I love living at Creekfront, I call this community home. Is close to lots of good services, (avenues mall, super markets, churches, doctors, dentists, pharmacies and many more). Also, the community offers lots of amenities. I feel safe and happy living here

Marvin is very friendly, efficient & knowledgeable!! He had the a.c. repaired in less than 15 minutes & communicated well. Thank you so much marvin, you're the man! * But please note the positive stats only reflect marvin, everything else has been a battle.

I love my experience at the community. I do miss being able to enjoy the pool. There's unfortunately no lounge chairs or tables and chairs around it. People are always partying at it and it makes it hard to enjoy it. From sun up til 10-11 pm at night.

Creekfront at Deerwood is a pet and family friendly living community. There are plenty of places to walk your dog(s) and even playgrounds for the kiddos. Five different pool areas where everyone can enjoy the sunny Florida weather!!! The staff are very friendly and helpful. I love the atmosphere and attitudes.10/10 recommend even if you're a college student but want some sort of peace and quiet living in this community.

I like my apartment convenient to work and shopping. I have only one(1) complaint is that maintenance not properly fulfilling the part to finding out the problem tenants are having. I feel like they are just running through and saying job completed which your still having the same issues.

After the initial hiccup everything has been great. We love the area and the space of the apartment. Having the fountain behind is has been very relaxing. I don't see myself moving any time soon. I'm glad we moved here.

The office personnel are very nice. This is really a great place to live. The area is quiet and serene. Grounds are well taken care of & always clean. Neighbors are quiet and respectful of others. I love the fact that they accept most dogs. My dog loves taking walks would make this place awesome is if I could have an electric smoker on the back porch do I could smoke some meat. I could even cook some for the office staff

I love living at Creekfront, I live in the townhouse area in the west village and it's quiet & peaceful. The office staff is wonderful to deal with as are most of the maintenance staff. Our neighbors are polite & quiet. I look forward to renewing for a third year here.

Was not impressed with the cleaning service for move in ready. Lot of small details that Was missed that I would deffently look for before moving into a place. Inside and out. The grounds are not appealing. Never look at a property late in the day and close to closing. Don't be rushed.

I feel like things should be better. Maintenance requests not completed. Landscaping and leaf removal not done. Steps at my apartment are horrible. Constant noise. One person who always slams their door, another constantly has car alarm going off. Zak has always been very good with helping.

Excellent Maintenance

Maintenance has always been on it whenever we needed them. Yesterday was the first time I had to call the maintenance emergency line because our water heater leaked to the point it needed to be replaced. They were out to us in 30 minutes to work on it. They had to come back today and said they would be here at 8:30am to replace the water heater. At 8:30am they were at our door and ready to go! Maintenance and Front Staff are always on it and this is why we've been here coming on 4 years

Great Maintenance guys

When moving into our new place our AC stopped working. We called the office and not long after these two gentlemen arrived and got it up and running in no time. They were very professional throughout the process and cleaned up the area they had been working in when they were done. So nice to have such great people on staff here.

Very warm and welcoming environment. We drove by and decided to see if a tour was available. We fell in love with not only the community, the space but also the staff. I can't say enough good things about this apartment community! The team is always incredibly responsive and gets work orders done quickly and efficiently. The property itself is fantastic, offering so many amenities like 5 beautiful pools, a full-size fitness center, grills, a playground, and 2 dog parks?there's always something to do. The office staff is absolutely amazing, always friendly, and ready to help with anything I need. Living here has been an absolute pleasure, and I highly recommend this community to anyone looking for a great place to live!

So far the staff hasn't been great. Not very friendly, the website doesn't work and I couldn't do anything for the first week in there, even the staff couldn't figure it out. The appliances are old and they don't work properly. I'm not very happy with the service provided so far, but I'm hopeful it will improve for the remaining time I'll be staying here.

My husband and I have lived at Creekfront for almost 2 years. The apartments are well laid out, and very comfortable. The office staff is very friendly and accommodating. There's ample parking for ourselves and guests. The property is well maintained.
