You will never regret moving into Carlton Arms. Staff are very accommodating. Work orders are done quickly. Grounds are kept impeccably. Very quiet and pools are great. Safety is not an issue. 24/7 manned entrance. We love it here.

This community feels very safe, staff members are friendly and nice.Anytime i have a service request, it's completed within 24 hrs. Rent is reasonable and affordable with all the amenities that are included. This is a great community to live in especially if you have children!

Carlton Arms is a great place to quiet place. Maintenance responds very quickly. Office staff is friendly and knowledgeable. 24 hour security gives you a peace of mind. Grounds are kept very clean.

Beautiful place to retire. Enjoy walking around the lakes with my dog (retired service dog) Especially appreciate the swimming pool I can use regularly. So glad I have in so much time to enjoy the place!??

Carlton Arms is a wonderful community to live in. The apartments are great. Many models to choose from. They are spacious and have plenty of storage. The staff is friendly and they keep the grounds maintained. They have great amenities and the location is great.

Nice and clean quiet and peaceful. I love this place. Everyone is friendly. Maintenance is always available when needed. They come right out to fix the problem right away. Nice place to live if anyone is looking

I love Carlton Arms! Move-in was so easy. The staff is great and the community is beautiful. I feel safe and secure and am enjoying the lake front view and all the wildlife. It was so worth the wait! I've only been here a few months, but can't believe how comfortable I am here. The walking path around the lake, the dog park for my doodle and the new fitness room.

It's a nice Apartment Community. Safe, cooporative staff. Does a good job of resolving problems or issues with apartment or community. Although this comlex is an older complex, it is clean and comfortable, but some of the apliances are a bit dated. Refrigerators are dated and too small.

Carlton Arms of Magnolia Valley is a very nice community to live in. The grounds are kept up weekly and there are numerous apartment plans to choose from that are reasonably priced. There are amenities such as 2 pools, dog park, small playground, washing facilities and a workout room. They also have tennis, basketball and pickleball courts.

This is such a nice place to live the ground's are always well kept the Main. Staff are always so helpful and nice and do such a great job, the office staff are helpful and nice. this is a quite place anytime day or night.

Everybody I had contact with from Julie at office and maintenance-staff all fantastic people to deal with. Simply amazing service with great courtesy. The place is quiet, peaceful and very well maintained. I enjoy and simply love living here??

Affordable rent, beautiful grounds, pleasant staff. They plan monthly activities for the residents with snacks.The apartment has everything I need except a washing machine. I wish they would swap out my stove( that I hardly ever use) for a washing machine.

Great place to live. It is quiet. If you ever need something they are fast and friendly. Everyone has been nothing but welcoming. Great location. Pools and gym always nice and clean. Great area to feel safe when walking outside

It has been a great place to live and very affordable for any single person or family, but it does need some updating when it comes to appliances and I'd really like to see washer and dryers in every unit, but overall I am very happy and thankful for the opportunity to live in a great neighborhood.

Lovely community, quiet, and safe. The covered motorcycle parking was a plus. Looking forward to utilizing the other amenities, pools, tennis courts...etc. Office staff was polite, friendly and professional.

Good so far no complaints yet everyone is really nice and prompt and the grounds are kept nice, definitely one of the best properties in this area of Florida. Only thing I would suggest is updating the apartments a bit stylistically
