Beautiful community! Very quiet & grounds are well kept. Maintenance staff is really helpful & professional. So is the leasing staff, especially Kristin, Jessica & Andre! Jim, the property manager, is also amazing & always so upbeat & positive. Overall positive experience.

We love this community from the lush landscaping down to the amazingly spacious and unique floorplans. The community is extremely dog friendly and that makes our great dane happy too. We couldnt have chosen a better place to live. And the staff is always helpful and eager to please. 5 stars all the way around.

Friendly staff maintenance sucks! Dryer gets warm but doesn't dry clothes until 3rd cycle. Maintenance feels the dryer warming but it's not dryer my load of clothes. It's frustrating and I'm no longer concerned with it being fixed anymore

The staff here is incredible. My initial move in was rocky due to roommates who never signed the lease before hand but everyone was helpful to get through that. When I decided to upgrade and move in alone they helped me find another unit on the property that fit my budget and had the features/space I was looking for. It was stressful over all but the leasing team is a wonderful group of people who were there for me every step of the way!

So far only a month here but it feels a welcoming place to live. Also staff at front office has been very polite and helpful. I don't regret coming to live here ?? The maintenance has been prompt and i get to know when they completed the task which feels go.

Been very pleasant. The staff is awesome and this community is great. I have enjoyed the move in process as well as the staff helping us out. Andre and Kristen are awesome people who legitimately enjoy impacting ones day!

I just moved in but I'm extremely satisfied with the staff. We scratched the paint in the wall as we were moving furniture in and the staff was really helpful with getting touch up paint for us to use. Thank You!

I like living here because it's nice and quiet. When I first moved in there were a few problems but they were taken care of real quick and did a good job too. This apartment complex is different and I feel very comfortable living here.

I've only been living in this apartment approximately two months. So far I really like it. My maintenance requests have been done promptly except for one. The one problem I have is my private yard is all dirt and gets very muddy when it rains. This causes my dogs to have filthy paws. However, I do have a screened in porch where I can clean their paws off. I really like the office staff, they are very Friendly and accommodating.

The community is great but this place has always been poorly managed. The property managers change every year. Only 1 employee has been here for years and he isn't a manager. So its hard to believe the management actually cares about issues. The dog park fence has been broken for months and they dont fix it. They charge people way too much money when they move out, I moved in here with 4 sets of friends in 2013 and they all moved out because management inflated their renewal rent so insane numbers. I love the property, hate the poor management and lack of leadership

It's been a little rough. Every time I call the front office, no-one answers the phone. This requires me to drive down to the office and track down someone to resolve my issues. The lawn maintenance has been an issue with every company they have contracted as they do the bare minimum regularly. There fallen limbs from trees and debris left behind constantly. They always neglect my bushes/shrubbery in my front walkway which ends up obstructing our path to our apartment.

Experience with Arium Deerwood has been nothing pleasant and professional. Everyone at leasing office was helpful and made this experience easy. Response to maintenance requests are answered and promptly corrected.

Everyone is very friendly. Staff is amazing. There are a couple of streets that could use extra lights. Very dark in key areas when coming home late. Really enjoy my townhouse. Lots of room with plenty of natural light.

I love it! except for the sectic /sewer in front on my appartmen, the other and noice is overwhelming specially, during the weekends but I am trying to. Appreciate the peace and the quite and the peace it fills inside, thank you

So far everything is going good , although trash is to far but other than that it's good . I don't know exactly where there dog park is at but I can walk around . I hope it stays where I don't have issue but it's just me so I'm sure it will be good

Arium is amazing is one of the most amazing places I've toured I felt super in love with the pool the style how pretty it is etc. It means the world to me to move out from my parents house into a goregous apartment

The overall experience was awesome. Kristen our leasing agent is the best. Beautiful grounds, enjoy the valet trash. Devin in leasing is also excellent. Friendly staff and great ammenities, and the pools are clean.

Move somewhere else not worth it. Nothing luxury about this place and they don't fix problems. Only thing nice are the leasing consultants. Bug problems and management team has a high lack of concern for anything.

Community feels good with ample amenities. The management office feels so good to be in but don't judge a book bu it's cover. I had a poor leasing experience. I had to walkin for 4 continuous days to get answer to my question and gets updates on my lease application. I was not allowed to look the apartment physically until I signed the lease on the day of move-in and discovered that the apartment I was given has not been cleaned, the keys I have been given don't work, stove doesn't work. They need a better staff who can answer your questions and be supportive.

Avistele/Aqua/Arium Deerwood has been good to us for the past 8 years. We appreciate the peaceful and loving environment of the community. Our maintenance staff has always made sure to get back to us within 24 hours and the community staff is always helpful and willing to make efforts to satisfy our needs.

When taking a tour, even if they tell you it's the same counters, floors, whatever.. it might not be. Don't take anyone's word for anything or you might end up paying extra at the very last minute to get what you actually want.

Nicely spread... good location.. walmart, publix etc on a 2-3 min drive... multiple swimming pools... and too much greenery all around.. I live in a 1 bed room apt and it has ample space. Kitchen is quite a surprise. Overall great value for money.
