I absolutely loved how spacious and clean the apartment was upon arrival. We had no problems during the move in process and consider Lake Kathy a perfect choice for an apartment. Especially because of the maintenance and space.

When I 1st moved in the apartments it was very nice. But now is filled with non caring residents. Alot of Noise, cleanliness problems, and hanging on stairs, smoking, dog waste and trash in parking lot.

Excellent security Clean property Timely response to Maintenence requests. Office personnel are very congenial. Also helpful to handicap people. Easy access for wheelchair to the office and parking .

it's a awesome place to live never had any trouble people are nice maintenance is curtious and professional rent is reasonable and office staff is awesome I would recommend living here to anyone there's lots of things to do and stores close by

Quietly corrupt!
On the surface, they seem legit. But if YOU will have to consistently HAWK your account because they're accounting practices are FRAUDULENT, point blank, and PERIOD. I'm just finding out, after moving, that these people have taken over 2k from me, and WITHOUT cause. They lied to my Bank about a double payment I made back March, that they told me I had to go thru my Bank to get back, but then they refused to return the funds, when USAA went after it. So they kept that, a credit from the housing, since they'd been over paying my rent, a whole month's rental from the HUD, and my deposit, after I left. I'm currently pursuing my legal options thru my HUDVASH rep,.....because at this point, they didn't just rob me, they STOLE from HUD as well, and those are Federal funds, which means this ENTIRE situation will be considered federally, FRAUDULENT.... In addition to the financial and psychological strain this has placed on me and my family. And I'm looking for some adequate Restitution. So I'm telling EVERYBODY, including my Uncle Sam.

I have just recently moved to Lake Kathy and so far the leasing associate and maintenance has been prompt and helpful with any assistance. The unit is spacious and the large windows are nice. Ceiling fans in each room is helpful to keep the house cool although there isnt any lights on them. The breezeways could use cleaning. But overall it is a decent place to live.

Overall is a good community, but they need to fix some maintenance issues and security issues, and to be based on low income apartment the rent is outrageous...........................................

The Worsest Apt Community Ever! Do Not Move Here the Manager and office staff does not care about this community or residents. They do not maintain a well kept property Richman Properties should seek new staff that actually work and do there job!

It's been very nice since I moved in the apartments in 2017. The ladies have been nice from Day ONE since I even applied for the application. Even when ONE manager leaves, the other ladies are still very pleasant . The maintenance guys have ALSO been pleasant as well since I been here. But, I can say that lately the kids are out of hand. They are always in the parking lot. And they are loud in your breezeways. Other than that, I never had a MAJOR PROBLEM with my apartment. Very Nice apartment and most people in the community are friendly

I really like it. It's very close to the Mall and everything you could need. The pool area is good. The apartment is pretty and comfortable. I love to go to the playground whit my little one. And everyone is very nice at the office

I have been in my apartment 5 years and I have never had a problem. I've enjoy living here But my air conditioner has been a problem for months. And I am not pleased with the work that has been done.

The apartments are ok. But the staff and Maintance well they slack to get the things fix and the communication is bad between them. They tell u one thing and don't do it. Before was better cause things were getting done at that moment.

Many downs and less ups. The place is what it is. Try to call to see if anyone answer. I can't say much because I do not want it to be held against me. Take your lemons and make Lemon juice. Do the best you can if you have to stay there.

Really Good ! The Staff is friendly and nice. The place is good, near to 75 and stores. The staff always help me when I need something. I recommend this place a lot. I don't have any bad comments for this place

The price and size of the apt are a good fit. The cleanliness of the outside is not fit. In fact it is a health concern especially for small children. It is almost impossible to reach staff. I went to use the pool at a normal open hour abs it was locked up.

The leasing office people are nice and the pool is pretty. The gym isn't much but that's okay. It's conveniently close to a lot of stores and restaurants. The layout also isn't confusing to drive through so that's a plus.

The best thing is the ethic and profesional they are with the place to living. In this community .es un lugar excellente para vivir los mas .el staff es muy amable cirdial y sobre todo tiene mucho profecionalismo y lo mejor de todo se preocupan que el inquilino se sientan bien en la comunidad.

It has been mostly good. It goes through cycles where there are more bad renters than good. Sometimes more good than bad. I rarely go outside anymore. It seem we ate in one of the lower time at the moment.

Rent is cheap but you have a safe place to lay your head. Multiple playgrounds for family and my neighbors are amazing. The front office is always there to help and is quick to respond. Never try to call the office on the phone though. They are always swamped and uts better to go in. Yet I wouldn't change a thing. I love my apartments?
