Overall quiet community which I like. However the cleanliness is horrible. Trash is left everywhere which leads to leaks from garbage bags. Dead bugs left around. Power washes maybe done once a month. Some neighbors just don't care and add to the dirtiness. No overall care about cleanliness or appearance

Love living here , just have issue with bugs in the apartment but seems everyone here does too. Had some friends that live here that got a crazy rent increase so I started looking for a House since it is about the price for a mortgage to renew

Apartments are beautiful and maintenance requests are always taken care of promptly. Rent is very high for the surrounding area but the amenities (gym and pool) are why it makes sense. Good community for families and children.

The community is neat, clean and peaceful. The issues I have had in the apartment have been solved, although some times it took three times for someone to come. The entrance is sometimes a problem. Another issue is with the valet trash, in a couple of times my trash has not been collected.

I'm so in love with the community, and I love my appointment!! It's really good that you can have pets, the staff is really helpful and they know a lot about the community, everything is very clean, super quiet

Pretty safe. Annual rental increase is too much. The outer appearance of the community is great . More care and attention can be given to maintaining and keeping the hallways in the apartments clean. Something must be done to improve the parking situation. To have to have guests park almost a mile from the unit owner they are visiting is not acceptable .

It's been amazing , I can say I never felt unsafe. If I have a question, staff is quickly to answer and Maintenance is always there. My neighbor became a family to me so it's been awesome. Be comfortable on my own home is what Mila give to me

A very family oriented environment, plenty to do with kids, safe place to raise a family with awesome amenities. Would recommend Mila to anyone. The gym is my favorite. Now that it's open 24 hours I can go before or after work.

The community is very nice, clean, and the customer service team, Lucia and Betty, are concerned about serving the resident, but the manager's calculations for the delivery of the apartment were not the most accurate, because the unit was not in conditions to be rented, with the kitchen damaged, the refrigerator without making ice and the dryer not working, in addition to the lack of maintenance in lamps with animals, moldy windows, a suggestion that I should make is that the manager should delegate a previous inspection so that there is a clean and comfortable apartment for new residents, my contract started on 01/09/2022 and I have not been able to move in yet

Too expensive and for the money the place is too dirty. The stairs and the hallways throughout the complex should be pressure cleaned a minimum of once a week! We pay almost 3,000.00 per month, yet it has a housing project atmosphere here.

I love my apartment. The rent is too high but the rent is too high everywhere. The gym and pool area is always kept nice. But sometimes the trash person forgets to pick up trash that he's left piled up in front of the building and it leaves a foul smell early in the morning on top of being an eye sore.

Just moved in this week, and was so relieved that the unit was as expected. So many places have a great model and then the actual unit is like you bought it on Wish. Very pleased with the cleanliness and style of the apartment. Also love the excellent community amenities.

Love the community, It is quiet and safe and my area and I have no problems with any of my neighbors. I only wish that all of the amenities that were sold to us (such as extra pools/clubhouses) would be available, because It does get very packed at one pool/clubhouse in a community this large.

It's been great for the most part. I've lived in two buildings here since 2019. I have long had much issues. Maintenance responds quickly and community is clean and friendly. My only negative comments, my current apartment I am dealing with mold and there was a pool and club house that has been built since I first moved in to my first apartment here back in 2019, but never opened and other buildings, pools, and another club house were built after and neither are open and it's been years

Friendly, knowledgeable helpful and polite staff. Each time I've called the office, I have received responses and solutions. When these were not immediate, I still got a call back with solutions or options. Lovely staff.

Unfortunately I leased this apt. from a floor plan viewed at the website. When I approached management about an issue I had with unfinished flooring from the guest bath to living I was told I could make the repairs and incur the cost. This is an unacceptable response to what should be the responsibility of the management company and not the tenant. I would give this community a rating of 0 for satisfaction.

Property is beautiful, apartment spacious. The area out side this property as the neighborhood is terrible, run down & not taken care of. (Not Mila Apartments fault) I wish I more research about the area as a whole, however it is what it this. I did notice every time I drive into the gate, people are physically squeezing their bodies into the gate. Who knows if they live here? If they did wouldn't they have a key fob to open the gate on the side walk? I think security is necessary to be seated at both gates
