This property is ok. My issue is stairs and upkeep of property is not maintained that often. Garbage is not cleaned up often. Once you live here nothing will be updated. That kind of sucks too. Can't wait to move

Rent is reasonable and for the place you will be getting worth it. Wish the complex was kept cleaner than what it is. The appliance should be updated. I lived here when the first open and then now, the appliances look the exact same.

I've lived in Lame Kathy once before back in 2020 but in another building and my experience here has always been amazing! Staff is really helpful and maintenance fixes the issues in a timely manner. The apartments are always well maintained as well as the common areas!

The Community is an okay property. Maintenance is great they do really well at helping and fixing things. Parking is terrible. Pretty quiet community. The internet is moonbeam and it's really bad, unable to really enjoy at home tv.

When I moved in here, my rate was $795. It's now up to 1100 very unaffordable for a single person that is 61 years old and can't work two jobs. The maintenance man do not keep the area clean there are things going on here that I have turned into the office that nobody ever does anything about my apartment needs repainted and they told me that I had to do that myself. I'm pretty sure apartments are supposed to be painted every five years but that's beside the point when I moved in the move-in was very unprofessional things didn't get done that were supposed to be done. It didn't get cleaned the way it was supposed to be cleaned but I was in a crunch time so I didn't have time for them to clean it Again like they should have. We now cannot pay our rent at the office. The office girls never answer the phone. I'm not even sure why they are in the office. We can't go up there for nothing. Everything has to be done online I would move if I could afford it but I can't the security around here is real bad , I'm kind of stuck that is for sure

Very nice staff they help out when needed . I put in a request and he came the exact day to help out and fix my apartment. Very quiet neighborhood . Great service and now I'm doing very fine in my apartment

La comunidad es bastante silenciosa. Ni se siente que vivieran otras personas. La atenci?n de la oficina y mantenimiento es excelente. Lo ?nico que el dunster se queda chico para tantos habitantes. Y que la gente no aprende a no tirar la basura donde debe ser.

I've lived in this community for almost 5 years. My rent was very doable when I first moved in but of course it's up there out of control. I barely make and meet as it is, and I am struggling to pay my rent gone up so much since I moved in. The office staff has been very helpful very patient, but they also don't answer their phones. The groundskeepers don't keep up on cleaning up as much as they should when you do tell the office about a problem. It takes a very long time for it to get taken care of if it gets taken care of it all if you do move in make sure you get on the third floor I'm on the first floor and I feel like there's 1200 elephants above me, I have complained about it but it has done no good .

Up until the around April of 2023 and ongoing. The stay in this apartment has been fairly decent. Maintenance takes a super long time to come to fix things. I've been waiting a few weeks for my fire alarm to be fixed and my stove to be fixed properly. We also have a neighbor on the second floor that disturbs the whole building multiple nights a week by yelling and banging on our doors at random hours of the night and early morning. She also likes to call us racial slurs and threaten our lives and our children's lives and when police have been called they tell us they can't do anything unless the office files a complaint so the living experience here is horrible currently because the whole building is being disturbed by this neighbor. The office got complaints from other neighbors and have yet to do anything about it so living here is extremely STRESSFUL.

Staff #1 and big apartment, i like it. Quiet, they keep the areas clean and in order. So far no problem.Inside the apartment, very well painted, one or another detail but it is the least important because you call the office and they solve it.

It's going on two years I haven't had any problems and work order I have put in maintenance literally comes the same day no matter how small or big the problem they keep up with the property inside your unit and outside I love how the pressure wash the stairs and the front of your door pool man comes out twice every week and how they don't allow the residents to just throw they trash anywhere

Just moved in!! So far GREAT!! Quiet, friendly people!! The shopping center and mall is close!! Everything is as I planned it to be in a community!! 12 minutes from my job!! I love it!!! I believe I picked the perfect apartments to live!! The staff I GREAT also!! Nice ,friendly. I tell you if you ever pick Lake Kathy you have pick the best!!!
