This complex is small and sweet. It is pretty quiet here so far. Pool area is very nice. Maintenance man is very sweet and helpful. Only downside is parking is bad but they do give you an option to purchase a parking spot. (Kind of annoying but also worth it with the price and quality of the apartment being what it is) We have been here two weeks and are satisfied at this point!

Very good location. Maintance team is great. Grounds are pretty and very well keep. Easy access and central location. Helpful management. Apartments have good size. Nice amenities like pool, gym and business center.

The parking situation is not the greatest, if you are gonna be strict with parking rules you better be on top of you stuff, the appliances can be newer for efficiency purpose. the reason I would not recommend to a friend is because I know you can get better if you look a little harder

I believe that I am unable to give any positive comments due to the fact that the community has really gone downhill in a lot of aspects. Also being told by someone at corporate when I brought up my concern regarding valet trash and the additional cost, that person told me that WRH is a business and needs to make money. Of all the times to implement, during Covid-19 when people are financially strapped.

not the best place to move into. definitely not worth the crazy amount of money on rent. always something not working. no one ever answers the phones in the office. ever since new management this place sucks.

So far fantastic experience. No complaints whatsoever. It is quiet,safe,clean, and everyone who works here is nice. Its property is beautiful and affordable. I like the convenience of the location and the safety with the working gate.

Our experience started out great and smooth but this year was rocky. Our old very old hot water tank let go in 12/2019 next was our bathroom ceiling leaking from an old cracked tub in the upstairs unit that was always being worked on but never quite was fixed properly from what I was told. My microwave mother board went and needed replacement this summer and last but not least this HUGE inconvenience which occurred on 9/4/20 due to the upstairs neighbors negligence and her not turning off her kitchen faucet water overflowed to our unit and stained and soaked drywall and it smelled and needed drying out for over 7 days which caused my electric bill to raise 25.00 this month. Overall I am not pleased with my new lease and will be giving my 60 day motion to vacate on 11/20/20 and I have every intention to turn in my keys and settle up by my move out end of lease date which is 1/20/29.

Update; ever since David left this place has really sucked. There is no sense of urgency with the maintenance; Gina (David's replacement) is very high maintenance and a boujee type person who cares more about what the club house looks like to satisfy her needs... versus what is going on in the apartments themselves; she ALWAYS leaves early in the day leaving people who work later unable to speak to anyone in person: which doesn't help because NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE. Becareful as the maintenance men record conversations that are said within your home and women be aware they are really creepy; don't let them come into your house when you're there alone. during inspections they rummage through personal property.. We used to love this place when David was in charge.. He knew how to help unhappy residents and fulfill their needs; we've been waiting 3 weeks for our washer to be fixed; oh and if you have kids DO NOT COME HERE; there's nothing for them to do! My child got yelled at for chalk being in the street because Gina said "it's not a place to chalk, we have to keep it (the street) nice and graffiti free" for Pete's sake it's sidewalk chalk; it goes away.

It's a nice place to live ,adjacent to central community that give you access to important commodities .Clean and safe environment that growing , i believe to meet clients demand. Groundkeeping , pet and garbage collection plus motor vehicles vacuum and wash area well apreciated.

My experience with the palms of Clearwater is great specially in the processing of the lease, documents, keys during COV-19. Also, I'm moving from another sate every thinking was ready in time. Special thanks to Frank Maintenance Manager for the reserved parking, and Terry form the leasing office.

I've lived in the area my whole life and have known a couple people that have lived here. For the location the price is really good! They're not the most updated apartments but they're clean and have a good layout and include washer/dryer!

New to Florida! Love it here only negative is the parking SUCKS... they should have assigned parking for every apartment not first come first serve. Some days we have to park at the opposite side of the some in the office aren't as knowledgeable as others. But overall love it here

I began staying at the Palms in July 2019. I am rather happy with my experience, and I do plan to renew in June. I do wish that The Palms offered a recycling option. I feel rather guilty throwing everything away.

It is a beautiful apartment home with great amenities. The staff are very friendly & accommodating. The problem I have is maintenance comes in & out of apartment w/o notice. Parking is great if you reserved a spot (extra $). Overall, it's quite nice here, no problems.

Great place, but the rent increases every lease. Parking spots are tough to find in the evenings. No recycling on the property. No outgoing mailbox, you have to give your outgoing mail to the office. Nina in the office is wonderful and always tries to help you out!

Management very nice, helpful, and very knowledgeable. Clean and quiet. Allows pets and has multiple pet stations around the property. Maintenance has been fast and efficient. Nice pool area. Love the Hammocks and the greenery. Overall a nice place to live. No complaints.

Very nice place to live , love that it is gated and very low noise level . Pool , gym and sitting area are right outside my front door . Apartment was in great shape moving in and stores and sopping are located just a block away and it's a ten minute ride to the beaches.

I love the layout of my 1br. The cabinets have so much storage and the walkn in closet is a real walk in. I love that I have tile floors on the 2nd floor too. The apartment is clean and in great shape but the washer/dryer and screened in porch were the selling point for me. That and the location! I am so close to everything and I feel safe walking my dog at night. The office staff are great and go the extra mile to help. I would definitely recommend the Palms. :)

It's a quiet community. The unit itself is cozy and inviting. Parking is super convenient and the complex, is near a decent amount of stores. Nina and David are awesome at what they do, and want to help you. The maintenance staff actually gets things done here. You don't find that at a lot of places.

I am active duty military and being close to work was a key factor in trying to find a apartment to rent. I called up the main office and was immediately directed to ----. We scheduled for me to come in and take a look at some apartments. All the whole ---- was completely focused on helping me find my new home. After deciding which apartment I wanted to apply for ---- assisted in setting up my account to apply and very descriptively and easily explained the procedure. After being approved I met up again with ---- and finalized the paperwork and presto i was a new community member at the Palms of Clearwater. I really could not have done this without ----'a help!

I've lived here a couple weeks now, and really like it so far! The staff has been very helpful with the application and move-in process, as well as providing other useful information about the complex and neighborhood. The complex is clean, well kept, quiet, secure and in a great location. I have an updated apartment with a stackable washer/dryer, private screened balcony and view of the courtyard and pool, which is wonderful. Can't think of anything negative to say!
