Overall great place. Parking is horrible if you come home a little late you have to park very far away from your apartment. Kristen is great! Love her. Been through 3 managers since living here and the newest one is Tina has been rude the past few interactions with her. Maintenance is always great and super fast.

The staff at The Palms of Clearwater are amazing! The staff made my move from Texas to Florida seem like a walk in the park! Neighbors and overall vibe of The Palms are incredible! The pool, hot tub, and patio area are extremely nice. The location cannot be beat with easy proximity to Tampa and to the beach! Love it!

It's ok, but not my ideal scene at all. I live in the corner unit and it's on a main street, noisy with dirty air (as evidenced by the dirt accumulated on my door and patio items). I live here currently for the convenience of location and price. The staff are pleasant.

Very great staff, location and neighbors. The place is beautiful and we feel right at home. The safety of the gates is great and everyone we have met so far has been wonderful. It's really nice with the hot tub, pool and gym. It saves us from have to adjust our workout schedules.

Enjoy exercise area,pool and hot tub could be kept up better. Hot tub jets do not all work.compactor is sometimes overloaded. Neighbors moved out at 3:00am and were very loud this past weekend.floor is very unlevel.other then that apartment is good.think you should look into having residents clean empty apartment and public areas ,if they like living here they would probably do better then who you have.

I like living at the palms it's usually a very good community. Maintenance staff is friendly and office staff is pretty good. The grounds are well kept. The front gate with key card is a dumb idea cause people wait at the gate until residents let them in or rush the gate behind you.

Over all it has been good. There are a few things that could be improved, but staff are friendly and eager to please. I feel a recycling center would help with trash being thrown on the ground by residents. Also, a limit to pet size would help with the noise level.

It was good until my brand new car was towed on May 29th. I purchased it on Friday May 27th and it was towed because it has a dealer's new tag on it- it was an illegal tow from the apartment parking lot. I was told that Comm Tow can tow your car if you have a flat tire. Suppose I have a flat during the night while I am asleep. Suppose I was visiting. Comm tow assumed that the car was purchased in Fl base on their reasoning. I purchased it from Birmingham Al and it has a Nissan dealer new tag. I had a hard time getting it back. It was like what part of this is a new car purchased from another state that you don't understand! Please do something. That Comm Tow is a bunch of gangster pirates hiding in the dark of dark robbing the citizens of this area.

I'm not currently satisfied with my apartment, and am considering moving out. I have had roaches since I moved into unit L171 this past May. When I call for service, calls are not returned promptly, and service is usually delayed. Thank you for your time.

Good community David the asst leasing manger is very professional and courteous. The community itself is very quiet with plush landscape and a big courtyard with a pool and hot tub.I was very pleased and calling this place home for almost two years.

Overall nice community. Very nice business center, beautiful pool area with grill and Jacuzzi tub! This place has an awesome fitness center! Accepts pets and is close to many things such as a CVS, 3 gas stations, a Publix, Albertson and Wal-Mart food market. Very close to Clearwater Mall and minutes away from the beach. Very quiet and easy going community. Very well kept grounds. Office staff is very friendly.

Very friendly staff here, maintenance requests are answered immediately, beautiful courtyard and pool area, nice fitness room. I love the location...everything you need is in walking distance and beaches are just a few miles away! Overall, I have been very pleased for the year I have been here.

This property is clean, safe and nicely maintained. There is a huge problem with the billing company for water, sewer and trash services however. I have been having an eight month long, still unresolved issue. Management seems only concerned with recouping its own loss and has no empathy or willingness to help the residents.

The staff here is quick with response and very polite. The is repair at a reasonable amount of time. Quite and most residents are very nice. When some residence walk dog most of them will clean up after them some will not. But you can't blame the complex staff for that.

I moved here for its proximity to the college, and have lived here for approx. a year and a half Overall peaceful, clean, and quiet. Excellent amenities; very well maintained. Strong 7-8 7-8 on a scale of 10. A bit noisy around the pool on weekends during the summer months - to be expected.

I found the Palms to be a great place to live. The complex is extremely clean and well-maintained. The staff was polite, helpful and very friendly. The facilities, especially the gym and the pool, were exceptional. The Palms was quiet and my neighbors considerate. There were no such things as noisy parties or car radios blaring in the middle of the night. I was also impressed by the security of the place. The entrance gates kept random drivers and strangers out of the complex. If a job opportunity hadn't arisen in another state I would have continued to stay at the Palms.

I moved into these apartments a couple of months ago and so far this is the best apartment complex I have ever lived in. My apartment is clean with up to date appliances. The kitchen was one of the main reasons I moved in. The grounds are gorgeous. It's always quiet. I sit on my porch at night and the fountains from the pool and the fountain in the courtyard give complete relaxation. The office staff are always friendly and if you need anything done they are right on top of it. I was very leary about moving into another apartment complex because I have had so many bad experiences in the past but this place put all my fears to rest. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone. I feel safe to have me and my family here. That alone makes this place a great place in my book. All of the other stuff are just added perks!

This place is HORRIBLE!!!! ROACHES, ROACHES, ROACHES!!!!...They spray and it's like water to the ROACHES, ROACHES. ROACHES....the ROACHES come out in the daytime and night...doesn't matter, they are EVERYWHERE!!!!!!! ROOMS, BATHROOMS, DISHWASHER, DRESSER DRAWER, CABINETS, REFRIGERATOR!!!! DONT BE FOOLED!!!!!!

I complained about a black mold coming out of our vents. They came in and wiped it off then changed our AC vent. I could have done that myself! The manager here is a complete jerk in my opinion. Our lease was up and one month after it expired, they put a notice on our door - while we were home - the day before rent is due - stating our rent was going up A LOT and we owed over $250 beyond the raised rent for not signing a new lease. We were verbally told it would go month to month and only go up $30 with no need to resign anything. They claimed to have sent a letter to us in December, in which we never received! The office staff is rude and not helpful whatsoever. When we moved in, we didn't notice the residue all over the tile because we assumed it was marbled tile. After living here only a few months we noticed it was a strange residue that was collecting dirt but wouldn't rub off. When I brought THIS to their attention, we were told that because we didn't write it on the initial walk through form, it was something we would have to fix on our own. The maintenance man showed us how and it would take a very toxic substance to get it off, one inch at a time. He also informed us that it was probably created by the ceiling workers not covering the floors properly during the renovation. The renovation that only covered up the mold issue I'm sure. I've been sick living here more often than I care to remember. The conditions in the less than one year old fitness center is horrible already. Pretty sure some infections could be caught in there, more than most gyms. The hot tub is constantly being closed down for some mysterious reason. The pool was shut down by the health department before. All around, this place is NOT worth the money it costs to live here. I'm not even speaking of the monetary cost. The walls/floors are extremely thin. We've gone through 3 different upstairs neighbors, all were insanely loud. Speaking of neighbors, it's a revolving door around here. No one stays very long in our building except for the roaches. We won't be either!
