My options are somewhat mixed. I like how quiet the complex is, however I am disappointed with maintenance regarding the front gate. The gate has not been fixed since I moved in and I am nearing a year living here.

team worked fast to fix anything wrong and was fast working on getting me into the home. I so thankful I found this place and it's very nice and clean. I wish the parking was sorted out better cause every apartment need a parking spot for there unit assigned would be nice

Overall good apartment but the turn over from the previous tenant to me was lazy. Paint over spray all over the unit, unit was dirty when I moved in, and some appliances are not working and need to be fixed.

I like the unit and very satisfied with Office staff and maintenance. No one bothers us and mostly great experience. Bugs annoying but we spray and bomb occasionally. Cats are happy. Parking was a bit tricky but has gotten straightened out

I've had a great experience living here! The grounds are always clean and maintained weekly! The staff is incredibly responsive, and the maintenance team is always on top of things, making sure any issues are quickly addressed. Overall, everyone here does an excellent job, and it really shows in the quality of living! Highly recommend!

I'm very happy here the staff are very friendly and fast with work orders,the community is clean well maintained, I have been here for 2 hrs now and just renewed my lease, I would like the community gate to be locked it is one of the reasons I picked this complex, I hope they can resolve it finally

my neighbor is soooo damn weird, rent is waayyyyy too much now that i renewed my lease because of the decent price i used to have, nothing seemed to get fixed before i moved in just painted over, overall this place sucks

I would like to reaffirm the excellent work Robin did on a Saturday, being very kind and courteous with us, addressing all our questions, and creating a light and pleasant atmosphere for the conversation. She was very friendly and smiley, making us feel at home right away. She was great from start to finish, doing an excellent job of selling both the community and the Clearwater area. Basically, she said everything we needed to hear. Robin is definitely an outstanding employee, and Palms is lucky to have her.

Great clean and well maintained common areas on the grounds. Apartments are spacious & clean. The gym has everything to get a great workout and the pool looks amazing and it even has a hot tub!! Everyone was so nice & helpful.

Great. I have been here for over a year with no problem. Only one misstep when they towed my car knowing that I was a new resident getting my car documentation. I have to pay $300 to get my car back. Besides that, so far so good.

I love this community, my husband and I moved here June 6, 2020, and have been here since. Every time we think of moving for a bigger space we reconsider because how relax, quiet, and beautiful it is. The rent is also decent for the location.

The process was so fast and easy compared to other apartments I moved in. The staff are all friendly and welcoming. The neighborhood is quiet which is wonderful and it is such a beautiful area. I love the pool area as well.

Get rid of the forced valet trash. I could spend $300 year on something better, like a gift for a loved one. The person who does the valet trash is very good worker and I would not want to take a job from him. It would sit better with everyone if valet trash wasn't forced upon us.

Roach infestation and passive aggressive management

When we first moved into our apartment there was a roach infestation, it took two weeks for management to address the issue and we weren't able to move in right away. The amenities are poorly kept and you are forced to pay monthly for valet trash, however if valet trash fails to pick up or there is a holiday, you are not compensated for missed days and are expect to take the trash yourself. Management takes no accountability for their mishaps or their staffs. Daily emails are sent from management that are either yelling at residents and threatening them with fines or begging residents for good reviews under the guise of a contest. Complaints to management fall on deaf ears and overall the experience here has been awful.

We want to make sure all issues are handled right away. If you are having this issue please come see the manager so I can get this matter resolved asap. Our amenities are always kept clean and beautiful as this is your place you call HOME and we want you to be HAPPY you live here at The Palms of Clearwater. We send out automated emails to remind all residents of the Rules and Regulations per the lease agreement. The front offices and kitchen/common area are always clean and welcoming. The pool is always heavensent after a long day at work. Maintenance requests are tended to almost immediately. Everyone I've met on the property has been really nice and friendly.
