The office staff has been friendly and helpful in addressing any questions I have. Maintenance is prompt if there is ever a request and overall, I've enjoyed living here. Always parking available in front of my building, pools are enjoyable, and everyone is nice in my building.

They really have some work to do to fix up the property the community really need to be cleaned up it's very dirty in the breezeways also I think some of the mantinece need more knowledge on what they are doing

It is a very quiet community, the neighbors behave well and the people in the office are very efficient, friendly and the service is very good. I just think they should improve Spanish communication for the Latino community and the security of the common area

Been here going on three years. I don't like living here. I stay here because it's hard to find affordable housing. Everyone have a waiting list neighbors are nasty. leave trash outside the door raccoons tear through . The office doesn't fix appliances the right way put in a work order same problem still exists and tell them about it they say they're going to do something but don't

Lake Kathy has an amazing office staff and maintenance team. The apartment is spacious and the amenities included are excellent. The maintenance team works extremely hard everyday to make the property a beautiful place to live in.

Great Community to live in office staff is friendly and very helpful. Maintenance does an excellent job as well. I always receive the help and assistance I need when I run into a slight problem. Lake Kathy is the BEST!

Lake Kathy has been a great home for my two children and I. The whole staff is very kind and helpful. The apartments are beautiful. The only issue I would say is there should be more visitor spots. You can't have anyone over on a weekend unless they get there super early and it's a struggle when I have family come babysit so I can work because there isn't an open spot. Also the tow company is atrocious.

Move-in process was fast and smooth. The ladies in the office are so sweet and kind, I did experience a problem with my microwave the first week in but crystal took care of it right away. Overall I love the apartment

Great experience! Crystal was extremely helpful throughout the whole process,kept me updated about everything and I love my new apartment as well! Everything was clean and spotless. Apartment smells so good too!

Wish they would have properly sound proof the floors so tenant's, can have peace in there homes .noise from neighbors upstairs are horrible. Banging!!!! Went to management and complain and only a letter to the neighbor has gone out, and still having the same problem. Constantly having them banging on the floor sound like a hammer is driving me to become sick. Hope this help

It's been bitter sweet. Pest control isn't under control. Dogs are allowed to relive themselves anywhere they want and owners don't cleanup after them. Stairs are filthy all the time. New flooring paint updated appliances should be offered to lease Renewals

Great experience here. I have no issue. Office staff is great. Lake Kathy management goes above and beyond to meet residents expectations. The maintenance team is always on top of the property to keep them clean and working properly. Proud to call this my home.

I love the Customer service was amazing and Crystal and Elizabeth is awesome I love the steps that we went through how they keep in contact. They go step by step with you anything that you need to the information if there is something that is missing on the application to help you out they just do everything and They do whats best for you and that's what got me. They are really amazing and I can't wait to see how this go and a Big thank you to crystal for everything

The community is very nice and quiet. They keep it very clean looking, pools clean. It has a laundry room that's always clean and gym clean as well. The staff is nice. Neighbors are nice and respectful.

La verdad mi experiencia a Sido muy buena tanto en el ?rea donde vivo como el trato del personal que labora en el complejo son muy atentos veo que hay mucha organizaci?n a los alrededores que tratan de mantener todo al d?a aunque la gente no colabore pero creo que eso pasa en todas partes

my experience has been great so far the area im in is laid back and no one really brothers anyone , even the kids around me i never have a problem with anything. when i need maintains to come they came fast and fixed the problem fast . they was always friendly and respectable. also everyone up in the office is very nice and helpful when i have any questions for them to answer.

Do not move here they have cockroaches everywhere. Utilities are outdated the rugs are disgusting. They never paint or touch up anything ,the breeze ways are full of trash. And the rent increases.Ugly
