The move in process at Palms of Clearwater was super easy. The staff (and I worked with several different members) were all super helpful, inviting, and professional. As I was moved from weekend folks to week day folks, nothing was lost in the transition and the first look to move in was super fast (which is what I needed!!) The property is kept very nice and the few instances where I have needed mainteance assistance wtih something, they have been super fast, very good, and very respectful of my property. I am super happy I was able to find this community and move in.

I feel these apartments to be safe, quiet, and clean.The staff and maintenance people are awesome and very responsive. The only drawback is that too often the parking spaces are taken by visitors late at night and I've had to park on the furthest area from my apartment. Too many times the gates are left open all night long.

So far there's nothing to complain about. I'm having a great experience so far at The Palms of Clearwater. Staff and management are friendly. Very clean and a peaceful place to be at. I love the 2 floors and the floor plan of my place!

BUGS. THERE ARE BUGS EVERYWHERE IN MY APARTMENT. THE PEST CONTROL SUPPOSEDLY CAME THE DAY BEFORE WE MOVED IN BUT THERE WERE BUGS. WE HAD THEM COME NOT EVEN A WEEK AFTER. THEY SPRAYED. MORE BUGS IN THE APARTMENT NOW. We actually have to get them to come back to spray the property again and I have no expectation it will fix anything. Despite this issue it has been fine. Amenities are nice. Residents are nice. Property staff is nice enough. Parking sucks a little bit but not as bad as other reviews make it seem. The apartment is a little run down but the complex is pretty nice. But do beware. IF YOU LIVE HERE THERE WILL BE BUGS IN YOUR APARTMENT AND THEY WILL DO NOTHING ABOUT IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The community is nice and most people are cool. Apartments are OK, but a bit on the pricey side. Management is impossible - I've tried to get someone and never received any answer back despite messages and calls. Office staff: "I just work here". Maintenance does what they can based on, a) company policies, and b) old buildings and old appliances (unless you rent a recently renovated one - at a premium, mind you).

Nice maintenance men. They are considerate of your belongings. I love how the apartment was near so much food places. Nothing much else to care for besides beach and how central it is. Definitely food location

It has some nice upgrades but the people they hire to paint get paint all over the mirrors, nice countertops etc. Its nice but details lacking in the apartment itself. The property is very nice overall. Landscaping is nice. Maintenance staff is great. The pool area closes at 9pm though, too early if you ask me.

Like floor layout. Love the window feel open and love washer and dryer already in the apartment and the refrigerator have working ice maker. The door to close washer and dryer doesn't work go. Must all side doors not working correctly

The Palms of Clearwater is a nice apartment complex. The complex staff is very friendly. The apartments are clean and have all necessities. I would recommend this apartment for any first time renters or people living alone as the complex and neighborhood are very safe.

Great staff and always helpful when you need them. Couldn’t think of a better place to live. Any issues they don’t hesitate to fix it. The pool is great. The front office is always open for those in need.

Overall no issues with management, maintenance, or the community as a whole. The unit itself was good overall, and the community is very nice. Parking is not a major issue, and the location is good for most things.

So far since I have being here, the community is safe, clean, peaceful tenants and staff; this community is closer to many commercial stores that are easily reachable. Maintenance team are knowledgeable and effective.

This area feels safe. The grounds are kept up well. Pool area is decent and the fitness center is not horrible. We have had a hard time communicating with office staff at times but have have a couple good experiences as well. Our biggest issue was with the AC it broke 4 times in one year. Maintenance just keeps using freon instead of actually fixing the problem. We have a 1 and 1 and it is very crowded. Kitchen space is nonexistent and outdated. The bathroom is very outdated as well. Fixtures are not secured and can tell that things have just been barely maintained to pass online. Bedroom is nice, good size and nice closet. Porch is very nice. Good screens for privacy. Carpet and tile are ok no complaints there. Did experience some roach issues not happy about that. Also trash service and parking is really bad but they have been trying to fix the parking situation. Property manager in the office is sweet though and again it's safe.

Good timing for repairs. Wish the landscaping people would do a little better job in front of my apartment. Very uneven mulch and a drainage pipe drains and floods that whole area when it rains hard.

I love my apartment. Love the location. Love the staff. Great area everything is near by. I love how everything is always kept up with. Hardly ever any noise. Neighbors are friendly. I really like that they always keep us the residents informed on what’s going on.

We have been residents for almost two years. We relocated from out of state and moving to The Palms was a great move. This community has a great location, close to Clearwater Beach, stores, restaurants and parks. The leasing and maintenance staff are very friendly, fast and helpful with any request. Plus it is a very pet friendly place with a nice doggie park. The grounds are very pretty. Has a nice gym and pretty pool area.

I actually really enjoy living here at the Palms of Clearwater. I waited a little while to write a review so I could get a good feel of the property but after being here for 2 months now I can say that I'm glad I chose it. I looked at a good amount of other properties in this price range before I chose this one and looking back this was a good choice. The location is great because you are in the center of Clearwater so you're close to everything. Publix, banks, gyms, the Clearwater Mall, Walmart and a bunch of places to eat are all within a quarter mile to a mile away and Clearwater Beach is only about 15 minutes away without traffic in the off-season. The property itself is nice. It's in the middle of the city but its tucked away off of Belcher Road so you never feel like you're in a bustling area. The grounds and buildings seem well maintained by the grounds crew. As far as the apartments themselves, I was actually surprised at how much I liked mine after I moved in. I have an 750 square foot, upgraded 1 bed/1 bath. With the upgrade I have granite countertops and stainless steel appliances in the bathroom and kitchen respectively. I really like the layout as well with the kitchen being open to the living room. It's nice after work to be able to watch some TV while I cook dinner or do dishes. The bedroom, bathroom and walk in closest are all larger then I thought and the screened in porch is nice as I use it for additional storage (I rented the unit "sight unseen" so I only used the website pictures and dimensions to get an idea of the unit. Check out YouTube and they do have walk through videos of the units). There's a really nice pool area that is well maintained. It has a nice grill area and hot tub and its never packed with people. The other tenants I've run into seem pretty nice. They general nod, smile and say hello and I've never noticed very much noise at night or especially during the day with loud music, people arguing, partying, etc. I feel perfectly comfortable walking around at night if I have to go to my car, get mail or whatever. The property does have a 24 hour security company that does random patrols of the area or you can call if there ever was a problem. The office people are really cool and have always been very pleasant and nice to talk to. Sabra, Dixy and Ashley are the only three people that take care of the operations of the entire property from the rental aspect, but they have always found the time to help me with any questions I've had since I moved in. I've found them to be professional, yet very down to earth whenever I've interacted with them. Before I moved here I read a couple of the reviews from people saying the office staff and maintenance people were rude to them but after getting to know all of the staff here (office and grounds crew), I think some of those people need to figure out a better way of interacting with other human beings...give respect, get respect. So anyways, I guess if you're reading this review and thinking about moving here then truly think about what you bring to the property. If you like to party, be loud and obnoxious, etc., then don't move here because this community doesn't want you. But, if you are a decent person or people that respects others right to enjoy where they live then you should probably check it out because you'll probably like it here.

My wife, son and I moved to the Palms of Clearwater 3 years ago. Overall it's been a good experience, the maintenance staff are really nice and always help whenever we have issues. Our favorite part is the garden, we get to interact with squirrels and birds and that's really nice.

It's pretty good. I like it here . It's expensive, but everything in Clearwater pretty much is. The apartment isnt updated, but when something breaks or isn't working Frank is really fast at fixing it.

I was worried about moving to Clearwater originally but Dixy put my mind at ease and made the entire process so much easier for me. Not only did she help with the Move In process but anytime I’ve ever needed any assistance since my move she has been attentive, caring, and has always made me laugh or smile in between. I highly recommend living here, they’re great apartments, no complaints, and the customer service is above and beyond.
