The office staff are nice. The move in process was quick.New carpet was placed. The apartment is Roach infested,Stairs are filthy. Needs to be pressure washed!! The garbage disposal doesn't work, the ceiling fan has a problem, the closet door frames in master bedroom and the pantry are ripped, the walls were not painted, there's roach glue on the inside of the cabinets which is disgusting, the dinning room floor needs caulking. Also being that the windows are double paned, the gas seeped through in between the windows causing a terrible stain. Other than that, I like the apt.

Everyone in the office is so helpful and nice. They take care of all maintenance inquiries on time! They make sure all issues are fixed. They treat you like family. The community is very quiet and safe!

staff very helpful and nice, very quiet be more choices for cable company service, more disabled parking must be added to the care site must be maintenance like replacing the vacuum hose and water hose. other than that the community is ok.

Lake Kathy is my first apartment and I had a lot of questions and concerns and the office staff help with all my questions with no problem and was very helpful. Great pricing for my first apartment as well

This property has been a nightmare from day 1 continuous maintenance issues. The staff is not good at all since micheline left the property. Dealing with them and the maintenance staff is awful. They dont properly fix anything g then when you complain your made to be the bad guy. I have had problem after problem from day 1 I. This unit and I dont see a end in sight. I wish I was warned by someone before I paid to move here and the only resolution the property manager has is "we will let you out of you lease if your not happy". Hoe about fixing your ragedy --- apartment are you guys going to pay my new application and admin fees moving cost new deposits etc. No! So why not try to give the residents what they pay for! Dont let me get started on the poor internet service they leave you no choice but to purchase that works when it wants to or not at all. The office staff is a joke the really need new people in there who actually like their job. I really hope this review helps someone make the decision to Not Move On This Property! Dont make the mistake that I did!!!!

I enjoy where I live. No one bothers me. Everything is close to me! Everyone is quite friendly &. Helpful. If I am able to I will most debe renewing my lease. I love where I chose to live. I've never had an issue in the office with the staff. They pretty much accommodate to an necessity.

I love the place and the staff. Only thing there was roach in the kitchen but that's something we can fix. The neighborhood it's quite and safe. Also my son love the place because there is playground. Apartment it's big and clean . Love it

I've been here for a week. Everything is Grand. My son is happy, he enjoys the pool and the fact that there are other kids for him to play with is nice. I love how convenient it is as far as the shopping plaza

From the moment I walked in till the moment I received my keys, I have gotten nothing but the best service here. Very attentive and very friendly. The staff shows you how much they care for you. Great job to the staff!

Living in the community is nice and quite. In walking distance of shopping and eatery, besides the wildlife that out here just have to be careful being out at times. Visitor parking need to be look into in the future.

The community is great had one run in with front office and they we're a bit rude. Overall they are ok and always on top of maintaining a great community. I love the activities they have for kids after school and during the summer.

Love there service they go above and beyond for me and never have a problem with maintenance. Would definitely refer friends or family to live here. The security keeps the area clear from kids and teenagers from making a mess and causing trouble.

My overall experience was unfavorable. The beginning of the process I was extremely satisfied I worked with Michellne the staff would go above and beyond to address my questions or concerns. The turnover unfortunately came closer towards the move in. It was a lot of miss communication and confusion from the staff. I spoke with the manager Jennifer in regards to my concerns and I don't feel she addressed them as well as she could have. At one point during the moving process I stopped by the property to confirm my move in to be advised they didn't have an idea what the status of my move in was which I felt was unprofessional. I currently will be living on property for a month and have yet to receive a parking pass, which is the current concern I'm having with the property. I contacted the office on numerous occasions in regards to receiving a parking pass due to my vehicle being in the shop. I had to even work with the on-site security who was nice enough to help me locate parking due to not being provided a parking pass. I have a 6 year old so of course being able to park close to home without concerns of having to walk with him and grocery's after a long day. The sad part after 3 occasions of working with the office advising they would have one for me and they didn't hold up to there agreement. The manager Jennifer calls me today stating a complete different story then what was told to me. I had to inform her on what occurred and her response then was she was off so she didn't know and would need to inquire and follow up. SHE NEVER CALLED BACK. She did has a agent by the name of Breanna call me though and her demeanor was unacceptable. Of course I'm a new tenant I'm sure anyone would be frustrated not being able to park in a community there paying rent in. The worst part of this whole situation was recently when I had to conference my car rental company with the leasing office due to them not believing my rental company Alamo was paperless. The agent Breanna proceeds to argue with me and advise me she rents cars and they provide a printed rental. Luckily Michellne came to the rescue and spoke with my rental agency for assistance with getting them to send a email to confirm they are paperless the truck in fact is rented. She understood my frustration and assured me they will resolve my concerns. Unfortunately I still have yet to receive the pass which is extremely frustrating. To where I have to take time away from my job to address this. The same job that provides for myself and my child. To assure I'm able to pay my rent! I just never meet a company not willing to assist a tenant knowing the circumstances of the towing on the property already.

My experience so far living in this community is very friendly neighbors. Quiet. It's in a convenient location, close to everything. Has a nice playing area/playground. Pet friendly ,just need a lil more care of cleaning the stairs.

Omg....with the help of Ms.Love everything was done in a timely manner or before , which was perfect. She is just the sweetest and she make you feel right at home even before you move-in lol. Literally....I couldn't have ask for a better person to work with. Thank you so much Ms. Michlene ??

I love this community because the staff is always so warm, friendly, and welcoming. There isn't a time that I've come in and they weren't able or willing to help me. I am always greeted promptly and if I can't be immediately helped, they always acknowledge that they're helping other people but never fail to get to me in a timely manner. The property manager Jen is always so pleasant and the Asst. Manager Briana is the sweetest. The two leasing consultants, Jennifer and Michelene, are always on point, busy buzzing about the office. They're always willing to help in any way possible. The maintenance team is really helpful all the time as well. They come in and make the requested repairs and answer any questions I may have.

They were friendly and made me feel welcomed and accommodating however the initial apt I was suppose to move into was not going to be ready for my initial move-in date so they changed it 3 days prior to me moving to FL and it felt inconvenient but was offered another apt that was to be ready and available for my exact move-in date. The apt felt like it had been empty for some time and they tried to clean and freshen it up as fast as possible so it didn't feel like a newly renovated apt dents on the appliances and outdated fixtures like the door handles and faucets and mirrors. Although its a quiet area the only noise annoyances is the train passing by thru the entire day feels like its passing down the street of how loud and close it is.

I've Been Here For 2 Years Almost 3 ! Michlene In The Office Is Freaking Awesome , I Love Her And She Makes Sure I Always Get Taken Care Of ! The Only Down Fall Is Minimal Visitors Parking . I Love My Apartment it's Quiet and Spacious . Great Community To Live In .

Been with your apartments for 10 years totaling 5 years upstairs in 5 years downstairs didn't have too many problems but lately maintenance and customer service seems to be dropping big-time which I'm considering moving next year after my lease is up

Do not move into Lake Kathy if you can help it! The office staff are very rude. Lack of sympathy and empathy when it comes to dealing with tenants and situations. Maintenance staff does not follow through with work Orders, before marking them complete

Great community. Well kept and the staff is awsome! The only tjing i would change is having more visitor parking. And not having to worry about being towed when having visitors. But i have no complaints.

I really love this apartment complex is very close to everything that I love to do. The people here are so amazing, I love working with them. They help me out with all the paperwork that I needed. The apartment is more that I asked for and love it. If you ever come up here to apply please ask for Micheline she's the best!
