Very quite and very friendly place to live, I love it. I love the pool and the landscaping is awesome. I got front view of the our beautiful garden and pool and a very friendly neighborhood won't change it for anything and our maintenance are awesome

We have lived at The Palms since January of 2017, and have loved our time here. The office and maintenance staff are professional and responsive, and we have enjoyed the overall sense of community. The apartments themselves are comfortable, the landscaping is beautiful, and we feel safe here. They are in the process of updating the apartments, so some are "upgraded" (granite counters, new blinds, newer appliances), and some are "classic"- which are the older apartments but if you don't care about the upgrades they could be a nice option for someone looking to save a little on rent. Our time at The Palms has been a pleasant experience so far, looking to renew.

I have lived here almost three years and really like it. Maintenance is timely; one time my dishwasher stopped working and they brought me an entire new one the next day. I feel safe here since there is a gated entrance. Also, bonus points for the hottub. I can hear my downstairs neighbors if they're being loud, but it doesn't bother me much as it doesn't keep me awake at night and if I'm playing music or watching tv I don't even notice it. Overall, no complaints :)

Before you move in, ask about all the extra cost. They charge you water that is very high, 1 person they charge you 45 dollars a month. I was never home on weekends, that is more than I paid in a home with pool. They charge you 25 dollars for parking spot. If you done get one and come home after 9 you have to park all the way back of apartments. Don't rent downstairs, you can hear everything in apartments above you. That is terrible if you have people up until wee hours of morning. Make sure you take pictures day of move in and day of move out. They charge you for everything they can.

I love it so far. The community is small and very quiet, my neighbors are really nice and the staff is super friendly and helpful. Granted the price is a little high, i value the security and overall cleanliness of the community.

I love my apartment, the bedroom is large enough for a king size bed with side tables, my dresser, and my home office, plus it has a walk in closet. The kitchen has a pantry that holds the washer and dryer, and overlooks the living room that accommodates an oversized reclining couch, coffee table, and large entertainment center, while still having plenty of room to walk to my very own privacy screened patio without stubbing my toe on the table;)

When visiting the Palms of Clearwater, I was greeted promptly by the friendly leasing consultant. The grounds were very well kept and there didn't seem to be any obnoxious neighbors. The apartment I was shown was a 1 bedroom. It had a typical layout but was a good size. I also briefly spoke with the property manager; all of the staff members seem professional and courteous. I think I've found my new temporary home!

I went into The Palms of Clearwater looking to possibly lease a 2 bedroom apartment. The office staff were very informative and seemed to know their property inside and out. While I was there residents were coming into the office and the staff greeted every resident by name, which made me feel like they take initiative to really get to know there residents which is a very warm and welcoming feeling. I also overhead the property manager radio his maintenance staff to report to the office as soon as possible to deal with a unit issue and the maintence supervisor and staff were there in no time, seemed very responsive and they were very respectful to the manager and went to get the job done right away. I would definitely recommend this community to family and friends.

Friendly staff, nice location and buildings. Everyone seems friendly. Most issues that happen are from people that don't even live there. Great location, right near beach and downtown Dunedin. Would recommend to a friend.

Living here had been pretty good. I feel safe and the conditions are nice. Rent is a little high and keeps rising. On site laundry would be a big plus without having to rent machines for my apartment as is the current set up.

I moved here on July 1, 2017. The entire moving experience was made very easy. All maintenance, paperwork, and keys were completed on time. Also, most everything was very clean when I inspected the apartment a few days before moving, which relieved much stress from the process.

The property is quiet, and is very well maintained. The location is great, has a great pool and well-equipped workout room with lots of TV's and is always extremely clean. Living here has a feeling like you are in a resort. I would highly recommend it to anyone that likes this type of property.

Great community. Quiet, clean, convenient location, affordable, spacious, safe, upgrades should be better in comparison to cost of rent and other comparable apartments in the area. Windows could use replacing and washer and dryer could use upgrading.

Apartments are decent, ours didnt include the amenities advertised like a backsplash in the kitchen. The pool is nice. Overall the complex seems overpriced. Maintenance staff is awesome. We wont be renewing.

Other than a few minor items needing repair upon moving in, we are so far very satisfied with the apartment, and amenities. Its a slightly smaller complex than most, it is also quieter. Shops, schools all near by.

Great would refer this location to anyone looking for an apartment it's in the center of everything post office Walmart Publix every food store you can think of management is wonderful. And it's inexpensive for all that you receive.

My daughter and i just moved in and we love it. The apartment is beautiful. The area is wonderful. The management office is very friendly. David from the management office is so helpful and pleasant . He guided us with the move since I was relocating from out of State, so if you are deciding to move here talk to David he will assist you the entire way.

I have lived at the Palms of clearwater for about 9 months now. All the office staff have been very pleasant, especially David. Every time I go in, usually just for packages, he is always so nice and willing to make you feel welcome. Overall, the apartment is the right size; everything except the some of the plugs, which seems every apartment, work well; there isn't a lot of noise; and there is decent parking, at least where I am.
