SO FAR VERY PLEASED WITH HOW NICE IT IS AND QUIET.VERY PLEASED WITH THE STAFF JORDAN WAS MY LEASE AGENT AND WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND KIND. ITS VERY WELL LIT. CLEAN AND I LOVE THE TREES EVERYWHERE. I DO HAVE A CONCERN THE GATE HAS BEEN OPEN SINCE I MOVED IN, I DO KNOW MAINTANANCE SAID THEY ARE AWARE OF THE PROBLEM BUT THAT WAS ONE OF NTHE FACTORS I LIKED GATED COMMUNITY IS ALWAYS A SENCE OF SECURITY.OTHER THAN THAT I HAVE NOTHING BAD TO SAY SO FAR, I HOPE TO ENJOY MY TRANSITION HERE.

We love it here. Nice pool and hot tub. Staff are wonderful. We feel safe here. I hope to live here for a long time to come. The dog park is nice. We have good neighbors. The community is in a good area.

Great lawn care. Friendly neighbors. Property management needs some work. Upgrades should be completed in every unit. Especially for unit that have been occupied over 3 years. Complaints are not taken seriously unless you contact upper management which does not respond. The community itself is filled with hard working class people and full of wonderful pets. Some of the staff in the office are very helpful.Overall I love this place.

It's a decent community! I'm fine except the simple problem I had. People are so nice that live in area. Living with a lot of people under one area always has problems but I feel safe and secure. Pool, and parking is easy. It's very quiet at night which makes me feel like it not an apartment complex. I can't even hear upstairs or next to me.

THE STAFF ARE SO AMAZING HERE

I got lucky and got such a cute apartment in a really great location. The staff are very supportive and I honestly needed to reach out more to them. When you talk to them, they actually listen and I appreciate that. They've helped me so much and I couldn't be more thankful. The maintenance here is really quick and they're super nice as well. Price to square foot is a little steep but this is a beautiful apartment complex with cute small zen garden by a cute small pool. Appliances, counters, and cabinets are a little dated but nice open layout makes the apartment feel spacious.

This complex is old but well maintained. Professional office personnel and maintenance staff. Parking can be an issue at times but everyone seems to be friendly around us. Outside grills, Dog Park and Swimming Pool with community gas grill.

Overall Palms is a decent community complex to reside it and convenient location in proximity to the graduate schools in the area. Although it may not be a luxury apartment it will provide your needs for a safe place to live.

Excellent maintenance crew with quick response time. Prior to moving in May2022, office staff was slow to return phone calls. As a night shift worker, this apartment complex is quiet, parking is easy during the day but a little hard at night.

Great community all around. We have been impressed with the atmosphere and look of this place since arrival. Very quiet but friendly as well. Parking could be better but usually ok. It's also such a great location which is central to Clearwater and next to anything you could think of.

My wife and I have been living here for 2 years now. I absolutely love living here. The staff is great, the ladies in the office are always eager to help. Maintenance always goes above and beyond. From the minute we walked in to tour we felt at home.

The manager Saber was not compassionate in talking to the residents. She is rude and mean that can trigger arguments with the residents. She needs to be trained to handle her position in the office. She has a getto kind of attitude when dealing a problem or simple questions from the residents.

Nice & spacious apartments. As well as great location. Landscaping and the pool are always well maintained. There is a small fitness center but it lacks machines. A bit pricey at the moment but really nice apartment complex overall.

Overall I like it, but it's an older community and is need of some much needed repairs. The parking is BAD. Guest parking is worse. The gate is always broken. Residents don't keep the areas by their front doors kept up.
