here for a long time. Office personnel are courteous when called about any problems and usually get prompt service. Maintenance workers have been polite and helpful. The grounds are kept very well. Large pool is great and always have lifeguards.

This is the best apartment building I've lived in. It is quiet, safe, and affordable! Neighbors are nice, the pool and tennis courts are updated. The scenery itself is beautiful to look at. There are many state and local parks around our complex, so this location is perfect!

Good other than prior comments about building floodlights. I wrote enough about problem with floodlights on Building 901. This problem needs to be fixed before I'll write more. See prior detailed comments earlier in survey.

It's very friendly community with access to almost all amenities and good location. We have been staying here from last 5 years. It's very good for the kids. Definitely there is a scope to improve the amenities specifically Tennis court.

Top of the Hill is a great community! Very diverse, clean, and safe. Office staff responds to issues in a timely manner and interactions with maintenance staff is pleasant. Complex grounds are kept clean and maintained appropriately every season. I really enjoy living here!

Well maintained grounds, accommodating and friendly front office agents, great amenities. Worth the rental rates. The front office staff are organized, knowledgeable, accommodating and thorough. This is helpful when trying to navigate the move-in process.

The apartment complex provides a nice environment . Also it is easily accessible from major roadways. In addition the apartment complex is close to major shopping venues, schools, and the many tourist attractions in the area

I enjoy living in this community. Dee dee, Kerlene, and maintenance staff that I have encountered have been especially helpful and pleasant. Issues are rare but when I have a request it is taken care of in a timely manner.

A wonderful community with awesome staff and great neighbors. If you enjoy different cultures and a beautiful scenery, you should come and see it for yourself. If your a dog owner, they even supply poop bags. Lol

The community is really well maintained ,beautiful and peaceful. It has a beautiful well maintained pool that makes summer relaxing. Having been a homeowner most of my life, but not sure where I might purchase, I moved into this community. The staff have been friendly, and quick to support any needs as they may arise. The full time maintenance staff is competent and professional, something necessary for an older/ renovated establishment. Top of the Hill is a nice place to reside.

Everything has gone really great so far! Moving from a home of 13 years to an apartment, I didn't know what to expect, especially with 2 dogs. Amber, at the office, met with me, gave me a tour and quotes, and has been so instrumental in helping me make the transition and move. The entire office is professional and friendly! The complex is very pet friendly and the grounds are beautiful. The application and move in process is very smooth and professional. I love my new apartment!!! I am very happy to be here!

The community is well maintained and good neighbourhood. It is located Close to I95. There are many other local stores nearby. Office staff is good. Quick turn around to maintenance request. Park for Kids, tenis court, car wash area are available within community. Indian store within 10 mins drive.

Lots of dogs live here which makes me happy. Residents are friendly. No loud neighbors or issues, quiet park like community. Bunnies, deer, squirrels and foxes abound. Makes me feel like a Disney princess.

Great quite apartment for the price the only downside is the parking, not enough and always hard to find parking late at night. Staff is overall friendly, the community is nice, love the amazon hub, and patio . It's overall a great place to live, I would highly recommend this place to anyone.
