Incredible staff with quick response times

We were looking for a place with only 2 weeks left to move out of our current unit. Amber and the rest of the staff made it very quick and easy to get approved. We applied on a Thursday around 1PM and were accepted by 11AM the next day!

Customer service really wowed me, and Overall experience is Exceptional!

This was a great experience from the start of the tour! We scheduled an appointment with Amber to tour a 2 and 3 bedroom. After Amber answered our many questions and drove us in the golf cart around the complex to show us the many amenities they have to offer, we were so impressed. I loved how all the neighbors seemed friendly and new Amber! Once we saw how spacious the 3 bedroom apartment was, we went home and immediately started our application process. The entire process went so smoothly. Now we will be moving in this weekend, and couldn't be more excited!!!

Best Place to Live Ever!

I have lived at Top of the Hill Apartments for 11 years and just signed my 12th lease. There is really nothing I don't love about living at Top of the Hill. The property is beautiful, well-kept, safe and quiet. The management and maintenance staff are long time employees who I know well. (I often stop into the office with my dogs just to say hi and have a chat with the Kerlene, Amber, Dee-Dee, Harold, whoever is around. And Kerlene showed me my apartment on the day I signed my first lease, those many years ago.) If I have a maintenance issue or any other needs, they are addressed very quickly, and the work performed is good. The fees to live here are fair and I know what I am paying for. There have been no surprises. I can often be found telling family and friends how much I love where I live, and plan on staying put. Cheers to Kerlene and her team for making Top of the Hill the best place to live ever!

Good Spot

Have been living at Top of the Hill for almost 3 years now, and it is honestly been a really easy, stress-free place to call home. Everything from the move-in process to day-to-day living has felt super smooth. Maintenance actually shows up when they say they will, and anytime something bigger has come up, the team has brought in the right people without a hassle. The office staff is great too they always answer questions quickly and keep everyone in the loop with clear, regular communication. It has been a pretty good place to live that is well-run, dependable, and makes life a little simpler. We have definitely appreciated that over the years.

The staff is very welcoming, very mindful, everything is 10/10 the pool, the gym, the playground, the property is clean, I love how convenient the gym is, the complex is very quiet that’s what I love most about top of the hill apartments

Excellent stay

I have lived at Top of the Hill Apartments for four years The location is fantastic — short distance to grocery stores, a park, and the train station. My apartment had a modern kitchen with lots of natural light. Maintenance was responsive; every request I submitted was fixed within 24–48 hours. The building is kept clean, and the gym and package lockers were really convenient. Rent is affordable but I felt the location and amenities made it worth it. Overall, I’d recommend this apartment to young professionals or couples who value convenience and modern amenities

A relaxing place to live

Everyone is so helpful. I enjoy it here. Pool is great staff is friendly, apts are really nice. Grounds are well maintained. Safe quiet place. Kids are here and are well behaved. Parents are on top of their kids here. Good place to live for sure

Please send me another form for the things that need fixing in the apartment. With all the moving around over the weekend I seem to have misplaced the form. Here is a list of items that need fixing: Dining Room light fixture is falling Shower rod in main bathroom has fallen, paint peeled off the wall where it was hanging Toilets need caulking Bedroom shower head is leaking bedroom toilet is running Please turn up the hot water heater,it takes way too long to heat up and remains lukewarm. Please put me on the exterminator list, There are several old roach traps that I found in the cabinets and bathroom that are old. I also had to scrub the cabinets. Several roach nest remnants were still present in all the corners of the kitchen cabinets and kitchen sink drawers. I can smell the neighbor's dog in the stairway.

The apartments are well maintained and staff are always available to help whenever needed. I have never had issues with tardy maintenance issues in the 4 years that I have lived here.The apartments and complex are pet friendly more so than most other apartments.

Great staff, kind and effective. Maintenence orders are addressed promptly. Neighbors are friendly. The entire community is pet friendly with multiple dog service stations. Parking space distribution for the last buildings seems insufficient, yet overall there is plenty of parking areas.

I was taken back driving in down the long road and how beautiful the surrounding area is. I did not expect for the location to have so much privacy which is indeed a plus. The apartment price is great especially for how spacious the apartment is. Also, Dee-Dee was amazing she was VERY personable and made me feel like I've known her for years which makes looking for a place to call home FEEL MORE LIKE HOME.

Top of the hill is top of the line! Well maintained property, professional staff and safe community. It's a hidden gem because it's tucked away from the busy streets but it's close enough to shops and eateries. The apartments are spacious with tons of natural lighting. My favorite feature is the balconies that's comes with every apartment. The amenties are also great! One thing I notice about Top of the Hill is people never want to leave because it's that good!

One of the better apartment communities in the area; although it's right by 95, it is pretty tucked away and quiet most of the time. I would just suggest touring the community around the building that you'll be renting because they all have different pro's and con's (landscaping, location in reference to crowded public areas, etc.)

Just moved in yesterday, but I like the environment around the apartment. The staff was extremely responsive and very helpful. The rent is reasonable and the apartment is not too small. Too soon to give a long term review but the onboarding experience has been smooth.

Have not moved in yet but based on my tour and interactions with amber, this is a fantastic apartment community. I am looking forward to moving in at the end of the month. Our apartment has a great location on the campus and the fitness center looks great. Also the pool is very clean and sparkles.

I really enjoy this community because it is full of families with kids, people with dogs, people who have lived here for many years, etc. That makes it feel safe and like a reputable place to live. It's also quiet with nice landscaping and mature trees, so it's pleasant to be outside here. There are lots of walking paths throughout the complex, which is great for anyone who needs to walk their dog, take a break from working from home, or just get a little exercise. I've never had a bad experience with the staff either; any maintenance issues were resolved promptly.

I like the staff and the apartments are big and clean. My only issues have been with loud neighbors but that's not the fault of the property. It's a good value and size and has very good amenities. The staff is fantastic and helpful.
