This community all you see is kindness and warm welcomed. Julie was very courteous and very knowledgeable. I've passed by the community at day time and night time to see how the atmosphere was and both times were very quite and seemed very safe.

Very quiet and kept up. Would recommend others to live there. There always keeping the community clean and the two pools are great because they wont get overcrowded(except on the holidays of course. Highly recommended

My experience here is great. Very well kept always cleaning and fixing up . The office stall is great especially Denise . I love her she is great always very helpful when I need help. The only negative I have is the laundry rooms are really not big enough for all of us but that wouldn't keep me from wanting to live here

It's a nice, quiet community. The amenities are decent, and the apartments are spacious and nice. I wish there were fixtures for ceiling fans and lights in the apartment I'm in as I have the outlets that are connected to a light switch. I never liked those.

Any issues we have are addressed quickly and thoroughly. The maintenance guys are polite and knowledgeable. The office workers are polite and knowledgeable. Laid back atmosphere. Beautiful walking trails around the lakes.

Wonderful place to live, the grounds are well kept and so many things to do here. Close to shopping and restaurants. So glad to call this place home, wouldn't want to be anywhere else. Beautiful place all around.

I love it here. Just not happy that every year, the rent goes up. I had a few friends that lived here an have left. Because of that reason. Parking issues. Sometime I have to park a little bit down to the rd. And walk.

I lived at Lake carlton arms in Lutz then transferred to carlton arms of magnolia Both are nice committee. I enjoy living there. Staff and Maintenance is the best...cons. laundry rooms need alot of tlc, need the other club house open with pool...not enough guest rooms...all in all good place to hang my hat.

It has been a wonderful experience. The staff are very helpful and friendly, neighbors are nice. The amenities are as advertised. I don't hear my neighbors the building seems well built and private. Updating the pools and clubhouses! Maintenance keeps the grounds clean

The number 1 thing I love about Carlton Arms is that they have a set of eyes at the front booth at all times checking non residents in as they come and go. It delivers a good sense if security compared to most other complexes and helps keep the peace.

Well cared for community, reasonable rent prices. friendly staff. very neat and clean, just the right amount of commodities available for the bigger apartments, and public use areas. I am very happy here. The amenities are wonderful and the staff is always very helpful. The community is clean and we have made friends with a lot of the neighbors. I also like the fact that there is security up at the front that monitors all cars coming into the community.

This is a very good community with very good maintenance employees that take care of any needs. Lucas is one of those special maintenance personnel that care about our needs and any repairs. Carlton Arms community is quiet and has all the amenities you would ever need.

Love it here at Carlton Arms just wish my AC worked better. The electric bills are always high during the summer. Wish they would replace the unit. Other than that I've enjoyed my experience here at Carlton Arms.

I do not have anything bad to say about this apartment complex. I have been extremely happy with the timely manner they response to my work request. They randomly have ice cream parties and a social gathering at Christmas time with dancing and food which makes it feel homie and like a family. I would say if I had to find a negative - I have an old washer and dryer, but most have newer or new ones. So when mine crashes, I'm sure they will change it in a timely manner. Thank you Carlton Arms Magnolia Valley. I'm happy!!!!
