We have lived here for a few months and it has been great! The people are nice and respectful. The office team is amazing and always a phone call away! We have never had any issues with noise or safety. I would highly recommend!

I went into The Palms of Clearwater looking to possibly lease a 2 bedroom apartment. The office staff were very informative and seemed to know their property inside and out. While I was there residents were coming into the office and the staff greeted every resident by name, which made me feel like they take initiative to really get to know there residents which is a very warm and welcoming. I would definitely recommend this community to family and friends.

I have to start off by stating that those ladies in office really rock! The expectations they set for the apartment community are really high. (In a good way!) They are really involved with their tenants. I call Sabra the problem solver because that’s literally what she does. Keep up the great work guys. 5 star for sure.

I Just moved here and I am already in love with my apartment and this place. The transition from out of state to here was so smooth. Since the 1st phone call I was engaged and sold on moving down to The Palms! Please keep up the great work! I even had a special move in gift with a note attached. So welcoming with such a big move! This place is such a score!!! I relocated from New Jersey last year and I Love it. The team in office were so welcoming. The maintenance crew are always on point with all my service request. They have a new leasing agent she is a great I've had a pleasure of meeting and speaking with her. If I could give a 10 I would lol.

My wife and I have lived here for 2 years and are very happy here. Maintenance issues are resolved in a timely manner and the maintenance staff here is pretty darn good. Hats off to Eli who did an awesome job on our bathroom. Thank you. The office staff is always polite and courteous and attentive to our needs. Rents are affordable and the property is, for the most part kept clean. We believe in being clean courteous neighbors and hope all neighbors share the same.

the community of Palmas de clearwater is very beautiful its apartments are very comfortable the common areas such as swimming pool gardens are very nice and quiet the people who live in this community are very respectful and cordial the office and maintenance staff are very nice attentive and always pending to cover each of the situations that arise for these reasons and also for the tranquility, good location and with shopping centers, gas stations, restaurants, health centers very close ... makes this condominium an excellent place to live ... as we deserve it happy

Excellent community and accessible. Staff is very accesible however taking action of the problem takes a some time. Neighbors are professionals and quiet. Excellent for professionals that looks a home quiet and peaceful. A+ if you are working remotely.

A nice quiet place to live. A good mix of young and older families. Some issues arise because of how many units are in such a tight area, but people clean up after their pets, and maintenance staff are attentive.

Everything has been Fantastic, from maintenance to lawn care and shrubbery on the grounds kept excellent shape. Overall appearance of complex is outstanding. don't understand the trash pickup schedule at individual apts. ?

I've only been here a week. We were warned before we signed the lease that they were working on the parking situation. Last night I joined many others in parking in places not marked for parking. The amenities are great. The pool has water jets. I personally love the jacuzzi. People tell me the gym is great. They have hammocks under trees and wifi.

I'm overall happy with my new home! Very welcoming staff. Very clean inside an out! The pool is well maintained. The neighborhood is quite an clean! Also they have a cute little area you can relax an read an it also has WiFi available!

I love this community as it has all the features I need in an apartment that's affordable for me. I am occupying now a one bedroom unit with a small screened patio, washer/dryer, and a reserved parking. The community is very quiet and the management addresses any concerns or complaints you have. I had an issue before on one of the neighbors with her dog barking the whole day everyday. The management took care of it right away.

Could be better. They have a compliance company to make a "credit" decision that is terrible slow . After you pass in that process they keep the process slow maybe because there is not enough staff at the office ... after that the maint ance manager doesn't care about make you happy !!!

Maintenance always resolved quickly, office and maintenance staff are friendly, courteous and approachable. Pool area and inside amenities are well maintained. Love the location which makes some of the minor issues (dog poop) tolerable. Overall - I'm happy here and it feels like home.

This is the second apartment I have been in. The first was a two bedroom and now I'm in a one bedroom. Both have been great. Community overall is very quiet and very well maintained. All maintenance orders have been taken care of in a very timely manner. Maintenance staff is awesome.

I love the neighborhood and how dog friendly it is, kinda hard to contact the office at times by phone but going in person is fine. Any issue is quickly resolved by maintenance and there is many amenities that come with the unit for a fairly competive price

Fast and efficient. Never had a problem at this place. Management is available 6 days a week to answer any questions or service as needed!! Maintenance and grounds crew keeps this place in tip top shape!!! Would recommend to family and friends!!

It's been decent living here. Parking is pretty bad and people are constantly getting towed, us included. But maintenance is great. Rent is reasonable price but the apartment is outdated. Will not be renewing lease tho

So far, it seems like a nice and quiet community. Apt is very outdated but everything was very clean. Staff that we met seems nice so far. Great location, affordable rent and parking is easy to find every day.

It's been a good experience!! Over the two years, we have had some difficulties with our AC unit but someone was always able to attend to it. During our tenure, they upgraded our windows, redid the dog park, and repainted all buildings for a more modern look.
