The ground are kept perfectly. Office staff most helpful and friendly. I can't find anything to complain about. I wish the door coming into the apartments from the parking lot had key locks. Upkeep on pool is done on a regular twice a week program.

Hello dear neighbor and thank you for your feedback, we don't have plans to have a lock on the common hallway doors as emergency personnel must have access at all times, however the amenities will have an access key fob system in 2026.

Nice quiet community, safe and friendly , staff available and able to answer questions via telephone or in person during the weekdays. Any maintenance issues are addressed quickly. Community is friendly and clean lawn care Maintenance is done weekly

I was on the waiting list for 6 months(well worth the wait)The grounds are kept impeccable.neighbors are nice and friendly.everyone you pass around the complex always gives a wave or hello. Staff is very friendly and helpful

It's a very nice and quiet place to live and l really appreciate the security guards which is there 24hrs. The landscaping is amazing and kept up very nicely. So if you're looking for a safe and quiet and beautiful place to live l would recommend this Apartments homes.

This is a wonderful place to live. Kept impeccable, staff is amazing. Lots of amenities. Rents are among the best rates in the area-.Convenient to shopping, downtown New Port Richey, and Route 19. I love it here.

I wish the bathrooms were a little bigger. It should accommodate handicap folks. This place should have soft water for the rent that people pay. I am happy to be an apartment. This is my second apartment. I have never had an apartment.

Apartment appliances are dated but mine work. Every time I've put in a service request regardless of the reason it has been taken care of in 24 hrs or less. Staff has always been extremely nice and helpful.

We have really enjoyed living here. The grounds are always kept nice. Maintenance is fast. Schools are within walking distance. We have made good use of the pools, gym, and playground. I like to walk and there are plenty of big trees for shade.

The community is lovely. It is so nice to walk with the many beautiful trees. It is quiet and the pool is so nice. I love it. The pool is so big that it never feels crowded, I love the mascovy ducks and the mallords and the sand hill cranes

A well maintained community. Friendly staff and very efficient Maintenace crew. I would recommend this complex to anyone, young or old. It has pools, one heated winter, playground for the youngsters, basketball courts, tennis and pickleball, too.

This is the place to ve hands down! The community is quiet and the location is ideal for anything that you want to do. The pool is always well kept and the laundry rooms are fantastic. Im very glad I found this place and I highly recommend it

I know that I am going to get ant problem taken care of in a timely manner. I'm alone and I honestly have nothing to worry about living here. My only problem is not having easier access to laundry. I am handicapped and can't do my laundry easy.

Unit was not ready for move in. The ac completely failed the first week and has leaked everyday since. The renovation is cheap and fast. My hot water was left off after repairs. They clearly didn't do a walk through before my move in.

Carlton Arms has always been a great place to live. We have been there since 2018. With it being an older community, we have had some issues but the maintenance staff is always quick to fix the problem. The leasing office is also very efficient when you need to make an inquiry.
