I like living here. Good staff, decent grounds and amenities. Wish it were more walkable, not that it can be helped. Neighbors are quiet for the most part and the kids and pretty well behaved. Nice atmosphere.

I have been between to property owners, I thought it was going to get better and it really didn't, my husband has health issues and that makes difficult to move, that's why we are still here. If I had a different live situation I would had moved already.

Good apartments, safe location, access to stores down the road, library nearby, service desk is pretty good and maintenance staff rocks. Rent is decent for area and is in middle between downtown and beachside. Apartments themselves are clean and comfortable

I've lived in this community for five years and I've been happy. Management staff has worked with me on a couple of issues that needed to be worked out as no place is perfect and there may be issues but what's impressive is the professionalism and willingness in resolving issues. It's pretty hard to expect more than that. This community appears to be centrally located on just about everything. There are a lot of trees on property and I love it. It adds to the beauty. I like it here!

Everyone here has done a good job at what they do except follow up on customer service call concerns. My AC did not work the entire time living here and after much frustration I gave up and bought window units. Don't get me wrong the staff and neighbors are pleasant but the apartments are just kinda old and people need newer/better or actually working equipment

My AC unit stopped working, within 4 days, Marvin arrived to fix the issue. He was fast, friendly, and told me exactly what was wrong with the unit and how he would be repairing it. The staff here is friendly, and very attentive to the issues of the residents. It's a quiet neighborhood and I have never felt unsafe while here. The amenities offered are reasonable as well. It's close enough to everything, but tucked away where you won't hear the noise.

AC issues are solved!

Years of ac issues solved finally! Marvin was the key component to solving the multiple problems I have had with the ac unit over the years I have lived here. I really appreciate Marvin and the new office manager for getting to the bottom of the problem and fixing it with a new unit! Summer will be much more bearable with ac under 80 degrees! Thank you!!!

I don’t understand why the manager hasn’t fire Zack

Since I’ve been living in this place I have problems with Zak, I recently realized I wasn’t the only one in this position, I’ve talked with the management office about it, and the guy still being a pain in my a**, I don’t want to be rude but there is no other way to describe all this situation, I’m going to try again to submit my complaints about this guys, but seriously, I don’t understand why they have them there. Avoid him at all cost, there other great people in office like Talia or Melissa that will be always willing to help

Marvin did an excellent job helping us out. Our A/C has been having issues on and off for a while now and the first time Marvin came to service our A/C work order he went above and beyond.
