The place is super quiet at least in West village. But be aware if you have a lot of trees or foliage near you, there are a ton of flying Palmetto bugs and they're huge. If you move into this place, you really have to stay on top of the front office to make sure all of your issues get fixed. They're just going to continue to say that there's a lot of apartment buildings and or waiting for orders to come in even though it's been almost a year for me and mine arent fixed yet.

Everyones biggest problem with complexes are either maintenance or the front office not responding in a timely manner or actually fixing the issue; that is NOT the case with creekfront. since being here, any requests placed have been taken care of within maximum 2 days and the front office is always super helpful whenever i have to go up there. they dont bother you unless they have to, which is never, and the area itself is very quiet.

lease process took a little longer than expected but everything eventually as fine. The apartment was very clean when we entered but 1 of the keys didn't work. Took it to the office and they made a new key quickly.

It's ok, not the worst, not the best. Love the layouts of the units but they haven't been well taken care of. Low the cute entry ways and the fireplaces. You can tell they don't clean the carpets upon move in and they just repaint over everything so there are hairs painted into the baseboards

There is a lot of issues that I have with my apartment, and I had made numerous calls to staff because of them. Ninety percent of the of time the work gets done and everything works as it should. So, it is good.

This apartment complex has a large complex with lots of apartments. It is a very nice place to live. Many pools, different types of apartments. Townhouse and upstairs and downstairs buildings and the one I love is duplex type apartments side by side no one on top of you no noise at all. Love it ??

While Creekfront at Deerwood isn't perfect, I will say that it's the best apartment complex we have lived at in Jacksonville. The TREES, trails, and amount of wildlife left alone in this apartment is what makes it special. You feel like you're in a neighborhood rather than a concrete-laden apartment complex parking lot like a lot of apartments look.

WORSE PLACE TO LIVE!

I used to live there when it was Arium and prior Creekfront management and this place was amazing then. I found an apartment for there for my sister in law who was moving from out of state. Started from the application to her moved in is has been a MESS. It’s one thing after another. We called for the air conditioning at 7 times and nothing is being done to actually fix it. The apartment was not professionally cleaned before she moved in, holes in the bathroom walls, the patio was so dirty it’s black, the parking lot is so dark at night, she’s afraid to get out. Managers in that office don’t know what they’re doing, everyone has a different answers for one problems. Property manager is never there. I so regret getting her there. Now, I m looking for a lawyer to get out of this lease and this place. So sad!!! Maintenance is a JOKE.

I feel Iike some things could be improved and updated, certain things definitely feel neglected within the complex. Like the grill area and the pool by the play ground, the playground itself, the edges of the lakes should be cleaned etc

So far I've had nothing but good experiences. If I had to complain about anything it would be about the parking situation. I hate that I have to park so far to get to my apartment after I get off work because there is no available parking spot

The best ever! This is by far the greatest place I have lived in Florida. This community is nice and the people and pets are very friendly. It is a great thing to have great neighbors and I would highly recommend Creekfront at Deerwood!

Overall the office staff are very helpful more so than what I have experienced or seen other places. The apartments are a good price for what we got as well. When looking for an apartment we couldn't much that was affordable and Creekfront was affordable so much so it allowed us get a two bedroom two bath.

I could write a novel on this right now. Rent is incredibly way too high. My place has numerous issues. The maintenance guy just bails without communicating and I have idea what's going on. The office staff (prob not all but plenty) are rude. I've had numerous issues with rude employees, being given the wrong information, and something was delivered to my apartment instead of one of the employees apartments so he called my personal number- why is someone allowed to go into my personal information and contact me about something like that- he's allowed to go into residents info and call their personal phone about a personal issue? That seems like a breach of privacy and I feel incredibly invaded. The trash doesn't get picked up like it's supposed to yet there's no option to Opt out of paying for valet trash. 80+% of the staff seems unhappy and unhelpful and rude. I signed up on rentgtata and was supposed to get a $50-75 credit for rent but they took it away bc "the new tenant has previously" contacted the office. That's not even on me! Staff members have hung up on my and not called back. They hang up without saying goodbye as I'm being nice saying to have a nice day. Quite frankly I wouldn't recommend anyone lives here. It's functioning like a $800-$1000 apartment complex while trying to boast the appearance of a much higher caliber of apartment communities. The best thing about this spot is the pool and the neighbors. Better trained and empathetic staff would go a long way. Overcharging rent for sure. I have become miserable living here.

I enjoy my apartment in this community. The area is generally quiet and a more family oriented area. I love that there are multiple pools in the community and the fitness center is nice too. Although the tennis courts are older, they are still usable and I enjoy that as well.

Lonnie is great we enjoy the community every one is nice and approachable. Although office staff is not more likely unavailable to answer the phone when I see them they are very helpful and pleasant. Although I just Moved in I have no regrets at this time

Fine community. Very pleasant staff. Very tentative and quick to respond to inquiries. Plenty of amentities to take part in and enjoy. Could do a bit better with sexiring the community. Overall experience was positive.

Beautiful community, and amenities are very nice, maintenance requests are taken care of quickly and your apartment will be clean upon move in. There are some great concessions at different times of the year as well.
