Upon inquiring for rental at this community I was served by a very friendly and helpful staff member who was able to get me into a unit within the time frame that I needed which I was very grateful for. The grounds are well maintained it is very safe and a very quiet community. It has nice amenities like two pools a laundry room and a gym and is close to downtown and shopping. I absolutely love that it is pet friendly! I moved here in May of 2024 and discovered mold in my air conditioning Vents and Ducts. I did contact the property they did assist me by putting me in another Suite as I have mold allergies and have not been feeling well for the past few months that I have lived here. It has been well over a week since the service request to remediate the mold and nothing has been done yet. I really really like the complex a lot but they're negligence and reticence to fix this problem in a timely manner is very concerning.

Been here for 20 years they keep the grounds neat clean well groomed. Maintenance is quick to respond and friendly. The office staff is ready to answer your questions and work with you when needed. Great place to live.

Friendly staff and very helpful. Landscape is always beautiful. Maintenance is usually right on point :) anytime something is wrong it doesn't get swept under the rug it definitely gets taken care of and resolved

Staff very kind and willingness to help is excellent . The front gate staff are very nice smiling and wave as you enter the complex. both of my sons live in this complex and i feel very comfortable knowing there is security in the compex.

This is a clean, quiet, well cared for community. The office staff and the property staff are friendly and competent. The grounds are nicely kept. The biggest plus is the 24 hour manned gatehouse, which keeps track of visitors and keeps out troublemakers.

It's a nice community. It's safe well lit swimming pools all the amenities. You need two nice ponds to walk around and security always on guard. Feel safe here. For the most part, everybody is respectable here

I've loved every minute I've lived in Carlton Arms. It's affordable resort style living and the employees are very accommodating and thoughtful. There is plenty to do including basketball, multiple pools and a fitness center.

You can always depend on the maintenance team to fix any problems and they always come within 24 hours. The property is always well maintained. I use the gym and it is always clean and the equipment is all up to date.

It's been great living here. My neighbors cause no problems. It's quiet. I've only had a couple of building issues to call in about in the few years I've lived here and they were resolved quickly and efficiently each time. It's really all I could ask for.

I absolutely love this community! The people are so friendly (staff and neighbors). There is so much nature here to admire, it doesn't even feel like you live in the middle of a big city. Every morning I wake up to the sounds of wildlife and the sunrise shining through my window, over the lake and through the trees. The community has even implemented more community events and as a 33 year old woman, who grew up in a social media run culture, it is so nice to actually socialize and get to know your neighbors and the staff here, through these community events.

I am very pleased with the responsive maintenance dept. The regular landscaping is an added plus. The amenities that I engage in (i.e. fitness center, pool, etc) are always in great shape. I feel this community is a great value for the money.

Everyone here at Carlton Arms does a great job at helping the residents with whatever they need. The staff is so great about getting things done as fast as possible. Maintenance goes above and beyond their job that is requested. The grounds are kept nice and Beautiful. I have loved every minute I have lived here. Very. Organized complex, it runs very smoothly, very clean. The apartments are a little bit dated. Certain units are upgraded. My particular kitchen was brand new.It made me very happy! I really do love living here. It's quiet and peaceful.
