My experience at the community has been difficult. I've had a broken toilet for the duration of my stay, pest problems, and a door that was supposed to be painted prior to our move in has yet to be painted.

The leasing process is very easy but the apartments cleanliness was very poor. Some critters are a move in bonus too. The rooms are spacious and open. Walls are very thick and there is not a lot of noise pollution.

I enjoy living in the community. It is easily accessible to all my needs in the Jacksonville area. We utilize most of the amenities that are provided along with the food trucks and community events we can attend.

There are plusses and minuses about this community. The main pool is great, but they do not turn on the waterfall or the fountains. The maintenance staff sometimes takes months to perform a work order, if they do it at all. Even though the grass is cut every week, the landscape is not up to the standard of a "resort-style experience."

It was a very easy move-in process. From the fast deposit to the screening. It is a lovely community and very peaceful. The maintenance team is fast at fixing any issues and they are always ready to help with any issues. The pools and the gym is a plus with the grilling stations and the volleyball and tennis court.

This is a good community, with nice apartments available. Fitness center and swimming pools are really nice. There are a lot of flying insects outside, especially near our front door, which can get inside easily. The windows are pretty acoustically transparent so you can hear a lot of outside noise in the bedroom. Leasing staff are very helpful and great to work with. If you're sensitive to bleach smell, be prepared to have to neutralize it when you move in.

Overall it is a nice community. My partner and I got here at a good time and for a good price, but since the rent continually goes up every year the value proposition is becoming harder to justify. Our apartment wasn't renovated when we moved in Im pretty sure (which might explain the good price) but nothing too egregious. The community itself is nice and generally well kept. A little bit of a double edged sword though in the sense that theres always something going on, at least in my time here. Redoing parking lot, redoing the patio, redoing the sidewalk, groundskeepers in the early morning, etc. Luckily nothing noisy at night, but in the early morning it can be inconvenient. The little events that management put together are nice and are varied. A nice array of food trucks also visit which is also fun. Generally too the other renters are respectful, a couple of loud drivers here and there and some loud music on occasion but nothing too frequent. Overall this is a good place to live and were the rent controlled and didnt increase by $100 every lease I would probably want to stay longer.

Creekfront at Deerwood has been a comfortable place to live. Rent has always been reasonable and when a lot of my friends had their apartments rates raised, Creekfront at Deerwood raised theirs pretty minimally. They communicate about ongoing projects properly and with ample time to plan. They have continually renovated different spaces or parts of the community to keep it updated. There is also always a food truck or two through the week every week. Overall, good community, would recommend to a friend looking for an affordable place to live.

My experience has been a complete disaster. I moved in expecting a high quality living experience but ended up with the complete opposite. The front office staff never picks up the phone and when you talk to them in person you're given attitude and a million excuses. The apartment itself is maintained poorly. I live in the reserves where the building itself is falling apart and things are cheaply made. Maintenance takes forever to fix anything and you have to remind the front office multiple times. The water is constantly being shut off and a notice is given literally 2 minutes before they shut if off. My apartment was randomly full of over 50 plus flies when I keep my house extremely clean to then find out that my window had been pushed inward almost as if someone was attempting to break in. My window shattered randomly after hearing a loud noise and I wasn't sure if it was a rock or a branch but the window itself was cheap glass that took over a month and a half to replace. Overall, if I could rate this place 0 stars, I would. Do yourself a favor and don't sign a lease here.

Good place to live, welcoming community. Must go into office for issues phone calls don't go through but there is a change in management so this may improve with time. Lived here for over 7 years but the cost of the apartment increases with no changes or upgrades to the apartment so buying a house or condo may be worth it.

The overall community is great, but there are short comings. The front desk and amenities are all wonderful, the staff work with you with every problem and have always been pleasant. That being said, the units tend to need some love at move in. I have moved in to two different units in this community, both of which needed a large amount of cleaning at move in. One unit had several issues with appliances and other various damages at time of move, though the maintenance and front desk worked quickly to repair what was needed in a timely manner. My experience has been that there seems to not be a whole lot of post move out inspection or repairs, unless the prior tenant had submitted work orders before moving, at least that seems to be my understanding based on my current move and conversations with the maintenance team.

Place need's professional staff, that have EI!Need new staff to operate the place to make it more comfortable to live here. You had a old man that lives here for 20 years his wife died, was not offered an affordable apartment and/or reduction in rent! So sad, those are the type of people that you want to keep, a good rent payer!

This community isn't worth the money they charge, the grounds are not lit well at night. Appliances are old and don't function well and AC BILL is outrageous. I would think twice about ever moving here

Terrible, Maintenance issues go unresolved, maintenance staff incapable of properly repairing major issues. Calls go ignored, rent is extremely high for living conditions. Feel forced to pay rent to avoid issues, so I have stopped asking for service.

Moved in and there were roaches, not just one, many. It took a week for pest control to come. They claim to provide valet trash service but I have been here 2 weeks and they only came 1x. I complained on 5 different occasions before the desk personnel did it themselves. Unacceptable. The pool is also filthy near me something I complained about and still wasn't taken care of.
