I enjoy the complex. It is well maintained. Anytime I have needed something repaired, they respond very quickly and get things done efficiently. The staff is friendly and helpful. They have Xmas party for residents, recently had continental breakfast including mimosas as well.

I am happy with the service, but I preferred when we received a yellow slip telling us the work had been completed. I am disappointed with the extra charges that I am receiving in addition to the increases in rent. I enjoyed the park-like setting of the grounds.

We love living here we feel safe. Great staff and maintenance. I just wish they had Bingo once a week that would be great. The grounds are keep very clean. Transferred to different apartment in the complex and things are not how they were years ago with inspections of the unit before moving in alot of things needed cleaning and a list of items needing repairs/maintenance.

Very quiet and beautiful outdoor. Safe and clean. I have been living here for almost 3 years now. It is a peaceful place. The staff is always ready to help. Highly recommend. There are 2 beautiful pools that are kept clean with a beautiful view from the lake.

Living at Carlton Arms Magnolia Valley has been great! Beautifully kept grounds and 24/7 guard house is a great sense of security. Living here is easy! We recently got new floors in kitchen and both bathrooms!

The community is clean and quiet with beautiful views! Staff is pleasant to work with and maintenance is on top of things. I like that garbage pickup is valet and our mailboxes are inside the entrance to each apartment building (I think it's different for townhouses, but still close proximity). Honestly, the square footage of each home compared to the monthly price is cheaper than renting a home or getting a mortgage and I have more space than if I had rented a house.

I enjoy having outdoor space at my townhouse. The prices are very good compared to other apartments in the area with the same ammenities and space. It is nice that there are so many floor plans to pick from.

The quality of individuals they've let in this neighborhood has been concerning. Management has decided not to renew or lease simply because we have three children. Despite those things, we truly loved the amenities offered the pool, the pickle ball court, the basketball court and the gym. MAINTENANCE was always quick to respond to any concerns in the office staff, despite discriminating against us because of our kids. They were pleasant when we had any other concerns. Overall I would give this community a 3 1/2 out of five. Simply because of the quality of people that have moved in and discriminating against us for having three children. They should also be a limit on how many vehicles each household could have and enforce the no commercial vehicles parked on property.

I have lived here for 24 years and that should say it all. The community is friendly, the office personnel are great and Maintenace is top quality. The common area are well cared for and itis very beautiful here, fresh flowers and beautiful trees, A heated swimming pool is another plus. The lakes are serene and peaceful. I love living here.

The complex is very clean, updated outside and with new roofs and painting. Repairs are done quickly and the office staff is very nice. The pools have new furniture, brand new full size basketball court, pickleball court, tennis courts, swing sets and nicely equipped gym.

I love living here its peaceful and quiet. No issues at all. The only complaint I have is the washers.And dryers there are not enough of them for all of the tenants. And a lot of them stayed broken for a long period the time

Tour was guided by Monica, she is very knowledgeable and personable. Viewed three different types of units all very well maintained and clean. The grounds are clean, well maintained, and seem very secure. Wait list is long for this community, but is understandable based off the value you get for such a nice and secure complex.
