I loved the pool area and the grass and yard well maintained well. The maintenance men were very nice, but the front office was always very rude. Many times I had spoke with Ramisha and she was very disrespectful and did not seem to listen as to what I had to say. I was watching a pet for a sick friend and was told I wouldn't be charged for 3 weeks by the gentleman there and when I go to pay my rent there was an extra 600$ added on. I at many occasions had to contact them about water leaking and was asked why no one came I was asked " why didn't I call again". I feel as though I should have been treated with more respect. I paid my rent on time and never had any issues. I had a neighbor when I first moved in that would blare music at 4 am during weekdays and I called the office to complain and they told me I needed to call the cops and have 3 cop complaints before doing anything. The bug issue was out of control and I would spray for them myself let alone the pest control coming.

Started well but seemed to have issues with policy changes be communicated to someone who isn't available to make it to the office during staff hours. I have enjoyed living here but due to new housing opportunities we will not be renewing our lease.

We had a football and world series sports watching party this weekend and our Air conditioner was not cooling right, we called maintenance and with in 20 minutes we were up and running. Thanks to the maintenance guys here our party went on as planned and our guest were happy! Thanks Palms of Clearwater, I think the guys name was Tommy. Thanks Ramiesha for getting them out here so fast!

While moving in this place seem like an affordable choice for a decent area. I soon found out that I was being over charged for the area with having to pay the base of 785 a month for a basic 1 bedroom, not to mention you pay everything else including renters insurance which is required,water, sewer and trash. About $100-$120 more than you were thinking for base bills. Electric wasn't too bad never really got past $100-$110 in the summer. The "security gate" they have installed breaks all the time, resulting in several thefts in the complex including thieves stealing a motorcycle right from the parking lot and another tenants battery rught from their bike as well. The security cameras installed were supposedly out during the time of the theft. Management did nothing for the tenants and said its their responsibility to keep their vehicles secure. Now when I moved in I paid a full $785 for my security deposit. Paid my rent on time for the full 11 month term of my lease and never damaged my apartment or violated my lease in any way during the term. I was returned a mere $125 claiming hundreds of false damages refusing to work with my and give me a larger part of MY money back being that the damages did not even occur. I will be suing in small claims court shortly for a portion of my deposit back. Would not recommend at all. Several better options in the area. During my lease I'm sure I saw at least 7-8 tenants get in car accidents at the light while I lived there. This is an honest opion of this complex by a very dissatisfied tenant. Hope this helps you in your search for an actually decent complex in the greater tampa bay

Thank you for making my move so east. It was a long drive to get here it was nice to have a working washer and dryer to get settled in right away everyone has been very nice here so far, even my new neighbor came out to meet us. We love the lay out of our new home.

I have enjoyed living at the palms of Clearwater since I moved in February of 2016. The property is clean and well maintained except for the weekend when the trash compactor gets full when people are moving in and out. We need more pet stations because people do not pick up after their pet like they should.

We have always gotten good service from the staff at the palms of Clearwater we love our home and love living here. Frank always does a great job cleans up after himself and is delightful to be around.

I looked at The Palms of Clearwater and loved it. Unfortunately I wasn't able to stay in the Clearwater area, my job transfer didn't go through. Tina told me about another property in Valrico and I love it there. If you are in the CLearwater area these are great apartments.

I chose the Palms because it allows dogs. The apartment itself is OK. The grounds are taken care of very well. The staff, both office and maintenance. is courteous and professional. The apartment is as rather old but they are doing a decent job go keeping it in as good condition as possible.

The community is very updated pool and other ammenities are very nice the open wifi in the garden was a great idea.Over all i love this community and location is very central to all shops and beaches.Would recommend it to anyone looking for a nice clean place to live.

I can not complain too much. I would like a shaded areas at the BBQ/Bar area. It's almost impossible to enjoy the BBQ/Bar area during the day. There's no where to escape the sun when cooking or eating your meal. It would appear that the structure is there to add a cover over the bar. There are tables with chairs but no umbrellas to shade you from the sun. It's as if it were deliberately done to keep from staying in the area too long. Why then have the amenities if they're too uncomfortable to use? Also, It seems that we have a lot of people who do not live here (especially on Sundays) using the pool area.

Friendly and accommodating staff! Found the entire process from the initial application all the way to move in to be relatively stress free. The community appears well kept and seems like a great place to call home. Moving 1500 miles is never easy, but this community has made the transition much easier.

Very good.Is very quit condo wich permit get my mind in peace to take good rest. The location es very good close to shopping centers. The pool and spa and fitness center are very good to keep my fisical shape. The staff are workint keeping all things undercontrol.

Don't bother with this place. Nothing but problems from day one. Dishwasher is 20 years old and hasn't worked since day one, maintenance won't fix it. No hot water in less than 1 month. Floors were not cleaned at all on move in day. Not worth the $

Moving here was a great decision. It is convenient to shopping and fuel stops, drug store, etc. The logic staff has consistently gone above and beyond with kindness and professionalism with prompt responses to any needs presented by their residents.

I enjoy palms apartment safe clean well maintained if it was condo I would consider purchasing it,the staff very courteous and professional parking is always available,close to all shopping and all convince and beach only 10 min car ride 30 mi ride by bike

Very very noisy location, noisy neighbors, very high rent for location and value. Windows are old and uninsulated, allowing noise and heat/cold to enter apartment. Stairways are very loud with residents climbing all the time. Children in hallways constantly.

Excellent customer service from the front office and maintenance staff. The environment at The Palms of Clearwater is such a peaceful, calm and friendly one! I love living here and proud to call it my home! I can't wait to have the time to visit the fitness center!
