All good for now, I'm really happy and grateful with the maintenance team, I think there is always something hard to deal with when you live in an apartment complex, but this one isn't too bad, again, the best they have is the maintenance team.

Marvin Scott is Phenomenal!!!

Marvin was very professional and had my AC up and running in no time! I had just put a work order in the night before and it is up and running before noon! Only time him less than 10 minutes. He has also done numerous other fixings for us and has had it done the day of. He is polite and very impressionable!! Maintenance at Creekfront is a 10/10. Very much appreciated as I’ve had a role of the dice at previous apartments that I have stayed at. Thank you Marvin Scott!!

5 star rating for Travis with the CF maintenance team! I appreciate the prompt response and assistance with replacing the refrigerator. He was knowledgeable, attentive, acted immediately to resolve the problem and did so with a pleasant and respectful personality. I appreciate the excellent customer care and service Travis provided. There are still a few initial move-in issues that have been brought to management's attention that have yet to be completed. I will continue to remind management of its commitment to address these. For example, it's approximately three (3) months into my lease and I am still waiting on the second key to my residence as is indicated in my lease as being provided to me. Only one key was provided. I do expect to receive the second key or I expect my lease to be revised and re-signed.

The complex is nice. I love the seclusion and trees. Our apartment is older and we have had consistent issues since moving in. Over the last year with new maintenance staff some of the problems have been fixed.

Maintenance is on time. Dog park and children park is just ok. Other amenities are good and staffs are kind. No outage problems so far. Good neighbours. Food trucks and community celebrations are way good than others.

Fast and quick …. I needed maintenance in my apartment and they got it done the same day. Front office staff were so helpful in making sure my needs were met . And made sure that everything was fine after . ??????

Great maintence

Marvin helped unclog the ac drain because it was making a gargling noise when the ac was running. This prevented us from having a backed up ac drain. Also he cleaned the coils from a lot of dust which could cause a major ac problem. Thanks to him we are back to a quiet home and highly recommend Creekfront at Deerwood to live at!

The community is nice and quiet. They can do more outside work in my opinion for our debris. there are several trees and the birds poop on your cars. They have this red poop that's hard to get out of the paint of your cars.

Very quiet and peace. Great location I have enjoyed living here and do see myself moving. I do wish the would ride through the community to see what needs to be fixed or improved. A light pole have been out for the last 7 months and that's not okay . It gets darks by my house and its woods. Not safe

The apartment itself is not bad at all for the price. The community (people living there) is not the best, lots of litter and just general lack of awareness of other residents. When the maintenance team doesn't just go into your apartment without permission (that's on the management not the maintenance staff) they are stellar, only had 1 time where my issue wasn't resolved by them.

The community and grounds are absolutely beautiful. We have unmatched amenities at this apartment complex, including a personal trainer, stationed at the well equipped fitness center and five pools! I only have pleasant things to say about the staff and the maintenance teams.

The past year work orders were not completed by Maintenance Staff, and if they came to fill it the problem was not rectified at all, My Stove, Bathroom Faucet, Bathroom Fan, Lighting in the apartment as well as Outside Totally Dark

Just want to give the AC guy, Marvin, a shout-out. He was wonderful. He came promptly to help, he took the time to explain to us what he was doing and he was efficient. He was kind, courteous and expressed his concern with us being comfortable with the temperature in our home. Thank you, Marvin!!!

Great community. Haven't had any issues since moving in a few months ago. Quiet neighborhood, nice neighbors, and attentive staff. Any issues are resolved swiftly. The community itself is very well kept as well.

The maintenance team is wonderful, anytime I have a problem(which is rare) they address and fix the problem ina timely and professional manner. Marvin is at the top of his game, and very respectful. 10/10

I have only been here for about a month, but so far it has been very nice. It was a bit rocky at first, since the unit wasn't quite move-in ready and maintenance had to fix a lot of things, but the majority of them are fixed now. I love how quiet and safe the neighborhood is, and have been very impressed with the amenities so far.

This community is great for the value in a sought after side of town.The office staff and maintenance have always provided service in a timely manner.There was some vehicle break ins and stolen cars for a few months.The management has now shared it is a courtesy officer on grounds.I don't feel it was neighbors or people in the community most likely theives outside the community searching for a easy opportunity to come up.All in all I have enjoyed my apartment home.There are some upgrades inside, however these are older apartments.

Quiet, which is nice. Neighbors seem to be nice. Had a lot of maintenance issues, but they were handled and fixed by the property promptly. I am grateful that they were able to fix the issues that I had moving in.

The location and floorplan of the community is good which is why we chose the unit. However, at move-in there were a number of problems from Day-1. At this time, some, but not all of the issues have been addressed.

My move process was hectic and I didn't not get the unit I originally selected due to maintenance issues. It wasn't communicated the best but worked out in the end because I was flexible. If I weren't the prover couldn't have costed me hundreds of dollars.

This is a very good community to live. it is next to everything and very good located. the office staff is very helpful, and Talia is the best on her job. The overall appearance is good and well maintain.

It was great for a few years, now a lot of noise disturbances and strange incidents involving police to be involved. We have several pools but they don't appear to be properly maintained. Great dog community, if you're looking that that. Ample parking available and it's a good distance to UNF, the beach or downtown.

I used to live here for 8 years and moved away, now I'm back because it's a great place to live and very quiet. The staff needs to do a better job taking care of the tenants and keeping up the maintenance issues

Great people!

The leasing people were professional from the get go. Worked with Zak, Talia, Taylor and Caleb. Great access to my new apartment. Perfect lighting interior and exterior. Liked the Starbucks coffee too!
