Love being home here ! Love the lake and ducks and birds that like to greet me n my grandsons when they're visiting The security at the gate is priceless makes me feel very safe love having two pools to choose from and the convenience of a gym and a heated pool too

So far so good, the community is nice and quiet. All residents stay to themselves, which they are nice and friendly. The only issue I don't like is that we can't not have up ring cameras for the safety of our home,especially for the residents that live in townhomes. A change should be made for that.

Friendly and very helpful office staff.Nice and clean maintenance issues their staff problem solves and resolves in a timely manner. The grounds are maintained .I would refer to friends and family looking for a new rental.

I was greeted by a great smile and very friendly person at the front desk. The staff was very knowledgeable and they answered all my questions. The atmosphere is very peaceful and love all the greenery and trees on the property. Last thing was the cleanliness I observed while touring the property.

The maintenance team fixes anything we put in the log very quickly and effectively. I would go to work and come home to it fixed it's fantastic. The office team is very polite and help me out with my never ending questions it's great.

This is the second time I had an problem in my apartment (alarm & bathroom toilet). In both instances after requesting help from the maintenance staff... they came within an hour of the request! Which was great. AND they fixed the problem completely. Great service for sure! Can't ask for anything more.

I have tour many different apartments but nothing compared to how amazing the staff are and how beautiful the community is! The whole application process went so smoothly as Vivian was amazing with keeping communication on what's needed and what to expect. The apartment itself is absolutely perfect and everything I wanted. I'm so overjoyed with my decision on choosing Carlton Arms as my family's new home!

I like the guard house upon entry. I feel it cuts down on possible crime. I had a little dog when I first moved in but now I don't. I liked the dog friendly aspect. I like the trees because they keep the community shady. If you are on ground level you will have a patio which gives the feel of a home not apartment living. The place is kept pristine and my visitors always positively comment.

It feels very safe and comfortable. Everyone was very friendly when I came and looked at the apartments. The move in process was easy and the amount of space in the apartment is great. The grounds are kept clean and really great to take walks around!

We are very happy living here, the ground are well maintained and if there's ever an issue in my unit they come that day and fix it. Its like living in resort as we have many amenities swimming fishing basketball pickle ball and a play ground for the little ones.I have no complaints at all. Very happy resident

I feel immensely grateful to have found a home at Carlton Arms of Magnolia Valley. It seemed a bit too good to be true when I first moved in with my family, but we are coming up on a year here and I've never felt more welcomed and safe and part of a community than I do here. The maintenance workers are incredible, timely, and kind. The grounds keepers keep everything clean and nice. The gate guards are always pleasant. My favorite part about living here is the residents are all just so welcoming and warm. I've recommended this community to others and will continue to do so.

Very good, staff is polite and professional, gate guards are very nice. The yard is always kept clean and the problems are always dealt with in a timely fashion. All the grocery stores and schools are also close by for quick convenience.

Nice place to live, active community. Guard gate and accessable office staff. Most Security guards are helpful,thoughtfully and professional. The community has 2 pools with new pool furniture, one pool is heated one not though open all year. One point of concern areas of parking lots are very dark could use some additional lighting.

Very quick to fix the issues at hand. We are very satisfied with the results. However, after the vent cleaning, there was black shaving on our toothbrushes and on the bathroom counter afterwords. We didn't notice it at first so we used the toothbrushes a couple times and then had to purchase new ones.

Awesome. Lovely place to live. Very quiet. Very clean environment. Safe from the hurricanes! Quite a bit of amenities to chose from. There are different floor plans based on the need of the tenant for the right fit.

Great community and great staff. Any maintenance issue were addressed quickly and did not require multiple visits. Living in the studio as a minimalist what I pay seems fair. Could be $100 less but otherwise no complaints.
