Quiet area, nice central Pinellas county location. Amenities are decent, staff is nice and mostly helpful. Parking is an issue that should be addressed. Coming home from work and having to park three buildings away is rather annoying.

I just moved in a few weeks ago but I love it so far! Nina and David in the leasing office are great and a minor maintenance issue was fixed super quickly by Frank. I love my apartment and they have made and are continuing to make some nice improvements to the community.

Quiet community. Service orders are handled quickly and efficiently. Very conveniently located to major highways, supermarkets and restaurants. Moderately priced with good amenities (pool, gym, computer room).

Too many people living in a 2 bedroom and absolutely no supervision. People and visitors park all over and no one says anything to them. Just because they do not want to walk from visitor parking. Pool is open to the public after office hours close. Not to mention the parties, drinking and young children in the hot tub, with mostly no adults present. The tenants bring in their entire families(10-12 people) and take over the grill area and the pool area. We who live here cannot use the facilities. No one cares about what is going on in the community. All they care about is renting, renting, renting. Been a ---- show since I have moved in here in August and cannot wait to get the hell out. Never would I recommend this rental property to anyone, ever! Staff does have nice personalities

Dave, Nina, and staff are great. I picked this place over a couple of other options, and I'm glad I did. They are quick to service issues and very friendly. The location is great, because it's central to Wal-Mart, Costco, and Publix. As an added bonus, because of the zip code, my car insurance premium even dropped a little more. My only complaint is that they don't offer a recycling option. Otherwise, A+.

So far as I expected the apartment was in great shape, the grounds are in great shape, it is very quiet the location is accessible to everything including shopping, gas stations, public transportation, great restaurants, apartments have a great view of the Florida sky and landscape

I lived at the palms for over two years. Staff and maintenance are very professional and quicks to solve any problems or concerns you may have. Pool is nice and always kept clean. I would recommend living here to any of my friends or family.

I Would Highly Recommend !! Love the Staff (David,Nina) . Very friendly environment. I Love it. I feel save and love that I'm close by the beach , Stores, Restaurants. ???? I feel very safe. Just love the area and the apartments!!

I absolutely loved living here for the last 2 years! One is was very peaceful, 2- I absolutely loved the amenities and the 24/7 access to them and 3- the staff is so friendly and welcoming which made it feel like home!

Great place to live! The staff is always there when you need them. Thanks to David, Nina, Tommy, Frank and Alex oh, you guys are great! The community is doing improvements like new roofs, new windows, new grill area , resurfaced and retiled the pool and hot tub and painting the Exteriors, great job.

I've been living here at the palms for around 6 months and I am definitely renewing my lease when it's up! The grounds are beautiful and my apartment is cozy. The staff is awesome especially David and Nina they are ALWAYS happy to help in any given situation. Would consider this a solid move for anyone.

Location is great. Love the staff. Renovations are coming along nicely. Grounds are well kept even with the renovations taking place. Excited that the pool and hot tub area is reopened just in time for summer with the kids! Family friendly community is a plus

Parking is ridiculous only a few visitor parking spaces located all the way in the back. Makes it very inconvenient if you live near the front and don't even try to park in a regular spot overnight without a decal. I did for less than 1 hour cause I had to get my tires replaced and had use a rental woke up the next morning and someone towed it!!!

Overall, the experience was okay. There's serious lack of oversight when it comes to apartment cleanliness for those moving apartments. As well, the privacy is lacking. Office staff monitor apartments unfairly and are able to pinpoint your guests, how many you have, how often they come, and at what times they were here to the exact moment. The office also lacks ownership when it comes to these problems. As well, fake excuses such as "high water bill" are used as an excuse to enter ones apartment for no reason. Once again, a serious lack of privacy. Between cleanliness, lack of privacy, and the condition in which the apartment was at move in (pics) I would not recommend.

The neighbors are extremely friendly and open. I love how many dogs live in the complex. The grounds look beautiful, from the pool to the fountain area. I especially love having my unit next to the fountain area for a great view.

This is my first time buying an apartment and when I came threw the door it's smelled so amazing everyone said hello and smiled miss niam was outstanding I love her and I would highly recommended anyone looking for an apartment to go to she was beyond helpful. The Maintenance was very nice and welcoming. I love it here.

Before I moved down here from Chicago I spoke with Nina on the phone and that initial conversation was so pleasant that it motivated me to make my decision to move to the Palms of Clearwater right then and there. The whole team is very helpful: David, Frank, Tommy and Alex are all here to help the community. Living here is like a mini paradise.

I have nothing but positive things to say about this place! I recently moved in & the apartment staff have been absolutely wonderful! Nina & Dave always greet me with a smile & genuinely seem concerned how I am doing. They have been extremely prompt in responding to maintenance requests. They respond within 24 hours once you notify them that there is an issue. The property is well maintained & the management company is investing heavily to improve the complex. They are putting a new roof on each building & replacing all the windows. The service workers (Frank & Alejandro) are extremely professional as well. The location is ideal & is close to everything. You are in the center of the action, but you are in a nice quiet area as well. You get the best of both worlds! The only gripe that I have about this place is they currently do not recycle. I give this place 5 stars!

We enjoy living here. Feel safe. Our neighbors are quiet. Management is personable. We feel comfortable here. It's in an area we like. The landscaping is kept up well. We enjoy the pool and workout room.

The community is very quiet and friendly. Management helps you right away if you have an issue. The pool area is beautiful and the clubhouse is very stylish and new. My only issue would be parking. Our apartment home is small but it's perfect for the three of us. Washer and dryer hookups are a plus.

It has been a very peaceful and quiet stay at the Palms so far. I've had one maintenance request and it was attended to and fixed in just a couple days. Groceries and other needs are very close by, plus it isn't a far trip to the beach which is always a plus!
