It's a great community if you keep to yourself . The only bad part about the community is shared internet service if everyone is on it then the internet goes really slow, which sucks because the cell service is terrible as well. Parking is bad if you have two children under two because if you don't get home at a certain time you will have to park far from your building. Forget about visitors if you don't find a visitor parking spot your guest will get towed !! Other than that I have never had any issues :)

Great location. Everything is walking distance. Office staff is very well managed. Property is well-kept clean. And affordable prices and the space is fantastic. Family friendly and pool area is nice.

Been here for 10 years. I've had worse apartments. Overall it's not bad. Community is ratchet as hell. They flip apartments, and work on them at 8 in the morning,like nobody lives above them. Internet finally is decent after 10 years. Some of the office staff is really kind. But getting something fixed takes forever. I'd give 2 stars out of 5. The only reason I stay here is because I can build my credit and save money. The best thing about this place is the program they have to buy a house when you move out.

Sometimes it feels unsafe example New Years shootings. Neighbors fighting and loud. The pool maintenance could be better. Also the website says there's a volleyball court there is one but very poorly maintained.

Office staff and maintenance get issues resolved timely. During the pandemic they were very accommodating and kind. No issues with neighbors and it's pretty quite. Plan on staying here until I buy a house.

It has not been the best. The increase in rent has been stressful. The wifi and the internet connection is bad. People breaking in cars every night and cops being called. Nothing gets resolved. Too much noise as well.

Been here for 3 years and feel very comfortable. The office staff are wonderful and very helpful, the maintenance guys are awesome! I never have anything bad to say. The apartments are very spacious and comfortable. I've enjoyed the 3 yrs here. The only downfall is no porch, no where to sit out.

The apartments in general are nice. The only thing that bothers me most is the poor maintenance work. I call multiple times a year to have my AC fixed? during the cooler seasons, im not to worried about the AC as it's usually cool out, but during the summer, the AC is definitely needed. It had exceeded 90 degrees in my home each summer I've lived here and my kids and I go days and sometimes as long as a week or two stuck in the heat and that's not safe or healthy. I do not know what they do when they go outside and "fix" the AC, but it never lasts. I tend to have to call for maintenance multiple times a year for my AC. Another thing. I do not know what the trash schedule is for them to come pick up the dump, but people tend to leave trash by the compactor because both of them fill up so fast and the maintenance expects us to turn around and hold the trash inside of our homes until the dumpster is clear without the knowledge of when it will be clear. It can be hours or even days before they clear the dumpster. If they did better with clearing the dumpster out, people wouldn't feel the need to put their trash beside the compactor. They shouldn't have to drag their trash back home.

It's been a pleasure.. I really love that it's kid friendly.. with the parks and pools... The office always involve kid activities there... The staff has always been wonderful and helpful with me... The maintenance crew is great also...

They say there low income, but not when ur rent goes up $104& u ask to b moved from a2to 1 Bdrm they say they do have any ! When ppl r leaving this place like crazy! The office ppl r nice & do suggest ways to help with the rent

The rent went up 1 month after I had moved in which was very unexpected because I qualified for the price listed only but the staff is friendly the neighborhood is quiet and the Maintenance is good .

Since I've been here everyone has been really nice. Maintenance is never late. My neighbors are quiet and everyone gets along well. My kids love it here and it's a very safe environment. I love my apartment.

Really nice big apartments. Maintenance request are usually completed same day depending on importance which I really like. Pest control could be a little better... but overall I will stay here until I buy a house. The office staff are all really nice, professional and helpful.

Don't move here!!! There is no freedom nor privacy. Towing company will tow away your guess because there's not enough parking for visitors. Rent increases $50 every year. Move somewhere else in Brandon.

I have been living here for a few year and honestly I don't have mayor complain. The only thing I hate is the fact that my visit never can find a visitor parking. But in general it is a nice place to live.

The staff are very friendly, the apartment was clean and the assistant manager was quick to put in the orders for the damages the the previous tenant caused. Community is clean. The stairs could use some cleaning but the residents should do their part and stop trashing them!

I love living here I just wish I knew the carpet was damaged and all the things that were not fixed before moving in that can now not be replaced . The carpet has a terrible stinge and the AC works on and off. Since moving in it has been one thing after another and dealing with my mother's health condition of her cancer is not making this any smoother as I thought and expected it to be. I would like the carpet to be tended to and replaced. I don't want to play in the room with my one year old son on a urine infested carpet from a pet that was not supposed to be in the unit with the previous tenant.

For the first couple of years it was OK living here in the last couple years have been not so good. Please read reviews check out the community itself it's served his purpose for our family long enough but I'm ready to move on.
