This community is well kept, safe, convenient for shopping venues, and PA/DE/NJ & MD Metro area. Everyone is friendly and just a wonderful place to call home. In the spring/summer months, I particularly enjoy taking walks in the grounds to enjoy the landscaping with the flowers.

The maintenance staff is very helpful to any problems you have,they also keep the lawns cut and driveways plowed ,salted as well as the steps. They need to make sure the people with dogs pick up behind them..

Good experience living here. Nice staff, good environment and I like living here. You can always hear the song of birds and see different small animals and a lot of trees and there's also a creek here

While I have only been here a few days, so far, things have went smoothly. The move in process was easy and the staff was very friendly. The school district is supposed to be great and the area has many stores nearby.

Experience over all is good cons the parking and trash dumpster not complex fault completely but still a pain. Complex is quite building is quite which makes for comfortable living. Lived here off and on for several years.

Carter was an exceptional leasing agent and the apartments are spacious and homey. I love that the location is very lowkey and family oriented and am looking forward to moving here. The complex is a little bit of a maze but that's not really much of a worry.

I have had nothing but good things since I first walked in to view the property and met Carter. Carter was very welcoming and answered all the questions we had whether they were big or small. Our service request was answered very quickly and the maintenance was very friendly.

Its quiet. Lovely setting. Close to things, shopping etc. The deer, wildlife are wonderful to see and hear. Watch the trees. They fall woodn't you know. Haha. Next to a Christmas light site. Friary and church as well.

Three months have passed since we moved in and everything has gone well! The facilities are A1 and the staff is both courteous and engaging. Minor maintenance request have been addressed promptly. So far so good!

The unit wasn't in perfect shape. However the leasing office staff have been wonderful to work with and all my issues were resolved quickly and had great quality. I would like to see a higher level of security just in case but so far no incidents have occurred.

Management is very good and friendly. Issues resolved with in the time period and it is environmental friendly and greenery. Only problem with parking and laundry other than that everything is good. Nice apartments

Great community! Everyone is so helpful and nice and welcoming. The apartments and amenities are also fantastic. Appliances are up to date and everything is very clean. Great amenities such as pool tennis courts and playground!

Great Community, always quiet and clean. Management staff are always available to ask any questions, very courteous. Like that we have an amazon hub on the premises. When submitting a work order, maintenance always fulfill the same day.

LOTS of pot smoke in my building!!!! My apartment smells heavily of pot smoke because of people using it in the other apartments. I teach at a Catholic school and I cannot go to work smelling like pot because of my neighbors.

I first moved into the top of the hill in 1975 I lived in 923 for one year 909 for eight years and 911 B for 34 years and now 911C for 4 yrs + for total 48 + yrs. I used to use the tennis courts until upkeep became a problem. I used to use the pool for many many years. I don't know how many more years I can live here being on a fixed income for the past 19 years and the rent is starting to get out of my reach. I would hope that there would be a senior citizens discount for I will almost be here for 50 years.

Office and maintenance staff

I have lived here for about three years & I will not be renewing my lease. The new property manager & assistant manager has no clue what the hell they are doing. Extremely unprofessional in that office. ------ is rude too. All she cares about is her dog which she brings to work. So unprofessional. Majority of their staff is clueless too. I have put in work orders several times for a leak & a clogged sink that I was having. Each time they would send out two men & neither one of them knew what to do. They would tell me that a subcontractor would be out. A month later still nothing but I would get a email stating that the work order was completed. That is so false. Finally after 3 months a new white maintenance man came & boom he fixed it. Finally they got someone who knows what he was doing. He even cleaned up everything. Personally I think they are asking way to much for rent to put up with the ignorance you receive when you address an issue that you are having in your home.
