Cada día es peor en la oficina, no te ofrecen una estabilidad en cuanto al dinero de la renta, todo el tiempo ellos siguen subiendo la renta y sin avisar con anticipación, ya los apartamentos van por $1,500 casi y no toman en consideración las necesidades de las cosas los arreglos dentro de los hogares, han habido acciones negativas por parte de la administración con malascrianzas y mentiras, de que van arreglar y solo dan excusas tras excusa, para arreglar las cosas que se dañan, la estufa y el microhondas pasaron semanas para que los arreglaran, liqueos de techo y cerraduras del agua, son muy incompetentes, de verdad que si.

The racun walk all the place and have already been reported but they do nothing. They dont care about People only the money. 0 star for lake kathy apartments. Están trabajando mal de verdad que si. Hay niños pequeños jugando y es un peligro. Y si se de las malas cosas que pasaron y pasan aqui todavia y no hacen nada.

They had to see all the shots that our car took in order to move and do something for them, not for us. The car has 29 bullet holes (said by Geico), I don't understand how with so many shots no one was hurt, I think it was evil towards us (Christian people who don't mess with anyone), this is not normal and the administration didn't care or help us with anything. That's Lake Kathy, irresponsible people who have no empathy for anyone and lied about everything to not defend us and help us, no lawyer wanted to take the case and the worst of all, the perpetrator of such an atrocity what he did was laugh with his friends in our faces and is still there as if nothing had happened. God sees everything and everyone will give an account to Him. For this reason they put so many lights. The door was opened for them and we went to the office. Stop lying. And let me know that I’ll come to your office. Tuvieron que ver todos los tiros que cogio nuestro carro para entonces moverse hacer algo por ellos no por los nosotros. El carro tiene 29 balazos (dicho por geico) no entiendo como con tanto tiro y nadie salio herido, pienso que fue de maldad hacia nuestros (personas cristianas que no se meten con nadie) no es normal esto y la administración no les importa ni nos ayudo con nada. Eso es Lake Kathy unos inresponsables, insensibles que no tienen empatia por nadie y mintieron en todo para no defendernos y ayudarnos, ningun abogado quiso coger el caso y el colmo de el actor de semejante atrocidad lo que hizo fue reirse en nuestras caras y aun sigue ahÃÆ’ como si nada hubiese pasado. Dios lo ve todo y a El le daran cuentas por abusadores. Por tal razon pusieron las luces, que les aproveche. YA LES DI CARA Y HABLE CON USTEDES EN LA OFICINA Y SI LES ABRÝ LA PUERTA Y SI SABEN QUIEN FUE PORQUE EL MISMO LO CONFESO LO CUAL NO ME INTERESA, ME INTERESA QUE NO HICIERON NADA POR NOSOTROS Y EL CARRO FUE PERDIDA TOTAL. DEJEN LA MENTIRA QUE SE VEN PEOR AL MENTIR. AVISAME QUE YO LLEGO A LA OFICINA.

The staff is very fast and helpful with whatever you need. The maintenance is very quick when you put in a request. The rents prices is great. The gym and poll is very nice and clean. Everything is good at Lake Kathy.

When I first moved in my neighbors downstairs had a fight 5 days a week I was very concerned about that but after three months it finally stopped. I haven't experienced any issues since then. Very quiet neighbors are respectful. Everything is close by so you don't have to travel for to get what you need. I love it

Catilina is Awesome hands down very respectful and understanding. I've been here since 2021 and I honestly don't have any major issues . Only thing I don't like is the new parking rules especially because there isn't enough visitor parking. Also how rude the people who have the restricted parking is a simple you can't park here would work instead of being rude and disrespectful. I understand they may have accommodations for those parking spaces but it's really unfair when it's already hard to find parking .

I've been here since 2016 and some of the staff have come and gone but all, staff and maintenance are friendly, helpful and responsive immediately if an issue is present. They all go above and beyond.

That it's not enough visitors parking but the overall community is nice staff is nice the grounds are well kept up and maintained just wish it was more visitors parking because my brother gave me his car to use until I get my own so I have to get him to write a note then get it notarized to give to the office for a permanent parking sticker but overall community is nice.

Multiple time I had issues and problems with Administration I even had to call the corporate office but as a whole I'm happy because ultimately they were working with me with my maintenance issues and problems that I was having. First when I start moving here the price of rent was 740 now I'm paying almost $1,300 however for most I don't mind and I believe it's a great community and I'm appreciate of working with Katie however sometimes when the maintenance come they don't do their job properly and that is an issue.

Es un buen lugar, pero ning?n lugar es perfecto ya que algunos vecinos no tienen cuidado con sus hijos y vandalizan los carros o propiedades. Siempre hay Olor a marihuana por todos lados, las cucarachas por doquier no es suficiente el control de placas que se ofrece tu debes tener tu propio control dentro de tu apartamento.
