Great staff and Apartments

The neighbor is in a safe area and is kind of secluded. There's s pool, gym and an Amazon locker so your packages are safe..The staff is amazing, from in the office to maintenence. Their very helpful and get the job done fast.. I have lived here 6 years and love it!! Kellie S.

Very pleased and satisfied

I have lived the top of the hill.Apartments for over nine years. From my experiences, both the clerical and maintenance staff act in a very professional and efficient manner. Anytime I had any issues, a work order was created and the problem taken care of in a timely manner. The grounds are well maintained and the activities such as the pool party and treats given out on various holidays throughout the year add a nice touch. I would highly recommend top of the hill.Apartments to any of my friends.

There's no place like home

I came to top of the hill apartments after having a really bad experience with my previous apartment complex. I have been so thankful for the way the staff is always responsive and courteous to me. When I have difficulty they reach out and they even helped me during the pandemic to get my rent covered. Maintenance is always responsive and does a complete and thorough job and are very courteous. There's definitely no place like home when it's top of the hill apartments.

Beautiful, Peaceful Community with Great Management

I have been living in this complex for 5 years and could not be any happier. The location is incredibly convenient, with plenty of stores, restaurants, and parks nearby. One of my favorite things about living at Top of the Hill is how the complex is surrounded by beautiful woods. The trees are especially stunning in the fall. It is also a quiet, peaceful place to live. I always feel comfortable here. The leasing office team has been outstanding! Very attentive, responsive, and genuinely helpful any time I have needed assistance. They have always gone out of their way to work with me and make sure everything runs smoothly. The maintenance staff are wonderful too! They fix things in a timely manner and they are really kind and respectful. Lastly, there is plenty of parking, and I love spending time at the pool during the summer months. Overall, this has been an amazing place to call home!

It has been a pleasure living here the last 5 years. The neighborhood is safe and in a convenient location. Maintence really makes an effort to handle your request timely. Shout outs to Lamar in particular he is very thorough and does an awesome job. A Wonderful Place to Call Home for Nearly a Decade

I’ve lived at Top of the Hill Apartments for almost 10 years, and it has truly felt like home. My 2-bedroom, 2-bath apartment was spacious, comfortable, and well maintained throughout my stay. The management team and maintenance staff have always been friendly, responsive, and quick to address any issues. The community is peaceful, safe, and beautifully maintained, with plenty of greenery and walking areas. It’s also conveniently located near shopping, restaurants, and major routes, making day-to-day life easy and enjoyable. After a decade here, I can honestly say this is one of the best apartment communities in the area. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a long-term, comfortable, and worry-free place to live.

Love My New Home

This is actually my second time living here. The first time I only left because I was moving to a different state for a job. Now that I am back in Delaware I know exactly where I wanted to rest my head. Top of the Hill is a quiet and safe place to be. The apartment I moved into was clean and well maintained. Great Community & Staff

I love living at Top of the Hill, the neighborhood is great, the location’s scenery is gorgeous, it’s a safe and communal place. I love having a pool, tennis court and gym right on the property. The residents are welcoming and friendly. I get the most bang for my buck here. 10/10 would recommend Top of the Hill.

I’ve been here for many years and very friendly staff,, good upkeep, and a very quiet place to live. A very spacious apartment like living in a home. Newer apartments in the area. Hardly has any walking space that make you feel like you’re in a box. concrete between floors makes for a quiet place.

Great Experience at Top of the Hill!

We have been a resident on and off at Top of the Hill for 11 years. The support staff is very attentive and responsive. No delay in obtaining maintenance services in the rare times we have had an issue. The location is very convenient to major highways and shopping. The office staff is always helpful and assisted with locating a new apartment in locations we preferred. We feel the grounds are clean and we feel safe at Top of the Hill!

I’ve had such a great experience with this community and staff. The staff I’ve encountered have always been extremely helpful from the very beginning, and anytime I’ve had a question or issue, they’ve been quick to address it. The community is always well-kept and clean, which makes a big difference in feeling comfortable here. Maintenance is Magnificent

While the grounds are kept beautifully and always intact, I must also add that what stands out to me is that maintenance responds quickly, and is always professional pleasant & helpful. That is important when something is wrong & you want or need help. Lamar was on call when my toilet overflowed after hours and water was everywhere. He came quickly, fixed the problem with a smile then followed up to ensure all was in order. Another time a wasps nest was causing havoc outside my window and he followed up with the utmost handle with care attitude to see the problem thru. It is good to know that in a world where everyone is out for self and not always very nice, that there are still those who care enough to respond quickly and kindly when needed, and when it comes to that , Top of the Hill maintenance staff are always right on time!

Been here ten years!

I’ve been here for a really long time. I obviously enjoy this neighborhood. The entire complex is old and tucked away, so the trees are big, there’s a creek running through it, and it’s beautiful. It’s my favorite part about living here. Second would be location. The staff here though has always been super awesome to me and has always been really kind and helpful. I feel look out for me (they’ve definitely proven they do in the past.). The maintenance is always on point and all of them are really awesome guys. I’ve never had one negative experience with any or unsavory one with anyone that works here. It’s always been really familiar and I appreciate it so much. I mean, that’s why I stay here. I just signed my lease for the coming year, without hesitation. Honestly, whenever I leave this place, I am definitely going to be upset. This is the longest I’ve lived everywhere and the only place I have ever considered “home.” I’m glad that the crew here have aided it to feel that way.

Outstanding Customer Service

I was initially helped by Ms. Nicky who was the sweetest person ever and then was transferred to Ms. Amber, who I have had the pleasure of working with to get my first apartment. She has been so informative and always so kind no matter how many questions Ive had. I truly cannot say enough about how positive my experience has been.
