We love living here. We love our apartment, the neighborhood is nice and quiet. Everyone in the leasing office is kind and helpful. Maintenance is always quick with our work orders. We love all the amenities especially the gym, dog grooming center and the many pools to choose from.

I like our apartment. It feels cozy but I do have an issue regarding maintenance requests and the speed of the response. I have put in requests for the maintenance team to come fix our a/ c multiple times and it takes me calling back after a few days for them to acknowledge my request and finally resolve it. Other than that it is ok.

Don't rent here they are negligent to maintain appliances in working order. Air conditioner doesn't work. Refrigerator leaks constantly. Dishwasher is broken. Dryer for clothes is also broken. Have been here two months and maintenance requests are reportedly almost daily

The staff are great and prompt. My move here was pretty smooth. I would recommend renting here as they offer several options. The apartment was clean,new carpeting in the bedroom and everything was kept up.

The apartments were recently upgraded and the community is quiet. Every neighborhood has things that could be improved but they are trying. The new team that has taken over has been much more responsive and are trying to make improvements.

It's gone downhill since being continuously sold. Andre was a horrible manager who did not make living here enjoyable. At this point the only real reason I chose to stay is because rent is cheaper here than other areas and flex is offered.

It was good and easy. The staff was very friendly. Moving in was a breeze. From the time I toured the apartment to putting in an application it was quick and easy which I really liked. They kept good communication to how my application was going.

We have had our A/C out for almost an entire week now. We received a temporary window unit that only somewhat cools our living room; our bedrooms are still so warm that we haven't been able to sleep in them. I've called repeatedly to ask this to be dealt with promptly, only to be told that it somehow isnt an emergency even though we live in Florida and its been reaching over 85 degrees in our apartment every day. Upon moving in, the apartment was rife with bugs which we are still seeing even after pest control came, the kitchen cabinets were full of insect poop, the laundry machine is broken, and now the doors from the laundry room are broken as well. I also just discovered a hole in my bedroom wall. My roommate and I have been incredibly patient throughout this entire ordeal and at this point our patience is practically gone. All of these issues are things that property management should have checked on and gotten addressed before we even moved in, and the way that we have been dismissed and given the run around is entirely unacceptable. Upon meeting Stacy at the leasing office and being given a tour, we were genuinely so excited to move in and thought we found the perfect complex. However, our hopes have been dashed by the reality of this being the worst move-in experience we have ever had. The disappointment and frustration could not be more real.

Nice quiet neighborhood with a wonderful gym and fitness center. The staff are friendly especially Andre he waves anytime you're going by. The apartments themselves are nice for the price and in my experience only have carpet in the bedroom which i love. Definitely going to be staying in the neighborhood just getting a bigger apartment.

While the apartments may not be brand new, they are still gorgeous. I live on the second floor and having the vaulted ceiling in the living area and bedroom make the space feel so much bigger. The leasing office staff has always been ready to answer of my questions with a smile and positive attitude. Any maintenance issues I've had have typically been fixed the next day. 99% of the time it is peaceful (the 1% is for the occasional engine rev from any modified cars and the sirens from any emergency vehicles on the main road).

The community is clean, well kept and full of very nice people! Apartment is modern and washer and dryer are included which is a life changer!! Maintenance gets done quickly and they have always been professional and respectful of my space! My only complaint is office staff are short on occasion and they NEVER answer the phone, so you have to go into the office to get anything done.

The Creekfront community was delightful. The pools were always clean. The workforce were present and willing. Enjoyed the garbage pickup. Creekfront was a quiet place and clean. I enjoyed the fountains and turtle bridge.

Although I had some maintenance issues upon move in, they have all been promptly addressed and taken care of. The community staff are dedicated and attentive to each tenant even if they are busy and understaffed. They truly work hard and show that they care.

So far it's been okay. The staff are friendly, the area is relatively safe, and the complex is kept in fairly good repair. However, things like an older HVAC unit make the power bill go sky high. Also, we've had a siding issues since we moved in, which makes us concerned about mold. Lastly, some of the community amenities, such as the barbecue grills, aren't kept up, making them unusable at times.

Charged me a late fee after a bank holiday of $126.50

Today is 09/05/2023, in my lease there is a 3 day not business day policy for paying rent, Labor day was on 09/04/2023, banks were closed. The payment was made on 09/04/2023. They have decided not to waive any fees as a tennant of 2 years without missed payments. Their website does not schedule recurring payments properly and is usually lagging (trash). If any office staff responds below as apologetic and you should have this and that, the payment was made and you took $126.50 as a late fee from me. This will be a great topic when my renewal comes in as it will be probably my last as more bugs are lurking around this place and hidden surprises.

Superb Maintenance

Creekfront prioritizes maintenance requests in their portal. Simply submit a work order and maintenance is typically on-site the same day, or you can schedule a specific time that works best for you (and your pet). Homerun, especially if it's an AC emergency in Florida. They are very respectful and more importantly, skilled.
