I really enjoy living at Top of the Hill. It is very quiet and peaceful. The staff here are great and always ready to help when needed. You can tell that they enjoy their jobs and helping residents. They go above and beyond to make sure that you are well taken care of and safe. I would highly recommend this community to anyone looking.

No weird smells, people, bugs, or mice. Their leasing office is quick, helpful, and friendly, and has coffee and cookies available. The only downside is the parking situation and you can hear your neighbors more than they tell you when you apply.

Nice size rooms. Love the floor to ceiling windows. There are nice people living here. The pool is especially nice with the grill and kiddy pool. The Amazon hub is really great-now I actually get my packages!!

So far, so good. When I moved in, there was a little bit of cleaning left to do. I do wish there was a trash can closer to where I live and that the office was open till 6 or even 5:30 for me to visit after work without rushing.

Management staffs are professional. Apartment complex is clam, quiet, clean and well maintained, which I liked the most. Sometimes staircase smells and require the air to be recycled. Air is trapped in that part of building and need to recirculated with fresh air to remove smell.

I had a bad flood in my home and thank god for amber I moved in and am very happy here people here are very helpful they even helped me when iwas moving it was a very hard time considering I just lost my husband a few months before I will being staying here for a long time and have owned a home for 21 yrs I would live here before returning to buying just the fact that they are timely and everything is done for you worth checking out if you want a nice safe clean community for your family and I looked at a few

It's been great so far. Just a few minor maintenance problems and it's kind of a hassle getting my door open but other than that it's good. It's quiet, people don't really bother you. Parking for my building isn't the most ideal at times but it's luck of the draw.

Just moved in but it's been nice so far. The staff is very helpful and the grounds around the apartment are very nice looking. The location is kinda secluded and you don't hear anything from the other apartments once your inside.

Great location of the property. Leasing office is very helpful, everything done on time. All of the issues solved within one business day which is awesome. Average apartments, could use better lighting, and ground work; approach road always has potholes which is dangerous for cars. the office staff is courteous and the support staff is responsive but there have been cost pressures, so they do not always do what is needed to fix the issue. Philadelphia is very accessible

This property is insanely expensive. There is nothing very remarkable or outstanding about this apartment house ate small or average I don't understand the justification behind making these apartments so damn expensive. What is the point in giving away half ure paycheck just for a mediocre are paying rent as if it was a luxury appt.

In current unit since 2018, but been member of Top of hill (TOH) since 2014. This community is not one of those high rises, but nicely built 6 apts in each unit with shared laundary. Property maintenance and staff professionalism: /support are one of reasons that made me continue here since 2014. TOH definitely is pet/family/kid friendly and situated right by I95. They do their bit by organizing small parties/giving goodies periodically ( Fathers day/Halloween's etc..) as customer appreciation.

Overall, has been a good experience. The apartments are very roomy. The office staff are all very nice! The neighborhood seems quiet and pretty safe. I would recommend this complex to anyone looking for a decent place near a lot.

The maintenance supervisor Joe, is really helpful and a nice guy. And the office staff is pleasant and accommodating. But, I'm confused with the description of luxury apartments. There is nothing luxurious about my apartment. The appliances are old and the linoleum flooring and bathroom vanity are as cheap as you can get and the paint job is lousy, even the closet rods are painted with the same flat paint. Also, the front door to the apartment building does not lock and I don't understand why since it has a lock but no key. I like the landscaping. The grounds are well kept. The dumpsters are an eyesore and often overflowing.

It's good community for moderate budget . I would recommend people to here. Staff are nice and cooperative . The property securely requires little more visilant and security , with toast couple of incidents it seems a gated fence with secure access would be right solution to stop the tracepass .

Very nice community / leasing staff / maintenance guys. The community is very nice in terms of everything you need to live a happy and peaceful life. The leasing staff is very friendly and make you feel like home. The maintenance guys are very prompt in fixing things and are very warm and cordial. Definitely feels like home !!
