Everything with move in was very smooth. Zak was great to work with! So far the apartment atmosphere has been great with getting everything situated and settled. Would definitely recommend this community to others!

I am absolutely passionate about living in the community. Freedom, nature, pets are welcome. Freedom in the community is wonderful. What I miss is more security at the entrance. There could be a security door with a code for residents. Sometimes homeless people sneak in and sleep inside the condominium and bathe people who aren't even residents in the pool.

I love living at Creekfront at Deerwood. The amenites includuing mulitiple pools and a 24-hour gym are great. The maintenance staff and office staff are responsive. My only complaint is that I've had too many neighbors in just three years. But I'm glad my current neighbor plans to stay for a while. I also thought that as a resdent who does not have a pet, that it would be a challenge living here, considering the vast amount of residents have at least one pet. But for the most part, they use the many trash cans designed for pet waste.

Amazing convenient place, very good supportive leasing staff. Talia was one of the best in that team, I came Saturday evening around 05:30 p.m although the office were closed but they sorted out to help me and handover the apartment keys. I love the community overall, still more to explore

Absolutely love my apartment and I have and will continue to recommend the community to my family and friends. The staff is very courteous and maintenance staff is very prompt for any issues that may arise.

I've been very happy so far with this community. The staff were fantastic, the move in process was smooth, and I feel safe here. Can't find a better apartment for the price in this Jacksonville market currently. I've already recommended this place to my family members and friends. It's not a "luxury" apartment complex, but that's why I like it. It feels more like a neighborhood that you can have your family in rather than a high rise complex where you don't know anyone. Neighborhood is ALWAYS extremely quiet.

Maintenance staff is professional and courteous. Manager is good with communication. Working to service apts has improved. Community is family friendly and peaceful. Improvements are being made to the exterior of apartments.

This community is great, very clean and welcoming. I have lived here for almost a year. I have never had any major issues. It's quite a quiet community. Staff and maintenance are great. I have only had an issue with my washer and dryer since I've moved in. And it was fixed within the first week.

Very nice people!
Had a tour here and the staff was so nice, Charmaine gave a great tour and the places were very nice as well! there’s lot of amenities here and all our questions got answered. Very happy with how comfortable the tour was.

Great location and amenities, been great for the local commutes and shopping! Maintenance requests and completions have improved over the year and been done in a timely manner. Food truck showcases have been a great addition over the years!

The people who work at Creekfront are a great Team! I would recommend Creekfront to anyone looking for an apartment! Beautiful landscape, many pools, gym and an on- site office and maintenance team!

Complex is super nice along with all of the staff that I've met personally. Have yet to have any issues outside of waiting on mail/backdoor keys. Very much enjoy living here ! Would definitely recommend to anybody looking for a nice place to move into !

It's a good community definitely a little pricey to live alone but if you have roommates it's perfect they have so many options for floor plans to choose from. I can say any issue we had did get resolved.

I enjoy the community overall. Sure initially we had issues with our unit. Repairs and pest. However Creekfront was quick to rectify the issues. The maintenance team is super efficient. The work order usually is completed prior to the expected date. Love the amenities.

It's a very nice community. From what it seems like, the staff are friendly and caring, the tenants are conscious of your own space, and the amenities are immaculate. I'm very happy that we were able to join this community.

I have mixed feelings about Creekfront at deerwood. On one hand love the location and it's a quiet neighborhood, the apartment is spacious. However major issues with communication and maintenance jobs being done horribly.

I love it here. Neighbors are respectful and kind. Quiet and peaceful area. I have lived here going on 4 years. Although there have been hiccups along the way with maintenance, overall I have had a pleasant experience here.

Creekfront at Deerwood is a nice, quiet place with great office and Maintenance staff. There are many types of apartments to choose from. There are also very nice amenities such as pools and a fitness room.

The community is nice. Apartments are ok. Management is ok but provide different information at times. Some managers are lazy and you need to get lucky with the managers who is addressing your issue.

We love our townhouse. They layout of the property is wonderful and the amenities are great, the staff is friendly. You're given a lot of freedom to personalize your home, and the living space is wonderful. We plan to stay here until we can find a suitable house that compares, we are definitely happy.

Our experience has been good. The place is wonderful and quiet! I really like living here, I read some bad experiences from people in the past but we haven't had any problems since we moved. The neighbors are calm and quiet. There is maintenance of green areas. The only problem is that their air conditioners are old, consume more energy and don't work well during the summer (at least ours) it would be wonderful if they could change them. I recommend living here.

Staff is very helpful and friendly.
The staff was very helpful. Our dryer stopped working and it was address quickly. We received a new dryer and the staff did all of the installation. They made sure to keep the front door closed when possible since we didnt want our cats to get out. The staff went out of their way to be friendly. Amazing experience.

Good maintenance crew
Miguel, Rogelio, and Gabriel, always willing to help us when needed. Those guys are very efficient and friendly. We're very happy with them, the work is done fast and always with a very good attitude. They make a difference there.
