I moved in January of 2021, i like it here. It's very Peaceful and the staff is friendly. They send out monthly calenders and email updates. I never have any issues if I have questions or concerns. I have recommended this Apartment to family and friends.

Best value for your money when it comes to apartments. It is a clean and safe community with nice amenities. The management and maintenance are all very nice, efficient, and helpful. The grounds are beautiful with two lakes with fountains.

Every since I've been in Carlton Arms and had issues, they have been taken care of in an efficient timely manner. One of the maintenance associates I encountered was Lucas who was awesome and very knowledgeable about his job. I love the atmosphere of this place and would highly recommend. Thanks for all you do

Carlton Arms Staff was quick and easy to work with. Very understanding and knowledgeable. The whole process was easy, not too long of a waiting list but is definitely worth the wait. Would recommend to others. 10/10

I love it here at Carlton Arms and I would love to remain a resident here. I honestly don't have anything negative to say about this community or the staff. I mean yes there are some tenants of mine next door to me that I wish would move into another building away from me. Too much foot traffic if you know what I mean (drug dealers)

The apartments are nice. They keep the grounds very nice and clean. The pools are great, always clean and very large. The gym has new equipment so is very nice. They are getting ready to put jn a dog park as well so I'm excited about that. Affordable pricing compared to other apartments and the staff and maintenance are very nice.

The apartments are nice but the management is horrendous. Maintenance is only available Monday- Friday from 9-5pm unless there is an emergency. I've had stuff stolen off of my property and damage done by maintenance workers and management basically shrugs it off and doesn't address it.

Quiet , Safe and friendly. Complex grounds impeccable groomed. I feel happy as I arrive to the community. Wild life plentiful. Pool area well kept. News letter is ful to read as well as informative. Lawn service keeps lawn attractive. I am very happy here and plan to make this my forever home.

Very nice community, feel safe in the neighborhood. Reasonably priced and quick maintenance response. Honestly one of the best deals for apartments out there. My apartment overlooks the wetlands out back which might take getting used to if you're not into nature, but is perfect for me (mom is an avid birdwatcher).

Overall, very happy with the community; the grounds are very well kept, enough senior renters to give the complex an air of permanence with enough younger people and children to round out the "village". I like it here and would recommend CA to anyone. My only complaint would be an occasional dropped ball by the office staff. Text messages that aren't returned, emails not answered and in one instance, a minor problem with parking that should have been resolved with a short phone call but instead took a week to get fixed. Minor but irritating. My rating: 4.5/5 stars.

I love it here. It was a little wait for the waiting list but I think the complex looks amazing the apartment looks amazing there's so much room to work with. 2 pools and a fitness center is also amazing and with 2 little kids having a playground is so awesome I don't have to go far to just let them out to play. I also love having a gate and security guard because with having 2 little ones I want to make sure my family is kept safe.

We love living at CAMV. The community is well maintained, people are friendly, and the rare issues we've had are always dealt with promptly and professionally. Maintenance often comes out the same day we request them! Our neighbors are friendly, the walking paths feel safe even at night, and we truly have no complaints living here.

This apartment complex is very professionally managed and maintenance is lightening fast! The ground are beautifully kept and there are employees there around the clock as well as a security stop at the entrance manned by a human.

I really lucked out being able to love here! I love it here the community is nice and quiet and feel safe and eveyone is very friendly and seemhappy to be there. Only con is my one bedroom doesn't have washer and dryer hook up, but there is 2 cheap laundromats on site. Fantastic value for the money overall. The lake and walkways are beautiful

I contacted Carlton Arms of Magnolia Valley looking for a nice community to live in. One of your leasing agents took the time to make sure I had apartment floor plans to choose from, and options. She made sure to welcome me here. Since moving in all of the staff here have been very friendly and eager to help when I had any issues. I enjoy living in this community and am very satisfied with my choice.

Everything has been great. The property is well taken care of and there is a feeling of safety here due to the guard shack checking people coming in who don't live here. The price of rent is reasonable in comparison to what you get in other places. You get more here for the price than what other places offer. I just hope it stays that way. As far as maintenance, I have received quality work and quick service. It is quiet here and never feel uncomfortable.

I like how clean and well-maintained the area is. The office and maintenance staff are always friendly and helpful with any questions or assistance I need. Even though the complex is near major roads and within the city the noise pollution is not excessive or disruptive.

Love the neighborhood and staff. Just wish some of the appliances were updated. Would be nice to have a newer washer and dryer and an a/c unit. Everything else has been great for the last 3 years I've been here.
