I have seen bad reviews of this apartments, I've been here 6 months and i love it. The staff is very attentive. I call for anything and very quickly they do everything to help me. I love my home and i will stay here for a long time!

Can't say to much. I haven't been here long but since I've been her I can say it's great place to stay nice, clean and quite environment. They have a lot of things going on for the kids in the complex.

Staff in the office are very friendly, they remember my name every time I go and it doesn't matter how many times I ask themyself the same question they're always in the disposition to answer it. I barely see my neighbors but there's is a lady that feed homeless cats and because of her raccoons come searching for cat food which is gross and scary.

Convenient to my work, shopping, and entertainment. Safe area, nice community, it's perfection. I've been pleased with the quality of my apartment, the community, and the location as to where I am for entertainment, shopping, and restaurants.

process was a little long, but after everything was in it there was no problems. The place was clean, new carpet and everything. One thing I didn't like was the neighbor next to me sits outside his door which is next to my door with his chair and smokes. He leaves a litter soda bottle of cigarette butts, which I think isn't a nice look at all and I hate being around cigarette smoke.

Office staff turn over is bad and we need more staff for completion of work orders. No resident should be told by office staff that their work order is not important. I was told that by the office staff and maintenance.

Lake Kathy is a great place to live. The ladies in the leasing office are easy to work with and always willing to help with any issue. The maintenance staff is knowledgeable and requests are handled promptly. The apartments are beautiful and the grounds are kept nice. I feel safe and have no concerns of my safety.

This place has potential to be a good rental if they would eliminate the residents that dont care about the way their apartment looks or the community. They have a huge bug problem here, not every building to my knowledge, but i have had to try and do my own pest control because their pest control only makes it worse. The trash dumpster area is a nasty mess on the weekends (overflowing) and this needs to be taken care of. Small children playing outside and in parking lots and digging in trash with no supervision. Weight room destroyed by kids, pool on opposite side of leasing office is not always clean and available. Not enough visitor parking spaces, too many residential parking spaces. Convenience to shopping areas is good, I dont get a lot of noise problems in my building. Rent is affordable, but I would expect this with the things that have to be dealt with.

Hallways dirty, to much noise by neighbor on stairs, don't respect the cars, to much issue on this apt , no even safe for kids our adults, the maintenance on this apt is not very good. We do complain for nothing.

Lake Kathy is a very nice community during the day. But at night sometimes people hang around outside making loud noises and playing loud music. Need to have more security to stop this activity. Overall i love my one bedroom apartment at Lake Kathy.

noisy and dirty common areas, they're improving but still a lot of work to do, it's always trash at the parking lot, and the lights outside never got fixed, I did call to the electricity company and to maintenance too, nobody took care of it

Stairway and side walk are dirty, Maintance doesn't response to your request weeks later. Front desk office are rude and doesn't greet people that come in and out. Internet always have bad connections, constantly dropping. Not recommended for anyone.

Convenient to shopping and interstate; however, the quality of the apartment in low including amenities. Roaches are a problem even in a clean home, which is very frustrating. Neighbors are loud and inconsiderate. The rent is low which is a positive.

This place is dirty, work orders are not completed on time or the correct way, they tow residents cars' for no reason. The complex is mole infested, the internet or cable never works, air conditioner never works even if it is 91 degrees outside. They ignore the needs of the residents who pay on time every month, such as myself, never late not even once. I will share my story with everyone, "This is the worst place to live!" I would give it zero stars but I can't. There is no option.

Ive been here for a year management is wonderful everything is pretty good besides the towing of the cars and the fact that we can only use a certain type of cable but other then that my experience has been great and this is a great community for a family.

I have nightmares when I hear these two words: ----------. Stay away from -------- the manager, ----- the maintenance manager and ---- the towing company manager. They work as a team to make your life miserable. Better sleep under a bridge !!

I've been a resident since 2012 and have been very disappointed and not satisfied with the outside conditions, thingsneeding replaced, not receiving services when advised, such as the carpet cleaning, parking should be unlimited, and security should be on property from sun up to sundown.....it sucks
