Beautiful and well kept community to live in .As a senior it is very comfortable, clean, , quiet, safe and the staff is out standing . Always there to help 24/7 ..Close to shopping , churches, parks. Great extra ammenities and events within the community. parks.

My husband and I have been here since 2018 and we love it! It's quiet and any maintenance we need is done correctly and in a timely fashion. We have never had not one issue living here for about 7 years now! We love it!

I have an excellent experience here at Carlton Arms. The apartments are very nice for the rent I pay. The amenities are great and the leasing staff are very professional and they respond to your questions or concerns immediately. My service request are taken care of within a couple of days. The grounds are very neat and clean.

It's a nice place to live in but lately there are a lot of people driving really fast and with very loud exhausts. Also, the sidewalks are very narrow but people have their vegetation growing out of their patios making it difficult to walk on the sidewalks in many areas. Also, the landscapers blow all the cut grass into the buildings making a mess inside the buildings.

It has been a good experience. The people are nice and the staff are friendly. I haven't had any problems so far minus one or two things that I needed maintenance to come fix but they were very prompt and professional! 10/10

I have enjoyed living here. It's quiet and everything is kept up well. The maintenance staff is top notch. The office staff is very friendly and accommodating. It's quite affordable considering other apartments in the area.

The apartments are great ! Very clean and well kept grounds .The pools are amazing!!the staff is wonderful, especially the front desk and the rental agent Anette Zagori! I WOULD NOT HESITATE TO RECOMMEND THIS APARTMENT COMPLEX TO ANYONE!!

I appreciate that this is mostly a gated community. It gives me a sense of security and this is shown by the very low rate of crime here. The staff is generally friendly. The grounds keepers do a good job of keeping the property looking good. Most of the building services people are competent and friendly.

Office staff is very helpful & polite. They do what they say and follow up to make sure issuse is taken care of. Excellent customer service. would recomend complex to friend. Also I the suites are great for family & friends when visiting .

Currently on a waitlist for this place, but so far everything has been excellent. The front office and everyone who works there answer all the questions you may have and are very kind. The rent is very affordable, even for their largest unit (townhome).

Great community and amenities - Pool, tennis court , pickleball court, basketball court, dog park and 2 pools (1 heated). I wish the gym was bigger but have good equipments. Also, if you need maintenance, it will be solved within 24 hrs - super fast. Thank you

I haven't been here long but I love my apartment and the overall atphomshere. Cole Martinez at the renting office was really awesome and helped me so much. I love the community so far and the apartment I feel very safe here as well

The apartment complex is beautiful and the people friendly and nice. The apartments need a little updating but are still nice and we'll taken care of. I love the views off my garden patio and would highly recommend them.

This apartment complex is wonderful. All of the employees are courteous and welcoming and the residents are quiet and friendly. We've lived in Carlton Arms of Magnolia Valley for 4 years and love it here. The appliances and cabinetry in the kitchen and bathrooms are a bit outdated and could use a remodel but other than that it's a great rental price and great community.

I love community - its safe, kept clean and never a problem if you need anything done - I lived in Townhomes before - left community but came back - I knew that coming back I would love living here again - Love my apartment just transferring for bigger space
