I enjoy the quiet neighborhood and the landscaping throughout. I also like living in a Dog friendly environment. I find the rent is very reasonable and believe this is one of the best values in the area.

    Thank you

    I want to thank Johnathan for coming out cleariing my walk walk way of the sand and dirt. Although the issue was passed to the landscaping dept they never fixed the issue. Since I have been here for going on 4 years in this unit prior to change management he would come often to make sure the areas where cleaned up. Thank you Johnathan PS. I truly hope in the future that a resolution can made.

        I recently moved into these apartments, i tried using the dryer and it was taking multiple times for it to dry my clothes. I put it in for maintenance to take a look at it. These guys went above and beyond, they work quickly and afterwards explain what was causing the issue.

          Nice location, very poor communication from the office staff and extremely poor maintenance staff. They do not care about the quality of their or work or when or if they show up for the appointment that they made. Very disappointed!

            Not happy so far leaky pipes backyard floods dishwasher broken fence is falling apart I realize mine maybe a unique experience because of the previous tenants but the first 2 months have been a bit of nightmare

              Great, relaxed community. Love all the natural landscaping, layout of the apartments, and wide parking spaces. The community gym is better than expected and appreciate that there are many different pools for the residents to enjoy in the summer.

                The maintenance team came out and fixed my dishwasher

                They were very helpful and respectful. If I had a question they answered it and got the job done with a quickness. They made sure I was satisfied, with the work before leaving. Happy to have a dishwasher that doesn’t leak anymore!

                2021: help was much needed for the creekfront staff but they will make it work when they can. 2022-2023: there were new changes and it did take some time but so far they've showed up and completed the task. The only issue I had was when they fixed my tub and it didn't last a while and the tiles were already messed up near the bottom shower head.

                  Diligent and cheerful maintenance service.

                  They are diligent, attentive in their work and worry about things. When it is reported that something needs to be fixed in the residence, they come immediately and then do a satisfactory job, with order and neatness.

                    Overall, the community is nice and affordable to live at. The living spaces and amenities need to be updated and renovated though. Much of the equipment in the gym and other amenities do not work and/or broken. Many maintenance issues with equipment in living space.

                        The apartment is great! We love the community and the convenience of the location. We are close to a lot of stores and restaurants and enjoy the area within the community. We have taken our dog on a lot of walks and appreciate the dog parks and sidewalks, as well as lighting at night.

                          I miss Andre. He is the welcoming face that sold us on this place. Other than that, it has been a gentle living space. My only hangup is that they painted the buildings before the air conditioning vents were inspected. But the stay and customer service is pretty good.

                            This is my 3rd year here and I love the community. I had an issue where I was over charged for plumbing repairs that were not my fault. Other than this incident, I have enjoyed being a resident of Creekfront and Deerwood apartment community.

                              Great people and staff. Some of the amenities need some work. Gym, dog park. The pool table is nice. I enjoy the pools in the summer. The fire pit is wonderful. The ponds need to be cleaned and given a treatment to not smell so much.

                                  Overall, these apartments are very outdated and need a lot of work inside. There are numerous structural concerns in our apartment on the reserve side. Water damage, a/c issues, leaks, cracked paint (our entire bath tub). We have a couple of great neighbors and it's more affordable than many other places. Most of the office staff members are friendly especially since they switched management. Maintenance is always friendly. Response times are slow even when things are urgent.

                                    This is a beautiful, quiet community. It is convenient to all areas of town. The management and maintenance staff are always helpful. After almost 23 years of living here, I cannot imagine living anywhere else.

                                      There's roaches even if your place is spotless. Office staff doesn't know anything. Maintenance doesn't do a good job. Raised rent every year. Never upgrade's amenities or apartment features. They never answer the phone. Gym equipment has been broken for years.

                                        The jury is still out. The staff is very nice Stacy in particular. Maintenance is either incompetent grossly understaffed or both. Ive only been a resident for 3.5 weeks and I am still accessing the overall satisfaction with the community.

                                          I have been at this apartment for a few years now, and have seen it change ownership multiple times. Each time it has changed hands it feels like things just get worse. The first time it changed hands was when our lease was up for renewal, and the new company lost our new lease and tried to charge us the month to month rate. Luckily I always save a copy of the lease that I sign other wise we would have had to pay a huge amount for rent. The most recent time the apartment changed ownership they suddenly overnight changed how rent had to be paid the week before rent was due, not giving any time to adjust before the change you could slip rent into two payments one at the beginning of the month and 2nd two weeks into the month with the new pay system rent had to all be paid on the 1st. Maintenance goes throw waves of being good and bad. This mostly comes down to which maintenance guy you get as two of them are fantastic and do a great job and then the rest half@$$ there way through the job. The buildings are always having plumbing issues so sometimes you have to suddenly deal with your water being turned off for emergency repairs for a few hours. The complex is mostly pretty quiet, having lived here for a few years we have not once had major issues with any neighbors. There are a lot of dog owners around and while most clean up after there dogs not all do and the doggie waste stations around the apartment complex are usually pretty full and out of bags. The dog park is usually not well maintained so I don't recommend using it. Some of the pools are nicer than others but because there are so many of them you can usually go to one of them and not be over crowded by other people. Over all I am happy to live here but there are definitely large areas for improvement with the office and maintenance.

                                            the apartment complex itself is pretty nice. the units are updated for the most part and i really like that only the bedrooms have carpet, the rest is laminate. the rooms are a nice size and the master bathroom is spacious; i do wish there was more closet space. our experience with the maintenance staff has not been the best. there is an extreme lack of communication and they seem to only want to do quick fixes for everything.

                                                Love living here, I have never had any issues with the maintenance or office. It has been a dream, unlike our previous community! The only issue we have experienced is the fleas in the grass. I recommend getting your pets on treatment before moving in! Other than that we love the amenities and the food trucks that frequently visit!
