So far the community is good. Everyone is nice, it's kept clean. Parking hasn't been too much of a struggle. The pool and amenities are a plus. Haven't heard any barking or yelling, pretty quiet place to live.

The palms of clearwater is great place to call home. The office staff is always great and always happy to help with anything. They really are the best. It’s very clean community close to everything and there’s a lot of amenities. I’m very happy to be here and I will be here for as long as I can.

Love the complex, it's beautiful. Everyone in the leasing office and the maintenance department are very friendly and welcoming. Location is close to everything you might need (shopping, restaurants, grocery stores, and only 15 minutes to Clearwater Beach).

The maintenance people have been very helpful and respond swiftly.. The grounds are well kept. The only complaint I have is people leaving their garbage stacked outside of the trash compactor instead of placing the garbage inside the compactor. It looks bad.

My happy place

The office always smells great, the staff are so cute they always have themes in the office for each holiday which are super cute. The food trucks have been a hit lately which I love and haven been amazing. They always have resident events as well in the main office.

Great Place

I really love living here. Staff is great as well as maintenance. Been here going on my third year, they recently did a unit inspection I have never seen manager or supervisor care enough about what is going inside my place. They checked for leaks, outdated appliances, any issues I might have. Just really amazed that they care.

I got flooded in November of 2020, I went to Court, and looks like they corrupted the chief of Pinellas County Judge. They seal the case in the APPEAL COURT AND LOWER COURT. big scammers, do not live on the ground floor. No we talk here, you too fishy

The property is supposed to be gated and has been broken the entire time I have lived here. We have had a broken grill by the pool that took almost 2 months to be fixed. The light in the swimming pool has been dangling by wires inside of the pool unmounted. Dixy in the office when confronted with any issues is condescending and rude. The mulch around the building attracts cockroaches which try to enter into the units by climbing into the valet trash cans. The sprinklers on the property spray the sidewalks around the buildings make them completely inoperative from either side of the building. The spray directly on residents doorways and stairwells causing residents to get completely soaked when trying to access their units.

Thank you for helping me, thank you for being kind about it as well. All of management helped me with an issue that really bothered me and I appreciate that, I really do because I feel safer now. You've done everything you can to resolve my issues and you've been so nice when I wasn't. I appreciate you all and everything you've done to help me. Management here is wonderful and very understanding, the maintenance men are super nice and friendly too. Thank you for everything, you rock.

So far everything is great. I moved in just before Thanksgiving, the ladies in the office were honestly awesome helping me get into my apartment as soon as I could. Personal issues forced my hand, but I am glad that I have made the choice I did.

I enjoy living here. Very quiet.. The staff is nice also. The maintenance staff is nice also. Maintenance help, is good. Well trained. Also, the yard looks great. They keep up with the yard. Quiet neighborhood also.

It's a nice apartment complex with a nice pool and bbq area. It is also pretty quite and relax atmosphere. The dog park while on the smaller size still great to let your dog off lease for a little bit.

I love living here, there is a great sense of community and the staff is wonderful. I moved from a one bedroom to a downstairs two bedroom and all went smooth. I feel safe here with the gated community.

While the place appears cozy and friendly, problems with gadgets such as dishwasher and kitchen sink exist. The dishwasher does not work, continues to leak and messes up the floor. The kitchen basin pump switch has not been fixed despite the work order.

I'll just say that having just moved in its impossible for me to think of even one complaint This is by far the best property in Clearwater for the money. Apt was pristine at move in . Entire property is void of any litter Amenities are great

The community is considerate and mostly keeps to themselves, in my experience, which is greatly appreciated. However, I do notice that residents do not clean up their animal waste - when bins are readily available. The entry gates do not currently work which is disappointing - as it's part of why I moved to this apartment complex.
