I have been very happy here. I would recommend the complex to a friend. The staff is helpful and friendly. I enjoy the gym, pool and hot tub. The maintenance staff do need to keep up on the dog poop and cigarettes which can be very difficult I do understand.

I had a 7 month lease here and it was just enough time for me to find somewhere else to live. This place should be named the Roaches of Clearwater. My first walk thru there were dead roaches in every kitchen cabinet. EWWW! I was told that this is because of the clean out and the roaches would be cleaned out before my move in date. Since I was in a time crunch I didn't really have time to look elsewhere. The grounds are well kept with a nice leasing office DO NOT be fooled by this it is not a reflection of the actual apartments. Other than the roach infestation and ridiculously over priced rent to live here someone may enjoy it.

I was worried about finding a good place for relocating from New York to Clearwater. I did most of the research online and found a couple of apartments I was interested in. However, The Palms of Clearwater was always at the top of my list due to the great visual appeal and affordable rent. Once I visited for the first time I fell in love with the place. It's a quiet community. It's located in a convenient area, near restaurants, grocery stores and a few miles from the beach. My apartment was delivered in great condition and the staff has been very helpful and attentive. I would definitely recommend this place to friends and family!

Office staff was very unwilling to help with a complaint that I came to them with. They did not call me back when i placed the complaint the first or second time. I had to keep going to them to finally get someone to talk to me. No help at all with it.

This community was great for the situation I was in. I had a week to find a place that allowed large dogs and the apartment was nice enough. The staff is great and do a good job. I wish other neighbors would take pride in the community to make it better then it is.

so far i have had a good experience at the Palms of Clearwater .its a nice place to live and i feel safe . its clean and nice place to live . The place is kept clean and nice and the pool area is very nice .

I love the community. I live in a 1 bedroom apartment, it is nice but small. The maintenance staff resolves issues really fast and the office staff are kind and always helpful. Only issue is the noise, you can literally hear every car in the road

Was great when the rent was cheap. This apartment is not worth the steady annual rent increases. I was shocked when my renewal rate was increased---AGAIN--- by $65. Since you need 200 characters, blahh blahh blahh blahh blahh blahh blahh blahh

My wife and I have enjoyed the community, the quietness,and the physical fitness facilities available for our use. Our only disappointment has been the lack of the pool being heated. The "Hot tub" is nice, but does not provide enough room to swim in it :(

We love living here! The maintenance crew is the best I have seen and the apartment is cute but a bit pricey for the square footage. Loving the "happy" dog environment! Really like the pool/spa/bbq/wifi area and the landscaping is beautiful.

Overall it was okay. The management isn't very good or understanding. They don't want to listen to reason and aren't very professional. They seem to be moving pretty much anyone in now, and the prices continue to rise even though nothing is getting better or upgraded.

I love the maintenence staff, glad to see Dave is back, tenants litter and I am sure it is hard for maintaining. to keep up. love the pool area, sometimes there are dogs that bark for long periods of time, and I most appreciate the promptness of problems being taken care of.

They made the moving process so easy. Very clean and safe community. The upgrades unit is very nice. The gated community makes me feel very safe and secure. Easy access to all amenities in the community. Close to my family and eay commute to work. Couldnt ask for a better place to call home.

No comments. I thinh every family is different and the spectations for each are completely different as well. I wish to see the place before I move in to make a decision, couple things wasnt as I saw on the pictures at the webside I spend money for thimgs that should be done before to move into the place.

Thus far I am very happy. It has only been a week since we moved in but already I can tell our stay at The Palms of Clearwater will be a excellent one. I look forward to seeing what the future brings me and my family here. One thing is clear though, if any problems do arise the experienced staff will be ready to help.

This complex is absolutely relaxing, quite, and beautiful. The office managers David and Trina are amazing and very professional. The maintenance staff is always very helpful and kind. The units are spaced well and have very good appliances in them. The pool is so relaxing and fun to hang out at. This place is great and I will continue to send apartment finders there way!

Finding an apartment with really good management and maintenance staff is hard to find. I am COMPLETELY HAPPY with The Palms Of Clearwater. I love my apartment (which is a corner unit) I love the management which helped me move in the same day. The leasing agents are really nice too. The maintenance staff is really really nice and helpful. JC is the maintenance manager and is very professional and courteous. Angel is another maintenance employee who is so nice and personable. Angel is very professional and courteous. I read the reviews online before doing a community tour. The reviews were not great. I have yet to experience ANY of the problems the other reviewers have complained about. All I can say is that I'm happy here and I like the staff.

I would definitely recommend this complex! First and foremost, the office and maintenance staff is extremely professional and tentative! They're always on top of things and the place is always kept clean. My only issue was with the insects but the assistant manager made sure it was taken care of. If it wasn't for my family matters, I'd still be there!

Got a tour and overall it appears to be a nice well kept property. Staff was friendly and addressed all my questions & concerns. Loved that they take larger dogs and the close proximity to the beaches & shopping.

Big problem on pest control the all unit is infested with roaches I have talk to manager and she toll me that I brought them in she was rude and cause me of lie that this apartment have no issues on pest control , when I ask my neighbors, they all agree that this is an ongoing problem

I'm a current resident here at the palms and I must say my stay here is a fairly smooth one. The property is always kept clean and maintenance comes in a timely manner. Aside from the children playing in the pool area because school is out, it's fairly quiet as well. I would definitely recommend this apartment complex to someone.

I love this apartment complex. Everyone is so friendly and outgoing and it's very clean and kept up very well. All the residents are very nice and the staff is very good about remembering names which makes it more personal which I love. I absolutely love the pool !
