    Office team is great. Most of the maintenance and grounds people do not speak English and are difficult to understand. I had a major problem with ants in my bathroom. They were coming out of the woodwork. The washer and dryer are Sicily to use. The smoke detectors goes off every time I cook because it is heat sensitive and the exhaust fan doesn't pull hard enough. Dishwasher is loud.

        I'm sorry maybe I can do this at a later time but since I've moved here I have not had a good experience it floods here maintenance take weeks to finish a job office does not pick up the phone trash is everywhere. I pay $47 for trash to be picked up on Sunday through Thursday and that's not even being done correctly. Garbage disposal keep getting clogged mold grows into the apartment. The apartment above has flooded from the toilet to the tub area in my apartment. I have had a terrible experience living here actually so I'm not going to leave a good comment, but I'm hoping that things get better.

          They don't communicate well. Difficult to reach via phone nor email. There have been times where I call repeat and no answer. The portal doesn't seem to update information either. And the trash schedule is uncertain.

            The staff is very professional and kind. The property is well kept. The community is quiet. Maintenance is very quick with fixing your problem. I'm very satisfied with my unit. The only thing I don't like is the fact that you can't back in park other than that I'm very satisfied

              Experience that I had with this apartment is that the area that I stay in is quiet. The staff are always nice to me. Anything that I need to fix in my apartment they fix it but no problem but the only thing they need to prove in is updating the appliance in the units.

                The favorite place I toured so far beautiful aesthetics inside and out. Great price I just wish there was more closet space in the apartments. I didn't get to tour the amenities but I sent in my application awaiting a response.

                        The apartment is straight for what it's for. A decent starter apartment. They pick up trash and maintenance crew is good. Apartments are a bit on the small side. I don't feel unsafe here. Everybody mind they business and keep to themselves.

                          My move in was very smooth, when I showed up my key and everything was already ready for me. I was able to head right over to my apartment and begin to load my belongings. The community is very quiet except for Saturdays when they are doing lawn work but it's something that I can get used to.

                            Good community with good office staff. The community could improve with the amenities on the property. I've lived here for over a year and the pool has been non operational the entire time. The gym is only opened during office hours and the playground should be updated.

From the very beginning, the leasing office made the move-in process smooth and stress-free by providing clear communication and answering all of my questions. The management team is professional, friendly, and truly cares about residents' needs. Maintenance requests are handled quickly, often within 24 hours, which makes a huge difference in daily life. The property is always kept clean, with well-maintained landscaping, tidy hallways, and secure common areas. I appreciate the quiet and respectful neighbors, which creates a safe and welcoming environment for everyone. The location is perfect, close to shopping centers, restaurants, and major roads, making it very convenient for commuting and running errands.                                   It's not bad, but it's not the best. I've had many problems with my unit mostly leaks especially during heavy rains. Maintenance does their best to resolve the problem fast. I've been here for over a year and you don't have access to all the amenities that they say you do. Never dipped a toe in the pool. They keep claiming it's because of a permit issue. The gym is only accessible during office hours and all the equipment isn't operational. The playground needs upgrades. The building I live in is quiet. I believe pretty much the whole complex is pretty peaceful except during the summer when kids are outside playing. Even then you can barely hear them. The office staff is actually nice. I've never had an issue with them. My only concern is minor issues like upgrades and maintenance issues.

                                    the people that were in office when i first moved in building 27 displayed more empathy and compassion for residents now it's very intense i literally dread going inside or even contacting the office for anything how i was treated when my unit caught on fire instead the walls due to faulty wiring in the bathroom was the absolute worst you would've thought i was on a video pouring gasoline, so now if i can avoid contact i will until i find something else. my last encounter was the calmest interaction ive had since being in building 29

                                        The apartment itself is is nice. I would have rated it a 10 out of 10 if my unit did not have all these issues or if the issues were attended to prior to my move-in I have a lake view apartment so it's really nice itself. The rent price is affordable. I wish the amenities were updated. Other than that. I have no problems with this community.

                                          Not good big pot holes had to buy a tire & my control arm broke the apartment needs help it a great place but the care of the people I wish I could have evaluated some of the residents because unfortunately the resident has poor saying about the area. I just feel like a lot of money that we are spending. It's not worth it. I've seen this before I left Legacy Lakeside condo.

                                              Management change often which causes work orders to not be completed. However, once work orders have been taking care of it's great! There is also sometimes a lack of communication! Being a resident for 10 years we don't often complain about anything. We do love living at the property! Neighbors are great!
