Staff are very accommodating, beautiful apartment, wonderful environment, great location, great services, easy access to payment, great staff, highly recommend renting from Arium Deerwood!!! Very happy with my decision. Pools, lots of trees, up to date, love the floors. Close to everything

I love it here. It's very pet friendly, clean and well maintained. I love the pools, fitness center, dog parks, pools (there are 5!) and BBQ areas. Andre always knows my name and my dog's name when we stop by. The food trucks that stop in are yummy. I also enjoy the community social events.

It's been pleasant. The apartment is updated and the community is quiet. The amenities are well maintained. The staff has been helpful and attentive for anything I've needed. This is an older community compared to competitors but it is still nice and clean.

I have lived at this community for 2.5 years approx I normally have a pleasant experience over the past 3 days I have found it challenging to get additional assistance after seeing snakes around my front entrance

I absolutely love this community. We renewed our lease for a second year and I have absolutely no complaints. Every issue we have had has been fixed promptly and correctly the first time. The office staff is always friendly and helpful and the amenities are always clean and nice.

I just moved in a couple of weeks ago but I can already tell that the staff loves their job and will help you with any problem that you might experience. I put in a service request and it was dealt with fast and efficiently. I already love living here and the atmosphere is just great.

The community is beautiful, as is our apartment. We love the floor plan, updated appliances, and wood floors. Although, our air conditioner rattles very loudly and the stairs leading up to our apartment are rusted through in several places. Additionally, there were some bumps in the moving process, the individuals who worked with us in the office were significantly less attentive. We asked over 6 times for our lease so that we would have ample time to read through in before signing, but we didn't receive in until we showed up in person on the day we were supposed to move in. This meant that we had to rush through the document because we had a moving truck that needed to be emptied and returned before a certain time so that we would not have any additional charges. It was a disappointment. And my car was broken into on the 4th day after we moved in.

Community is very quite and the staff is great. The amenities are nice. The property has multiple pools. The maintenance response is wonderful and they keep you informed every step of the way. It's been great thus far.

Arium Deerwood is very quiet and nice! They keep the grounds pretty clean of trash and leaves. It use to be called Aqua before switching to new management. I honestly haven't had any major issues personally since living here. The maintenance crew always responds to my requests within 24-48 hours and leaves a note detailing what they did. They have left messes in the past but once notified to the staff they correct it and apologize. The only main issue I have with my experience here is parking. The building I'm in has little parking and everyone seems to want to park here that don't live here but other than that I have no major complaints about Arium.

It was great until the management changed. The office is now filled with compassionless robots. There is also a horrible issue with parking in the flats. The property seriously consider assigned parking.

Arium deerwood passes the burden of upkeep and updating on to the residents. The underlying plumbing, electrical, and HVAC issues are covered up with quick fixes while residents pay extremely high utilitie bills.

They have good amenities, great staff, nice landscape, beautiful pools. Their maintenance team is fast friendly, and the online portal system is easy to use. It's convenient to pay rent online as well.

My experience is this isn't my first time living in an apartment and it's not been a very good experience it takes very long to get anything done and once it is done nothing is ever really completed. Just down the road you have a lot of beautiful new apartment complex is coming in that people have never lived in so I think you would want to do everything you could in order to keep the residents that you have

I just moved in a few days ago. So far everything is great. My apartment was in great conduction upon move in. Some minor issues but nothing I don't think can be an easy fix. I think I will enjoy it here.

Important that my move was satisfactory and offered another unit when I could not stay in the initial unit. Property manager and Agents were all patient and understanding regarding my kids issue and wanted to make sure the unit would be good for them as well.

Maintenance is quick with repairs, community is clean and quiet, units are spacious. Unit was clean at move in, and staff is quick and friendly to help with questions. I would love just a little bit more room for storage though.

Nice place 2 live great place 2 live awesome place 2 live the office ppl are real nice the maintenance are good especially Carl rent is too pricey but oh well. No upstairs neighbors great not 2 have ppl walking over you.

Overall good . I need new carpeting . My old carpeting has buckles and is worn .I live in the back of the complex .and we need landscaping desperately . There are holes made by cars that fill up with water .

Community is very nice. Office and maintenance staff are usually easy to deal with. Occasional issues with special requests or communication about neighborhood changes (parking lot pacing schedules, stuff like that). Didn't give much notice for new toilet installation (put notices on doors Friday, technicians in the house on Monday) but can't complain about getting updated fixtures.

Absolutely terrible. Landscaping has been neglected for over a year since we moved in. We have also had major pest control issues, which come to find out the place has termites and there's huge holes to the outside behind our drywall. The office staff has ignored our pleas for help with the pest control and landscaping. Laughed it off when we said we have a termite infestation. They have luxury written on their sign as you pull in, it is nothing but luxury! Location is great, that's the only good thing I have to say about this property since moving here 2017

After moving in early this year I am more than pleased with the decision to rent within this community. I find the neighborhood to be safe, quiet, and comfortable at all times. There are never any issues with neighbors or noise. The property itself is very well kept and I would recommend it to anyone.
