I've been in Carlton Arms for 5 years now. They are making some great upgrades and changes in the community. Looking forward to using the new improved and bigger gym. The playground was redone but still leaves something to be desired. Friendly community with friendly and understanding staff!

Excellent community services. The only complaint I have is that there are too many stray cats in the community, and nothing is being done to control the stray cats in the area. Otherwise, the maintenance staff works professionally and efficiently.

Is a quite and nice place to live. Maintenance issues are promptly resolved. Leasing staff are very courteous. Neighbors are overall nice people. Although I have participated in only a couple of community events, I most say those events are very nice.

We had to wait a year to get in and it was so worth it! Ive always heard such good things about it and they are all true! While everyones rent gets raised by the hundreds ours has only been a few bucks every year, and with the work they put into this place, again its worth it! Nice people! Fast maintenance service! And they are ALWAYS working on something to better the grounds!

This has been my home for the past 8-9 years. I feel safe, the neighbors are friendly and we get to know each other by name. There's a nice dog park right next to a fenced playground, which the kids love to watch the dogs run around from. The pools are well maintained and miles of sidewalks within the community. A brand new gym is currently being built and from what I have heard an additional yoga room. Even though this isn't a brand new complex it's great for Florida living. The grounds are beautiful with old oaks lining the entire landscape. Plenty of wildlife all around. Again, I'm glad this is my home ??

Not happy in the help I get when there's issues. When there's no noise or maintenance issues if the resident services isn't here while it's happening then according to Carlton Arms it does not exist and I find that to be very disappointing. I have been here for almost 6 years and have paid all my rent on time every time.

Wonderful place I highly recommend. Much better then the other complex we lived before. Great community at an affordable price. The office staff and maintenance staff are friendly polite and take care of any issues that may arise in a timely manor.

Always been a pleasurer to live here. Staff are responsive to all requests. The property is lovely with the lakes and the many different types of birds. Neighbors have been pleasant. Although is is quiet and secluded the apartments are close to all needed stores, schools, etc.

Clean, safe and quiet! We've been here 2 months and everything has been smooth. Facilities have all been working great, there is always someone at the gate monitoring entrances and exit and fast service. The app they use for communicating makes everything extremely easy too.

I love living at Carlton Arms Magnolia Valley. The property is always well maintained, the staff is friendly and efficient. There are lots of things to do including special events on holidays. Maintenance issues are resolved almost immediately. The staff are exceptional Lucas, Andrew, Mike, Bob, Dee just to mention a few of the remarkable team members here that make me feel safe, comfortable cared for and make Carlton Arms feel like home!

I really like living here. I've always thought the community looked beautiful from driving by in passing. It's pretty quiet and no one really bothers you. Most of the guys working the gate are friendly, and the same goes for the maintenance guys. If you put in a service request the night before, they will usually get to it the next day.
