The rent for this community is extremely high for what you get. No lights in your hallway going into your bedrooms, not enough receptacles in the rooms, no washer/dryer in your apartment you have to share 1 washer and 1 dryer for your building, you have to pay to use the washer and dryer which is ridiculous considering for a 2 bedroom apartment you will pay $1975.00 a month. There is no garbage disposals in the apartments, a lot of the appliances are out of date and old, parking is out of control, people taking up 2 spaces, there are just not enough spaces for the amount of people that are trying to park as close to their apartment as possible, which is fine but its the people that don't even live there that are being inconsiderate of others. This is an older apartment community and it reminds me of more like a college campus then an apartment community, it is not worth the amount of money you have to pay in rent!

It is nice because you are close to nature. It is clean and when we have a problem they will solve it immediately. The market is close. But there is heat and cooling only at living room. Also, you can hear everything from the apartments next to us.

Top of the Hill Apartments is a great alternative to home owning. I was reluctant to move into an apartment when I down sized. I have heard plenty of horror stories about apartment living. I have not had one issue living here. The staff provides impeccable service and the management attends to the property. They are always making updates to the property and they show the tenants that they care. They even go the extra by having tenant appreciation events. If I do experience minor issues, they are serviced quickly and professionally. I have never had to clean up after the jobs have been completed. I do recommend to prospective applicants to come visit their next home.

Great apartment and community. Very pleased with our building neighbors, all very nice and respectful! Our kids love the playground and lots of room for them to ride bikes and play with friends. Looking forward to enjoying the large pool in the summer.

Great parking and amenities but the apartments themselves need updating. Carpets should be taken out? Need Washer/dryer inside units especially for the price we're paying. Having to pay for laundry while it's in the basement, with only 1 washer and dryer is inconvenient.

My fianc?e and I have been here about a week, almost 2, and I for one love it. There were minor issues but they were corrected with such speed as to be non-issues now. I very much look forward to the months to come.

Nice, quiet picturesque community. Pet friendly and most residents are considerate and quiet. Love this area and very convenient. The office staff is always friendly and helpful. The maintenance staff is 100%

For your consideration: My bedroom window is on the first floor and it faces a popular footpath outside. People walk by my window all the time. I never unlock my window or open it because I'm concerned about personal safety and security. Any chance of installing something outside my window --- a wrought iron barricade, bush, other? -- that would allow me to let some air into my bedroom without fear of someone breaking in?

Quiet, treed setting with 6 units per main door and laundry in each bldg. maintenance, upkeep and landscaping all way above average. Staff is responsive. Parking is ok; somewhat crowded. Annual increases are annoying but quality of life has been enjoyable.

It's a great community very peaceful and and quiet and everyone around the complex are very friendly. The apartments are very maintained the staff keep the residents up to date about what's going on around the complex.

N/A, I just moved into the community, but so far I've noticed the apartment wreaks of dogs, which I don't mind. But one of the individuals moving with me was allergic and did end up sneezing and having a stuffy nose. None the less, none of the appliances were tried, but the apartment looks nice itself.

Make sure you see the unit you are renting. I saw a staged room and it looks much cleaner and nicer than my unit. Try be office staff is very helpful and attended to all my needs. The pool and gym area is huge plus!

All of the staff are very friendly, but the units need extensive updates or repairs, such as mold control, new paint, updated fixtures, or structural repairs (e.g., rain water from my upstairs neighbors' patio leaks in through my AC vent). I appreciate the maintenance team's courteousness, but they don't wear (or even offer to wear) shoe covers when they come in, don't always clean up before they leave, and often don't fix the problem. I've been asking for my stove to be fixed for 5 weeks, I've had someone simply paint over mold, and had someone look at the leak in my living room, confirm it was there, then simply leave it as is. It's very frustrating.

Thus far no issues. On the pricey side. Well worth it if you enjoy outdoor spaces and are pet friendly. Love the groundskeeper and maintenance. Leasing staff also very professional. Would recommend for someone who doesn't mind paying a little extra.

Very pleasant to come home to nice quiet area wooded clean cut and peaceful have been here three years and hope to be able to stay at least a couple more would have liked very much to be able to have longer than 13 month leases

I am tired of things being broke in my apartment and my apartment building. We have been constantly contacting the leasing office about our broken washer since last fall and it still has not been fixed.

Nice place to live! Mostly quiet and respectful community! The price and size of the apartment is all I need for now. The staff is attentive and courteous. Me and my son love the pool and the playground! I would recommend top if the hill to anyone!

It's been great place to live. Beautiful grounds, nice pool and kids area. Tennis court is accessible. The Amazon hub is great to have on site. Office and maintenance staff is superb! The location is very convenient.

It is a great pleasure raising my two boys in this community. I moved here for the diversity and the great school district. They have great friends. The staff know me and my boys. I feel completely safe and very taken care of here at Top of the Hill.
