I love the leasing office staff they are amazing. I love my unit it's in the perfect spot right by the pool. Most neighbors are friendly. Maintenance staff is very quick to respond and fix any issue you may have.

Great office manager and staff , property has come a long way since I moved in 2023, apartment square footage and size is decent for the price you pay. Parking is Great have cameras watching cars and surrounding areas security officer walks community at night helping keep safe

Not very helpful

I am searching for my new home and as a first time apartment hunter this place was just not very helpful. I had so many questions but they got shut down quickly, so I left. The outside ground had a lot of trash all over the area and I noticed what looked like abandoned vehicles. This did not look safe.

When I first moved in the apartment complex definitely changed since then it has gotten better in some ways and not in other ways it is noisy at times there are kids on supervised it's a lot of people who continuously smoke in the breezeways. But I do like the accessibility of the stores that's around me that accessibility of the food places you can walk almost anywhere and the overall apartment complex and the staff that they have now is great

They seem to do the best they can it has gotten better over the time I have been here they have greatly improved over the years that I have lived in these apartments the only thing I really noticed lately is the parking. Situation is tough sometimes

Front Office is great as well as the maintenance crew, I have no problems. I moved in the end of January, and I must say it's great my neighbors are wonderful. I'm satisfied when where i am. I don't swim so I really can't speak on the pool.

Not for me, the girl who showed us the apartment did well and answered any questions we had. We didn't like how dirty and not well kept up the property or the apartment we saw that was "move in ready" looked. once my partner saw a roach crawling during the tour we new already it was an immediate no.

So far so Great Lake Kathy is by far one of the best rich man properties I've live in. I've expletives a feee different properties but this one is the best ! I honestly wished we had assigned parking but that's only only concern And I would suggest pressure washing the park for the children for time to time that would be supper great ! As it is a major attraction for a lot of families living in lake Kathy . I shouldn't have to leave to enjoy a park elsewhere if theres one on my back yard. I really hate the fact that maintenance has to go through the trash practically every morning. It's disgusting and no one should have to clean up after anyone. The residents should have more respect like I do. I would suggest another trash compactor that can make things easier on everyone if possible. It would keep the property clean and appealing to everyone.

Es un buen lugar c?ntrico lo ?nico el parking es que lo cojen otras personas sin sticker y uno llama la gr?a y no responden y uno que es residente tiene que parquearse lejos. Y mucha basura en el parking

it has it up and down with some of the residents, but other than that, I never had a problem. Everybody has been very nice and the girls in the office and management are wonderful. I lived here 14 years never had an issue. Also very convenient to restaurants. Doctors hospital whoever you need to go. It's close.
